• Sergei (10/5): Нам понравилось! - Чисто и уютно, все продумано - кофемашина, стиралка, сушилка, много розеток, очень понравились большие окна и собака держатель для двери. Хорошее постельное белье. С заселением проблем не возникало, разрешили заехать раньше времени! Отличное месторасположение. Магазины, пабы и метро тоже рядом. Хорошую бы сковородку на всякий случай

• Jari (8/5): Nice apartment with good access to London. - Comfortable place with a separate bedroom. Location is good to access the city center, shops, and to do sightseeing. Kitchen had necessary equipment. Not too noisy even though the apartment is on the first floor with windows on street side. Quite peaceful neighborhood.

• Sonja (9/5): Perkekt gelegenes Appartement - Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in London. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Victoria Station, zur Westminster Abbey oder ein paar Minuten mehr zum Buckingham Palace. Gut 5-10 Minuten zu einem großen Supermarkt. Also wirklich gut gelegen. Die Matratze war etwas weich und die Kissen zu dick, aber das ist persönliche Geschmackssache.

• Anna (10/5): Very good place to stay in London! - Very convenient location, within walking distance of Victoria Station. The apartment is in a fairly new, very well-maintained building, with all the equipment and amenities you need for a 3-day stay. Fresh towels, comfortable beds and clean linens. Anytime back in London will choose Rochester Apartment A few minor issues: the hair dryer only blew cool air and should be replaced with a properly working one. The frying pans were quite worn, and the shower door caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor.

• Nikhil V (10/5): Perfect stay in Central London! Peaceful and calm. - I loved the apartment overall. It's perfect for one to two people. The location is amazing, quiet but not too far from all the action—lots of eating places and grocery stores at walking distance. The hosts are great, they respond quickly and are very welcoming. The cutlery is old; it would be nice to get a fresh set. Everything else is solid.

O único ponto negativo é onde tem que pegar e deixar a chave, fica 10 minutos a pé, e as vezes tendo deslocamento cedo para outro lugar, ou chegando de outro lugar mais cansado, fica cansativo ter que buscar a chave e levar, pois não é tão perto.

• Constanza (7/5): Great location and big space for a couple - Location, amenities and space of the apartment (perfect for a couple) The air conditioning never existed (they advertise this) and the apartment was awfully hot. If you’re traveling to London throughout a heatwave, then don’t stay here.
• Frenchiek (8/5): Great stay! - I really liked this listing — it’s in a great location, within a modern, very clean building and apartment. It had all the amenities I needed, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I especially appreciated having a washing machine and several fans, which made things easy and convenient. The apartment doors were a bit heavy, but helpful stoppers were provided although one was not always efficient. The nights were peaceful and the neighbors quiet, which made for a good rest. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. he elevator broke down for 24 hours, but was quickly fixed, but its on the first floor so...on that note light sleepers might hear traffic around 8:30 AM on weekdays, though that wasn’t an issue for me since I needed to be up anyway.

I even managed to leave my luggage for several hours after check-out, which is a rare case for apartment. Location is also very good. Apartment is well equipped. I would be great to have a tea pot in the kitchen
• Marie-louise (10/5): Outstanding - The property is ideally situated in Westminster, just a short walk away from Victoria Station. It is elegantly arranged and was immaculately clean when we arrived. It has everything you need, from iron and ironing board to cooking appliances and modern washing machine. The apartment is great value for money. Sylvia the manager did everything she could to accommodate us, both at check in and checkout, which we really appreciated. Everyone we spoke with was very kind and the Rochester apartment will become my favorite place to stay in London from now on.
• Dennis (10/5): Excellent Flat for two people, very close to most attractions. Underground 10 minutes walk so you can go anywhere you wa - Everything was wonderful. Very nice Flat close to everything. Coming from America I brought my fire stick so I could watch American Tv. The streaming was very poor. The internet in the room was only 8MB downstream. To slow to do much but send email and texting. Owner needs to upgrade to at least 50MB so we can stream TV and do business.
• Dave (10/5): A great apartment in a fantastic location - This is a great location as its on a quiet street but very close to both Victoria and Westminster. Lots of eating places nearby. The apartment has everything you might need and very comfortable. The host was excellent too. Highly recommend

• Carole (8/5): Very good - We really appreciated that the washing machine dry had instructions for us of the dryer. There was also a heated drying rack. The location to pick up the keys was just under a kilometre from the Rochester so we needed to hold our taxi before it took us to the Rochester due to knee issues. With one way streets it is further by car. When I mentioned our issues to the person we collected the keys from he offered to arrange to pick up our keys in person. We very much appreciate his efforts in doing that.

Sylvia was great to work with. We’re light sleepers, so we noticed the traffic noise given that the apartment is next to the street.

• Color (9/5): Superb - We chose this stay since we need to take a coach from the Victoria coach station afterwards. The location is really good that can walk to some attractions. No cooking essentials are provided like osalt & oil.
• Ivory (9/5): We had a great stay, super location, great apartment. Wish it was easier to pick-up keys. - The collection point is quite distance from the apartment. We were in a taxi, but it would have been difficult to walk with luggage.
• Shum (10/5): Wonderful - Immaculate property. Special touches like robes and slippers were greatly appreciated. Laundry facility was a plus. Way beyond what we expected. The apartment was within walking distance to Buckingham Palace. Tesco and Sainsbury's are very local. Wonderful. Nothing we didn't like.

It is a great apartment, and quite big / clean / safe for a woman travelling alone / great neighborhood. So, the price is fantastic in this location. I also love the customer service. They are always super accommodating and helpful for me, from the start of my stay until the end. They even offered for the cleaner to come pick up the keys from me, vs having me return them, when I left (because I was running late for a meeting)l. It was very helpful, at the time. The bed is not up to the same level at a nice hotel that I would be used to, in my previous stays for work. I wish it was a bit more upscale mattress, but for the price it's perfect.

• Christine (10/5): Good location. Comfortable apartment - Nice apartment. Very comfortable. The washer/dryer was a welcomed extra after two weeks of travelling around the UK. You have to pickup the keys several blocks away, but the owner was kind enough to send someone to collect the keys from me at the apartment and n the day I was leaving Picking up the keys at the hotel a few blocks away was unusual but my cab driver waited whilst I ran in so not a huge deal

• Corina (10/5): Excellent choice for a stay in London - We didn't mind picking up the keys from the Windermere hotel. It is very close and thus we could easily have a late check-in/check-out, determined by the time flight. The apartment is clean and comfortable, with everything you need; at a walking distance both from the city center and the Victoria Station. The street is not with heavy traffic, in a quiet neighborhood, so we could sleep very well. Wi-Fi went very well; we had a lot of TV channels.

• Dp_73 (9/5): Lovely apartment in great location for exploring central London - First floor apartment had everything we needed for our week in London. Really appreciated the attention to detail in the kitchen and bathroom, such as providing washing machine powder (although the machine instructions were a bit hard to follow). Bedroom curtains were good at blocking out the light and street noise - which allowed us to sleep in (bliss!). Location was excellent - easy walk to Victoria station, and at least 5 bus routes within 1 block. On our last day, the host organised cleaners to meet us so we didn't have to drag our luggage up the road to return the keys. Probably the only downside was picking up the keys from another location around 1 mile away. Even though it was late spring, we certainly got our exercise that day.

Safe area in the night. Nothing. Perhaps, right-side mattress should be renewed (pushed at the edge in centre).

• Mary (9/5): Lovely place to explore London from. - Lovely flat, all good, home from home. The facilities were of high quality, especially loved the shower. I explained to the owner that I found the distance from where we picked up the keys to the flat was too far (£10 taxi fare). She was helpful and suggested that she could have met at the flat to hand the key over, if I had explained this prior to arrival. The Windermere hotel where the keys had to be collected from was quite a long walk (with mobility problems) from the flat.

• Desiree (8/5): Central, comfortable, modern and clean! - Very centrally situated with a lift to all floors!. Lovely bathroom with great shower pressure and big cupboard with shelves for toiletry storage. Nice sized dining room table with 4 chairs. Bedroom has clothes cupboard for hanging and drawers for folded clothes, plus extra chest of drawers and beside tables. Our stay was during the heat wave, so it was HOT everywhere! Thankfully The Rochester provided 3 Dyson fans which really helped to keep things cool during the day. The owner very kindly agreed to a later check out which really helped us! The traffic noise! We had to leave the windows and lounge sliding door open due to the heatwave which made the traffic noise extra loud. Once double glazed windows are closed, traffic noise is 90% reduced. The Dyson fans couldn't be left on overnight as they were quite noisy and dried the air too much. The dryer function on the washing machine / dryer wasn't working. Owner has confirmed that it will be repaired.
