• DIEGO (3/5): Peccato che pareva di dormire nella cucina di KFC - L'appartamento è buono, al primo piano, dieci gradini e sei arrivato. Per un costo poco più elevato avevo trovato di meglio e in quartieri centrali, indubbiamente più vivaci e allegri, ma mi interessava Dalston per via di una rassegna musicale al Café Oto. In casa c'è più o meno tutto ciò che può servirti, io ho fatto soltanto colazione, non cucinavo. Ero da solo, ho provato solo un letto ed era comodo. Il bagno è munito di piccola finestra, molto piccolo, ovviamente senza bidet, doccia un po' scomoda ma efficace. L'esperienza è stata rovinata dai fumi della cucina del ristorante fast food sotto casa. Una vera tragedia. Non avevo pensato di guardare su Google le immagini stradali. Ci sono ben due ristoranti. Il mobile della cucina mostrava un pezzo mancante, una striscia di legno giusto sopra lo zoccolo del mobile. Prima di partire ho visto che era stato poggiato verticalmente dietro al frigorifero. Forse se questo pezzo fosse stato al suo posto, con i dovuti sigilli, i cattivi odori non sarebbero penetrati con tanta prepotenza. Tornavo a casa e mi pareva di rientrare direttamente nella cucina di Kentucky Fried Chicken. Per questa ragione ho dato voto complessivo 3, altrimenti sarebbe stato un 6. La seconda notte ho capito che chiudendo la porta della camera la puzza restava soltanto nel soggiorno, dunque almeno il sonno era un po' garantito, ma la puzza era su tutto quanto indossavo e tenere le finestre sempre aperte riduceva di poco i fumi. La signora proprietaria mi è parsa gentile e disponibile, mi ha suggerito di trovarmi un altro posto (senza precisare se sarei stato rimborsato) ma il vero problema è stato che io non avrei avuto tempo di cercarlo e nella zona non c'era più disponibilità per via della rassegna musicale. La porta del bagno non ha maniglia dal lato soggiorno, per cui una volta chiusa non si sarebbe potuta riaprire, altrimenti chiudendola avrei almeno potuto salvare gli asciugamani dall'assorbimento della puzza. Il luogo non mi è parso veramente sicuro. La porta dell'appartamento si può aprire in pochi secondi. Dai tetti entrare è un gioco da ragazzi. In cucina ho visto padelle antiaderenti troppo consumate. I fuochi non li ho provati, soltanto il bollitore. Sarebbe stato bello trovare una piccola bottiglia d'acqua al mio arrivo. Il quartiere non offre negozi di alimentari che non siano i soliti cibi industriali o ultra processati ai quali gli inglesi sono ormai assuefatti.

• Jon (7/5): Correcto. - Apartamento amplio. Buenas conexiones con el transporte público. Muchos restaurantes y súper mercados en las inmediaciones. Es decente para pasar unos días y a un precio razonable para ser Londres. Es un poco ruidoso. Al tener un restaurante debajo, se escucha bastante ruido. Pero se soluciona con unos tapones. La anfitriona no contestaba a mis mensajes. Igual al estar en plenas vacaciones de navidad no eran las mejores fechas.
• YANG (10/5): - 단독주택으로 가성비가 좋았습니다 바로밑에 서브웨이와 테스코가 있었구요 조금 올라가면 역에 MnS까지 있구요 Yeni Umut 2000 Dalston Leo's Cafe 은 최고의 식당이였습니다 세탁기가 건조기능도있는 최신이였습니다 화장실 물은 정수가 잘되어 석회가 많이 없어보이고 맑았습니다 침대도 많았고 수건도 넉넉했습니다 배드버그가 없습니다 시내든 어디든 버스 1번에 30분이면 갑니다. 관광지 일출전에 나가서 보면 좋더라구요 조리도구가 못쓸정도였습니다. 식기는 괜찮았습니다 방음이 조금 안되는 편입니다만 저는 괜찮았습니다 쓰레기 처리관련 안내가 있었으면 좋겠습니다 저는 대강 처리했습니다

• Ewa (6/5): - Blisko przystanki autobusowe i metro. Pod nosem Tesco i Subway, a takze inne sieciowe knajpki. Klimatyzacja działa, ale tylko w sypialni. Łóżka w sypialni wygodne. Łazienka wyposażona w pralko-suszarkę i proszek do prania, ale nie korzystaliśmy, wiec nie wiem czy działa. Myślę, ze tak, bo wyglądała na mało używaną. Kuchnia wyposażona w lodowke, czajnik, mikrofalówkę. Podstawowe produkty spożywcze typu herbata, kawa, przyprawy. Kubki, talerze, ściereczki- wszystko bylo. Klimatyzacja w salonie nie działa. Jedna osoba spała w salonie i bylo duszno i gorąco. W garnkach nie odważyłam sie nic gotować, ta szafka z garnkami chyba jest pomijana w czasie sprzątania:) odpływ prysznica zaczal sie szybko przytykac, wiec trzeba bylo sie myć w tempie ekspresowym, zeby nie zalać łazienki. Okolica w miarę bezpieczna, chociaż jak wracaliśmy wieczorem to kręciło sie juz sporo bezdomnych i narkomanów. Dojazd do centrum autobusem 38 trwał ok. godzinę

• Monika (10/5): Comfortable stay, worth the value! - The place was very close to tube station and also bus stations. It was hot, but luckily there was air conditioning. Had all the things we needed! As it is above Subway and a burger place, it had some food odor. But not too bad. The shower holder was broken. We could manage but ideally to would be fixed and I believe it will.

• James (8/5): Good value for money. - Well stocked kitchen facilities including a few basics like salt and pepper, olive oil etc so could use the kitchen without having to purchase lots of stuff for a short stay A few things a bit tired but not a problem given the cost compared to many other places I have stayed

• Audra (7/5): Short Break - Location near to underground. Price reasonable for an apartment in London. Pubs and shops near by for bits and bobs. In need of some TLC, shower pole held up with string. Apartment needs a really deep clean including blinds. Wasn't keen on the bunk bed. You couldn't sit up because you hit your head. Apartment above very noisy and could be heard all the time. Traffic really bad because it's on a main road.

• James (7/5): good but could’ve been great - very simple flat, but the linen was nice and the location in Hacknet was very convenient to transport and cute coffee shops. the shower was completely gross not cleaned. the furniture is visibly very worn and pieces of the kitchen cabinets were falling off. the Wi-Fi password provided did not work at all and the host never provided a working one, so no Wi-Fi.
• Artjoms (9/5): Superb - The apartment location is good - next to the overground and bus stop, tidy room, good kitchen with plenty of equipment (pan, cattle etc.) to it, small but decent bathroom. Overall very good impression. The only con we had, was a problem connecting to wi-fi, it was not working on the first evening we arrived at the apartment, but the host was very fast to act on our request to fix it and the next evening when we arrived back from our activities in London it was already properly working. The host is very fast to answer all the questions and solve all the problems :)

Spacious, functional and well proportioned apartment, with truthful photographs and description. Good as basic and comfortable accommodation. Very comfortable single beds in bedroom. Good heating. Hot water at all times. Kitchen fairly well resourced. Good shower. On semi busy road, but apartment pushed back, so street noise not a bother. Attentive owner, who saw to our trouble with the wifi. Be aware it’s a first floor and there is a flat above. This was occupied when we were there but hearing steps did not bother us (plus they stopped around 10 /10:30 pm). Good value for money overall, we would def consider revisiting and recommend. One or two more bowls and wine glasses in the kitchen would have been helpful so as not to wash up frequently. A little more corner cleaning in the bathroom desirable. Host went quiet for a few hours, which was a bit worrying, but then responded very attentively to us :)

• Robert (9/5): Great flat that was clean and roomy given the price and location. - Convenient to underground, local shops. The flat was one floor up one short flight of steps. Security of the key to get in the building and security code access to the flat gives you peace of mind. The security latch from the inside was a chain mechanism. Flat was a good size and everything you needed was there. The owner was missing nothing. Because you were back from the main road when accessing the building, the noise from traffic wasn't really a concern. Good Comms with the owner was great as well and you were kept informed and even given a mobile to call, if there were any concerns. You could actually sleep 5 here as the sofa converted. You had 2 comfortable single beds and a cute and neat bunk built into space that was over the stairs where you came up. The furniture was all black, but in good nick. Perhaps look to brightening things up next time any refurb is fine. Not enough natural light, but the building construction and location means there's no much you can do. On my second night someone came to the flat above and you could always hear any movement. Put your headphones on our watch the nice telly. I think it's 40 inch and wi-fi was pretty good as well.

• Cyper (6/5): good price and in a good location - location: it is literally opposite Dalston Junction overground tube station. many restaurants lined outside the apartment. facilities: complete with all mod-cons including AC which was a bonus. easy access to the apartment. communication: host was super good in responding to queries! location: it’s located on the Main Street so you hear lots of traffic noise. the apartment’s front door is not numbered so took a bit of time asking people and realising that it’s in front of us! the apartment itself is located below another apartment and you can hear the foot steps of the people above you especially at night when you’re trying to sleep. the main door is always being left open without considering that guests staying in other apartment so you’re open to anyone especially in a busy street.
