• Janet (1/5): Very unsatisfied!! - The view was amazing It was on 4th floor not ground as stated. It was in Woolwich (ghetto) not Greenwich as stated. It was not clean (I have photos). My granddaughter found a vape tucked in to the sheets on our bed. Underground carpark space is where groups of men gathered smoking weed. The fridge was not cold, the water was scolding hot. I deffinately would not recommend this apartment to anyone and I am very suprised that you have this property on your site, I have used your site a few times and have never had any complaints. This apartment ruined our weekend and not worth the price. 😢 Photos are from bathroom, balcony which looked like it was geld together with a bin liner, the vape found in the bed, shower cubicle and skirting boards in bathroom.

• Chijioke (5/5): This was not the property advised on the site. There was no parking available even though it was indicted in the advert. -
• Margaret (8/5): Very good value for money. - The flat was very spacious, clean and in a quiet area. The beds were comfortable and the flat was close to a lovely park by the Thames. Free parking was a bonus but make sure you let the owner/ manager know if you have a car as he will give you a parking permit. The parking warden is very vigilant. The owner/manager was responsive and helpful. The kitchen could be better equipped. The local area is residential with limited easy access to shops or other entertainments.
• Michael (5/5): Disappointed with the service, however the property was ok. - When we arrived at the location that we had booked we were told that we weren’t actually staying there and we had to walk somewhere else. This was a 5 minute walk so not too far but we couldn’t understand why we weren’t staying at the accommodation that we had booked. Upon arrival at the new location we were told to retrieve the key from the key box , the key wasn’t there. The owner of the property arrived after 20 minutes with the key. We entered the premises and were happy with apartment. However we were then told that there was a slight issue in that there were 6 of us and only 4 bed spaces as he had recently got rid of the double sofa bed. We were told ‘the sofas comfier anyway and I can get you a mattress for the floor’. Apparently, the advert for the property was supposed to be updated but hadn’t been and he was supposed to cancel our stay but forgot. However this still wasn’t the property that we thought we were staying in. There weren’t many towels available and a scouring pad for cleaning that had seen better days.

• Olumide (3/5): Horrible! - The location was quite, fantastic and satisfying. The property amenities and properties. The master bedroom was horrible! - the bed was like waterbed. We suffered from back aches due to the bad bed. The bathroom's hot water regulator was uncontrollable. No place to hang a towel, No toiletries available in the property.The kitchen's washing zinc was leaking water under the zinc. A bucket was placed under the zinc and traises of rubber bands were visible to partially hold the damaged tubes under the zinc. Also in the kitchen thier wasn't any dish washing products available... Infact, it was a mess with the leaking zinc! Conclusively, an upgrade for lacking basic amenities should be done ASAP! Am a frequent traveller, I don't expect such qualities from booking.com!

• Tommy (7/5): Property was alright - The apartment was very spacious The apartment looks alright The toaster was a very old one. It kept on tripping the light off while we were using it. The pots in the kitchen looks kind of. I feel like the walls could be neater as there were some stains on it. While making reservations, I had indicated that I needed a parking, got to the apartment with my friends, called the owner of the property to find out about parking and he said oh, he didn't know we'd need parking, that we'd need a permit before we can park in the building and he had left the area, he told us to find somewhere to park around the streets. The streets were so packed that we could even move around with the car. We finally got a space to park, and i texted the owner to say that we'd need a permit as we dont feel safe parking by the roadside, and it's very hard to find a space. He told us he'd come around to bring the permit, few minutes later, he called back to say oh, the last person that stayed at the property took the permit and remote along with him when he was leaving the property and its probably because he was coming back to the property, we find that so hard to believe but then, he apologized to us, which was fine. Aside from that, every other thing was alright

• Olha (4/5): Olha - Lots of space The cleaning was horrendous, many flies within the flat, poor air conditioning. Broken microwave, some of the kitchen necessities such as sponge were not provided. Only 4 bath towels for 6 people and noone hand towel or kitchen towels.

• Mcclean (6/5): The stay was ok but the reception was not. - I love the location, it was very good for my business appointments particularly with looming tube strikes. The bus service was good and the ease of shopping for supplies. The fact that after such a long flight and I was looking forward to meeting someone to welcome and brief me about the property instead of looking for a box to put in a combination of which I was not aware. However the owner quickly turned up to my rescue.

Some of the locks on the windows / doors look a little worse for wear. they still work but may be worth looking at replacing them soon, especially as ground floor apartment.
