• léa (8/5): Ça aurait pu être bien passé si la fenet était reparé tot - L’emplacement Une fenetre était impossible de fermer et on attendait tous les bruits de l’extérieur ( bruits des personnes, des voitures, des avions) Ça allait Apres l’intervention des techniciens qui etait un peu tard. A noter que les voisins d’en haut faisaient toujours des bruits tard la nuit, mais avec la fatigue cela ne nous empêchait pas de dormir L’équipement de cuisine n’est pas assez suffisant pour 4 personnes

• Denise (2/5): Adequate accommodation in good location - Good location Not fully equipped for a 10 day stay. No chopping board, one sharp knife, some appliances were broken, no where to hang towels, fridge not turned on when we arrived, no tea or milk provided, no washing detergent, very noisy on the level above between 11pm - 2 a. Apartment is on level 2 with no lift - this is not advertised when booking. Incorrect card used for payment, incurring a fee - why were they not informed by booking.com my card had been changed.

• Sheila (9/5): Regardless of feedback regarding minor comments, that didn't deter us from enjoying the property. - Tricia was excellent and professional and efficient responding to my emails. My minor feedback directly to host were acknowledged immediately and very receptive. Couldn't be happier with its location and cleanliness. Short walk to train station, convenient store and pubs. I would recommend this property. Thank you. Few housekeeping facilities. Although there were tea, coffee and sugar containers I expected that they might have some supplies in them to start our stay off. One of the heaters weren't working but in all fairness host tried to get a tradesman in couple of times but unfortunately we were out and about. Fridge tray on door was broken so had to leave it out so that we could open and close the fridge. Shower holder in 1st bathroom collapsed as it needed tightening.

• Daniel (5/5): Passable - Clean warm good location for us Living room not big enough for 4 people. Basic maintenance required. Bedroom window would not shut and it's door and shower room extractor far too noisy
• Julie (9/5): Superb - Location of unit was perfect Size of unit was great The unit was very clean Instructions to access building and communication with management was good We didn't realise there wasn't a lift but the flat was only on the 2nd floor so that was OK. We would have appreciated instructions to use appliances like washing machine, stove etc to be available. It would have been great to have a few basics like salt pepper sugar clingwrap available so every client didn't have to purchase these basics.
• Cyndie (9/5): we enjoyed out stay. The flat was nicely laid out and clean. - Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Close to the London bridge station. Couldn’t get the dryer to work.
• Darius (8/5): Great two-bedroom in Borough, a few quick fixes and would stay again - Lovely part of Borough, on one of the less noisy streets (though walls are thin) Walking distance to London Bridge, Tower Bridge, Borough Market & Bermondsey Street Close-by Borough tube station, a few buses nearby as well Bedrooms separated by the living room in the centre of the apartment Two separate bathrooms USB ports for charging, even thought the house itself is quite old Small things that I'm sure the owners will fix for next time: - WiFi was terrible, non-existent in some rooms, definitely not appropriate for working conditions - No coffee machine - No towel hangers in the bath - Limited kitchenware, especially for an apartment marketed for 4 persons - Beds could be more comfortable, could feel the springs

• Anna (3/5): Too expensive. Bad location. New cleaner required. - Located in a very noisy busy block of flats. Neighbours were nocturnal and people above were hoovering at 0600 on Sunday morning. Very small tired flat that needs new beds and a proper deep clean including mold on windows that don’t shut properly. Stains on rugs. Tiles missing in miniature bathroom. No welcome pack.
• Debrah (5/5): Could have been better - Perfect location near to Shard plus two tube stations 4 flights of stairs to access the flat, difficulty retrieving keys from the lock box, shower over bath in main bathroom is very slippery and no grab rail. Very noisy from surrounding flats and outside noise

• Karen (7/5): Great location, good apartment with all the facilities you might need for a city stay. - Within easy walking distance to 2 tube stations. Lots of options for eating out nearby and a lovely little park across the road. The apartment had all amenities and 2 bathroom areas which was handy for my group. Washing machine is very helpful when travelling for a while. Would recommend a grabrail to help get in the shower over the bath, felt very slippery getting in and out. Mattresses were a bit hard for us.

• Chin (8/5): The overzealous booking process outweighs the pros. i won’t recommend this place. - good value, good size, good location Very tedious process to confirm booking. even have to take a selfie with my credit card to prove my identify on top of sending a copy of my passport. the documents needed are very intrusive and I’m exposing myself to my own info being misused just because the owner is so worried about being defrauded. Furthermore I am subjected to a series of questioning, felt like I’m renting from the police dept 😂
• Faisal (4/5): Disappointing - size of the apartment clean less of the rooms. Toilet paper was under the bed, uncleaned carpet. the bed lining is etching and not comfortable

• Jessica (1/5): No Heating, Dirty, Slow Wifi - Stay Far Away - This was a terrible experience. The heating was broken. The window was broken. There was hair in the bed. The wifi was slow and often cut out. The downstairs neighbour said this unit was leaking into their apartment downstairs for weeks. Terribly managed. The property management company for this apartment was slow and unhelpful and did nothing to resolve the issues. Stay away unless you want your trip to London ruined.

• Rachael (9/5): Highly recommended property, with excellent hosts :) - The flat was excellent, with superb views over a little park, houses, and then the Shard in the background. Great location although you do need to get a few different tube lines from Paddington station to get there. The decor was excellent - everything in white and grey, with splashes of subtle colour. Good shower, and kitchen very well equipped. Communication from the hosts was excellent. A few little supermarkets within walking distance. The flat itself was great, and we were lucky to get it at such short notice, but if we came to London again, we might try to get somewhere slightly more central, but only because I'm not crazy about travelling on the tube

A lovely apartment to spend a couple of nights while in the area for work. A great location 10 min walk from Borough Market/London Bridge. comfortable beds and a well provisioned kitchen.
