- Óscar (1/5): Si algo sale mal, ESTÁIS COMPLETAMENTE SOLOS. - Experiencia NEFASTA. No recomendamos este alojamiento bajo ningún concepto. Pagamos más de 1300 libras por una semana y nos encontramos un apartamento en un estado lamentable: una ventana rota tapada con un cartón pegado con cinta, imposible de cerrar correctamente y con ruido constante del exterior. Literalmente era imposible dormir. Avisamos del problema y enviaron a un técnico que NO pudo arreglarlo. Su solución fue decirnos que no tocáramos la ventana y que quizá volverían en 2-3 días. Pretendían que pasáramos varios días así, en un apartamento que claramente no estaba en condiciones adecuadas para alojar huéspedes. Entraba ruido y frío. El resto del apartamento tampoco ayudaba: detector del techo sin tapa, radiadores oxidados con dedos de polvo y suciedad generalizada. Nada que ver con las fotos ni con el estado en el que estaba cuando nos alojamos aquí el año pasado. Pero lo peor de todo fue el trato recibido. Tuvimos que abandonar el apartamento y reservar otro hotel pagando bastante más de nuestro bolsillo porque allí no se podía descansar, y aun así se negaron a devolvernos el dinero. Cero empatia, cero soluciones y cero responsabilidad. Booking dice que es responsabilidad del alojamiento. Muchísimo cuidado antes de reservar aquí, porque nuestra experiencia ha sido absolutamente desastrosa.

- Serena (8/5): Una buona soluzione - Ottima la posizione, in una zona residenziale vicina a diverse attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi. Appartamento piccolo ma dotato di tutti i comfort: zona giorno con tavolo, divano e TV, cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici (forno, microonde, frigo, freezer, lavatrice). Abbastanza pulito. Letto scomodo e bagno particolarmente piccolo, difetti comunque accettabili visti i pregi della struttura.

Eenvoudige en duidelijke instructies voor codes gebouw en appartement. Geen last van geluiden in de omgeving. Appartement bevat vrijwel geen aankleding en voelt daarmee wat kaal.

Cucina molto accogliente, non abbiamo avuto modo di utilizzarla, ma risultava ben fornita. Per me struttura super approvata per un soggiorno a Londra! I miei hanno riscontrato qualche criticità in più, spazi un pó stretti in bagno, il lavandino non scaricava molto bene, tendeva a ingorgarsi. In più le finestre non si aprivano, tranne una in cucina. La moquette all’ingresso della struttura e lungo la scalinata non era molto pulita.
- ignacio (1/5): El peor alojamiento con diferencia jamás alquilado. Tiene RATONES!!! - Únicamente la ubicación Apartamento mugriento, deteriorado y sucio por 1.700€. Por las noches teníamos ratones en la cocina. Tuvimos que tirar toda la comida a la basura el segundo día y la respuesta impresentable del alojamiento es que si en Madrid no hay ratones en las casas !!! 🤦🏻♂️ y que por ese precio que queremos !!! Aún peor la respuesta de Booking eximiéndose del problema y “tapándonos “ la boca con una compensación ridícula después de llevar alquilando alojamientos con ellos desde hace más de 15 años !! Apartamento insalubre en Londres. No alquilar si podéis evitarlo. Atención al cliente pésima !!!
- J. (3/5): - Locatie was heel fijn. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn schoon en fris. Onderhoud van het appartement; betreft veel achterstallig onderhoud. Tafelblad is erg beschadigd, het tafelzeil wat dit bedekt is erg vies! De raambekleding sluit niet goed en ziet er erg vies uit! Alle raamkozijnen zijn vies en de verf bladdert af. Alles ramen zijn van enkel glas dus erg gehorig! Deuren zijn vies. Het 2 persoonsbed is erg klein (140x190). De kledingkast in de kleine slaapkamer is erg gammel! Een nachtkastje met lamp zou niet misstaan. Veel roest op radiator en spiegelkastje en schimmel op het plafond in de badkamer. De stop voor het bad is niet aanwezig (dus kan je niet in bad). De afwerking van de badrand met de vloer is vies en laat helemaal los. De tv in de woonkamer doet het maar het is niet mogelijk tv zenders te ontvangen! De slaapbank die als bed moet fungeren is absoluut niet comfortabel, je voelt de dwarsbalk. En de beide helften zijn niet gelijkwaardig zacht. Lees; de ene is een beetje zacht maar de andere helft is heel hard! In de keuken is de onderkant van de cv ketel slecht afgewerkt. Er zijn 2 houten plankjes tegen elkaar aan gezet die niet stand houden. De gootsteen bevat geen stop en er is geen teil zodat je daarin kan afwassen. De zeef in de waterkoker is niet meer aanwezig waardoor je kalk uit schenkt.

- Lorena_MAD (9/5): Perfecto para familias - El apartamento estaba genial, fuimos en marzo 2 adultos y 2 niños y perfecto, tenia todo lo que necesitabamos. Siempre se estaba caliente, todo muy bien muy completo y menaje suficiente para cocinar. La ubicacion perfecta cerca de dos lineas de metro difernetes y dos supermercados cerca un Tesco y un Lidl y al lado hay un kebap muy rico tambien. Nada, todo fue correcto Tener en cuenta que hay escaleras para subir, no tiene ascensor

Die Wohnung bot alles, um sich selbst verpflegen zu können. Tolle Umgebung. Die Wohnung lag im 4-ten Stock, was wir aber wussten. Die Treppen waren ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig

- Liepa (7/5): - Butas labai patogioje vietoje, netoli net keleto metro stočių, taip pat Euston traukinių stoties, o daugelis lankytinų vietų pasiekiamos pėsčiomis (Londono nacionalinė galerija, Vestminsterio abatija ir kt.), netoli prekybos centras. Butas tvarkingas, švarus. Ryte buvo dingęs šildymas ir karštas vanduo, bet šeimininkai pasirūpino, kad nesklandumai būtų pašalinti. Norint pasikrauti mobilųjį telefoną reikėjo įsigyti adapterį kištukiniam elektros lizdui (iš angliško į įprastą dviejų skylių). Galėtų būti sandaresni langai.

- Christelle (9/5): - Superbe appartement, propre, fonctionnel, bien situé proche métro et bus... échanges faciles et bon rapport qualité/prix. Bonne literies, même pour le canapé. Nous le savons dès le départ donc ok pour nous mais bien avoir en tête les 4 étages sans ascenseur à monter. Le balcon pourrait être aménagé.

The neigbors were rude, during our accomodation duration they were jumping and running in the apartment which is a really bad attitude. Also our fire alarm cover fell down because of them. - Aukkares (8/5): Good value. Good location. Easy to access to many places. - Good value compare to what we’ve received. Nice service. We always have responses when we have questions. Main entrance should be fix. It’s difficult to get in.

- Domenico (7/5): Buono. - Zona tranquilla e ottima posizione. Vicino a tutto. Facile accesso. Ci sono supermercati nelle vicinanze (Lidl) e pub. Fermate della metro nelle vicinanze. L'appartamento è abbastanza vecchio e avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione. L'arredamento è molto semplice; il bagno è molto piccolo e stretto e avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa.

Had everything to stay on self catering basis. Toilet was positioned a bit awkwardly but not really a problem.

- Gabriel (9/5): Muy buen departamento, con excelente ubicación. - La ubicación es muy buena (frente a la BT tower) y cerca de calles pricipales (Euston Rd, Tottenham court, Oxford St) con muchos negocios de comida y más. El departamento es pequeño (eramos 4), pero se puede habitar organizadamente. El anfitrión es muy amable y respondió siempre mis consultas. Le pude menos puntaje a la limpieza, no por como estaba el departamento cuando llegamos que estaba impecable, sino porque no tenía ninguna escoba, mopa, o trapos de limpieza, por lo que despues de 5 días, se puso complicado.

L'appartement était propre mais il y a un gros problème électrique : la cuisinière électrique ne fonctionnait que par intermittence et a fait sauter le fusible. aucune pression à la douche.

- aranchajimenez (10/5): Very nice, clean and comfortable stay, would surely come back when staying in central london! - property was very clean and heating system amazing. Entrance to the building before going upstairs would so with some improvement.

- Manon (9/5): Je conseille ! - Nous avons loué l'appartement au rez-de-chaussée. Il était récemment rénové et bien équipé. L'entrée dans le logement était simple grâce au code et nous avons eu la possibilité de déposer nos bagages plus tôt pour commencer à profiter de notre séjour en attendant l'heure du check-in. J'avais quelques craintes quant au ménage vis-à-vis d'autres avis, mais en ce qui nous concerne, le logement était propre lorsque nous l'avons eu. Nous avons également apprécié que ce soit bien situé dans Londres ! Les vitres en simple vitrage laissent passer le bruit. Bien que la salle de bain du logement au rez-de-chausée soit de taille correcte, l'espace pour accéder aux toilettes et à la douche est très étroit en raison de l'agencement de la pièce. Cela ne pourrait pas correspondre à une personne de forte corpulance.

Un peu de vétusté (peinture, plinthes, nez de marche coupante de la chambre, baignoire) pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain, pas d'aspirateur ou balai dans le logement.
- MARTINE (5/5): Séjour agréable car beau temps, tres déçue du logement - L’entrée de l’immeuble etait encombree de cartons, la moquette des escaliers étaient très très sales, les draps étaient déchirés sur le côté, PAS DE WIFI, pas de panier avec un peu de thé ou de café, le canapé etait taché, impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre, sur les photos du logement il y avait une télé avec le sigle de Netflix, on s’attendait a en profiter et bien non absolument pas c’est de la publicité mensongère,
- Miriam (4/5): - La ubicación perfecta, supermercados muy cerca, metro a 10min, a 15min andando de china town, la atención del anfitrión y la fácil y rápida comunicación de los problemas, enviaron muy rápido a los técnicos necesarios. No había luz natural, piso -1, la calefacción y el agua caliente no funcionaban, estaba el técnico en el el apartamento todos los días, lo dejaba funcionando pero volvía a dar fallo al día siguiente. Las ventanas interiores daban a un patio interno, muy sucio y sin luz, había telarañas, no estaba muy limpio, no habia cepillo, ni fregona para poder limpiar nosotros.
