• Breda (9/5): Lovely, well located and equipped apartment - So clean fresh and with everything I needed. The location was great and it felt safe both at the entrance and the lobby. Having a lift saved dragging bags, again it was immaculate The wear marks on the bathroom sink cupboard let it down, and the handheld shower head adjuster wasn't working. No big deal but if it weren't for that I would have given this apartment a 10.

• Boisvert (9/5): Great location for business around the City and access to main tube lines. - Located in a quiet spot of the City. Comfortable for 2-3. Wifi was a bit unreliable. We had to reset it a couple of times.
• Kelly (9/5): Great apartment and will certainly stay there again. - Lovely clean bright apartment, great bathrooms, really appreciated the soap, shampoo etc. Whole place was warm and welcoming. Quiet and comfortable. Appreciated the scrubbie and dishcloth and tea coffee, nice crockery and cutlery, well done on having kitchen roll in the well equipped kitchen. Appreciated having lots of lamps around. The door fob was quick and easy, lift was clean and quick, common areas were clean and bright. There was no washing up liquid and no tea towel to dry up with. I didn't have enough dirty dishes to use a dishwasher and, even if i did, there is always something that needs washing up by hand. I would have loved it if there were some small packets of salt and pepper to go with the tea and coffee. I brought a pint of milk with me but i think some people would appreciate a few little cartons of milk just while they get settled and before they can go shopping.

• John (10/5): I highly recommend Native and would book again at any of their properties. - We actually didn’t stay at the Tower Bridge location. When we arrived they did not have a room for us there. The kind folks at Native relocated us to an exceptionally nice location at King’s Wardrobe and honored our original price. They could not have been better - even offering to pay for our cab ride from the original location. I did not enjoy not having a room, but greatly appreciated them making everything right.
• Sandra (6/5): - We stay for 8 days. Pros-location close to two underground stations. The apartment was modern and clean. Close to the Tower of London. The neighborhood was ok. Never felt unsafe. This location did have an elevator to get to the apartment. The apartment size was good with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This apartment was on the circle line of the underground which made it easy to get around central London but it was at the very end. If you are looking to do a lot of Central London you may want to look somewhere else but we liked the location. The cons. Number 1, the beds were awful. They were hard,thin and the mattress (if that’s what you call these torture devices) even had large buttons that poked you in the hips. I will say I’m a fan of a soft comfy mattress. The sofa was also uncomfortable hard and low to the ground. The apartment had washer/dryer combo dish washer and other appliances but no instructions of how to use them. Being from the states, all the appliances were very different. Even a guide attached with the email about the apartment and the check in would have been very helpful to review. No desk to check in or store luggage if you arrive early which we did. We had to go to another Native location quite away from this location. Fortunately for us someone from our building helped us to get in because the instructions to get into the apartment was not very clear.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Probably wouldn't stay again - Overall, a disappointing stay. Although spacious, it's very uncomfortable. The bed is hard, pillows are old and lumpy. Bath is slippery with no mats, rainfall shower head broken, heating / fan has a mind of it's own and cracked up to 32 degrees early morning. I had to chase check in instructions, and my keys were in a safe but with my personal details on the front of an envelope for anyone checking in to see. I've stayed a lot a lot of Native properties and this one is just not up to scratch.

• Shakeel (4/5): Disappointing - Location is good, the only thing that let’s this place down is the lack of customer support and response. Tried on several occasions to contact the team to ask for late or early check in and some assistance with leaving luggage. Absolutely nothing no response whatsoever! Terrible customer service For this reason I would never stay again
• Cynthia (4/5): Look elsewhere - Very quiet for a central location, 7 mins walk to two tube stations. The spotty WiFi (I could not work or stream on my laptop), and cheap mattresses (can feel the springs) would prevent me from staying here again. But there were many other small issues that added up to an uncomfortable stay. Bathroom sink is clogged, not enough hot water for 2 showers, not clean, lift out of order, damages, tub plug won’t stay down, etc . See pics of just some of the stains and damage.

• Mathur (9/5): Superb - The location was very central and close to the tube station. The rooms were very comfortable. It was very clean and well equipped We requested for the toilet rolls to be replaced, but it was not done
• Iris (4/5): Good apartment, poor communication - The Apartment was as described and once we got in, it was nice and comfortable. We traveled on a Sunday 15th December and did not receive the check in data (door code and code for the save to collect the keys). We tried to contact Native on Saturday 14th December, before we left through the contact field on Booking.com and again on Sunday morning. At Heathrow airport we tried to call them on the number given in the description and learned, that we called outside their business hours. At the building we could not get in without the missing check in data and had to stay at a hotel. Only on Monday the 16th around noon did we receive an answer and the check in code for Tuesday 17th December.
• Suresh (8/5): - The 2 bedroom apartment with 2 baths, kitchen, living & dining room was beyond expectations for London. Family loved it very much. Ratings could be better if: - WIFI could be significantly improved (connection was very patchy and unreliable). - Mattresses were super hard and pillows were wafer thin. - Response time from customer service via mobile/whatsapp needs improvement as there are staff on-site.

Confirm that the heater works especially if you're booking during winter - Excellent location, 5 mins walk from Tower Bridge and 1 min walk from Tower Hill Station. Very close to bus stops as well. Apartment was very clean, modern furniture and appliances, spacious and comfortable enough for a couple. Washer/dryer took some getting use to but it worked. No issues with instructions for key collection. Host was responsive via phone. We arrived on a Saturday, 5 degrees, and the heaters were not working. Reported it but nothing could be done until the weekday. A technician brought 2 portable heaters on Tuesday. Internet worked fine, some drop outs, but good enough to browse and make video calls. Bandwidth was about 15mbps at most. Instructions about the wifi SSID to connect to was wrong but we tried all until one worked.
• Tami (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartment, good kitchen facilities, although I would add more pans. 2 bathrooms are really comfortable. - The WiFi connection wasn't sufficient. At first it didn't work properly and it took 3 days to fix and then it was too week. As somw of us planned to work from the apartment it was far from ideal. - The master room bed wasn't comfortable and caused back pains.
• Anne (6/5): Fint, men en del trækker ned. - Det er et fint sted, men at man ikke kan støvsuge/feje en hel uge fordi det ikke er tilgængeligt, og der ikke er rengøring en eneste dag, trækker meget ned, og det samme med affald. Det er lidt vildt man ikke kan komme af med skrald. Det bliver til en hel del efter 1 uge. Og det trækker helt vildt fra vinduerne, så man er nødt til at lukke gardinerne. Hård seng og meget lav sofa. Man skal selv huske viskestykker.
• Predrag (10/5): - Great stay at a well equipped apartment. Everything was clean and organized. Location was great near Liverpool Street Station and Tower Bridge. Plenty of excellent restaurants and pubs within walking distance.
• Chelsi (8/5): - Property location is great, the elevator is loud and walls are fairly thin so you can hear your neighbors but it was clean, and spacious. Had a issue with WiFi and communication was the biggest hurdle I had with contacting someone at the property to get it fixed, as it seemed to take numerous attempts via Expedia app messaging , emails and calling the non emergency contact a few times to get someone to respond, but once they did they acted quickly. The contactless entry was easy and the keyless doors were a nice touch. Would recommend to stay.

Le propriétaire a loué ce logement en toute connaissance de cause et n'a fait réparé l'électricité que le lendemain lorsque j'étais encore dans le logement. Lorsque je réclame le remboursement de la première nuit à Hotels.com, ces derniers me disent que le propriétaire répond aux abonnés absents.
• Robert (8/5): - Stayed there 8 days. Apartment was clean and as described. Well stocked kitchen and lovely toiletries. Very nice sized apartment. Cons: no safe in the room but that might be expected since no one is on site. No working wifi. Called every day for the first 5 days and then finally gave up. Washing machine did not work. Gave us key to apartment next door to use the washing machine. Minimal house cleaning but not a big issue for us.

• Daniela (8/5): A great stay near the Tower - The apartment is situated very comfortably only 2 minutes from Tower Hill. We arrived in a clean and very warm apartment (which is not normal standard for London). The beds were comfortable and it came in very handy that we had a washing dryer combo in the apartment. The kitchen has a kettle, microwave, oven and stove and a cafetiere. There ia also dishsoap, sugar, tea and coffee, but to make all use of the kitchen you need to bring salt, pepper, oil and tea towels. The water pressure.in the shower is OK, when using the hand shower head. The rainshower head was clogged up so you cannot really use it in both bathrooms! Unfortunately, there was no vacuum cleaner, the apartment got dustier every day. A small vacuum would make it so much easier especially in colder days due to the heating system. After all, we can highly recommend the apartment as it was above standard. We had a lovely stay in the apartment. No vacuum cleaner clogged up rain shower heads Due to closeness to Fenchurch Street Station you hear the trains but we didn't mind.

Space was great for 4 person family, really nice to have a living area to chill out in. Coffee shops close by, and it was within 5m walk of both Tower Hill and Aldgate underground stations.

• JANET (6/5): - The apartment was beautiful and spacious considering we were in London. The shower was extremely slippery. There should have been a mat inside the shower. The bed was terrible. Extremely uncomfortable, even if you didn’t have a bad back before sleeping in it you would definitely would after. Other than that it was great and a very convenient location.

The apartment is just a block away from the Tower of London and Tower Hill underground station Being an unmanned property, the response time of the staff was quite poor. They only managed to change our towels twice in our 7day stay and I had to follow this up several times. The pillows were lumpy and have seen their better days

Guest bathroom door urgently needs repairing as near impossible to open should you shut it. As we learned to our expense. Mostly minor gripes, but is a decent property in a good location.

However a number of things in the apartment did not work which - The location and the fact that it had a washer/dryer was very useful both air conditioners didn’t function properly, the tv in the bedroom didn’t work, the bathroom door could not open or close and the balcony door did not lock which left us feeling vulnerable and unsafe.
• Heather (9/5): Suited my needs perfectly. - The amount of space was excellent, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect for our needs. Lack of communication when there was a problem with the wifi. I managed to work it out but no follow up - very poor. Not a lot of restaurant or dinner options and limited shops for exploring.

• Öznur (8/5): Very good - Location was great and building feels safe and was fairly quite. On the last day of our stay at 8:30am, we had a knock on the door! A lady told us we are checking out today. I said we know we are checking out at 10am and it is only 8:30. I did not appreciate the fact that they knocked our door at that time in the morning. I found it very disturbing and rude. Considering we have not allowed to check in early, should surely be not expected to leave early. In addition, when I sent a message about a blocked sink on Saturday afternoon, I have only received a response on Monday afternoon, 2 days after. Even though we were being offered they will inform the maintenance team, I did not prefer to have a maintenance come inside property while we are staying as I have somehow managed to deal with the matter for the first two days preferred to do the same for the remaining stay. It would have been better to get a response on the day rather than 2 days later.

• Norma (8/5): Very good - It's location. Near The Tower of London and Tower Bridge tube station. It's really quiet and having a Pret a Manger downstairs is a great bonus. Instructions to access the building and the apartment were very easy to understand. I rang the customer service number at 9.15am to ask if it was possible for them to store our 2 small suitcases until the afternoon. I was told it was possible, that housekeeping would come to the apartment and collect them. Waited an hour, no one came, I called again and was again told it was possible, that customer service would contact housekeeping and to wait. We waited until 11am. No sign of a staff member on any floor of the apartments as we took the stairs to the ground floor. It would have been so much easier if they just said they didn't offer that service at all instead of wasting time waiting in the apartment.

Super clean property except the outdoor balcony area but that is natural 3. Comfy beds 4. Great Wi-Fi 5. Very spacious with ample luggage keeping space. Super big wardrobes too. 6. All facilities that you can or may think of are available. Cons- 1. No instructions for garbage disposal. 2. No lock on the balcony door, so felt a bit vulnerable at times (though it is a safe location) 3. The washing machine is tricky to figure out and it had a mind of it's own. Even after watching detailed tutorials, we didn't get expected results. 4. The heat was effective only in parts. Most of the time, it was displaying a filter cleaning warning. So some nights were cold and others very warm.

• Augustenborg (9/5): Superb - Perfect apartment that could sleep 4. 2 separate bathrooms and public transportation very close.
• Kusakawa (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location! Next to metro stations, super close to the Tower. I would live there! The facilities were super good, the apartment was very clean and when we needed extra stuff (toilete paper, trash bags) they were responsive and quickly provided what we needed.

• Ricardo (9/5): Superb - Great apartment, just like the photos. Big and comfy. Great location, 1 block from circular line. Pre-a-manger, Starbucks on same block. Tesco's one block away. Very quiet. Excellent stay.
• Alin (10/5): Exceptional - Big 2 bedroom apartment, very close to the subway. Downstairs you have a Starbucks! You can set the room temperature but at the beginning it was very cold inside!
• Du (10/5): Exceptional - Location is great, 5mins walk to Tower Hill station. Several nice restarant in waling distance. Like the firm bed. Can hear the noise from nearby train track at day time, but is ok at night.
• Ashley (8/5): Excellent apartment in a safe, quiet area. - Spacious and well-appointed. Clean, quiet, and excellent location - 5min walk to the Aldgate and Tower Hill stops. We felt very safe and like we were at home. My boyfriend complained that the Internet spotty the several times he had to work remotely during our stay - it may be time to change password or else upgrade to a larger data plan.

• Aiman (10/5): Great value for great appartment stay at center of London. - It is amazing Properity . Fit for small family . Kitchen has all tools you need . Wash machine with soap is provided . Very efficient floor and radiator heating system for this time as cold weather. Easy for check out processes . Since I stay one week , house keeping should be run for one time at lease.
• Judith (7/5): Great location good living space but uncomfortable beds - The location is very close to 2 underground stations and DLR stations as well good bus routes and walking to many tourist sites. The entrance is a bit isolated so perhaps not suitable for female alone.There are 2 bedrooms : main bedroom has king size bed with large ensuite. The second bedroom has a QS bed but a very small bathroom nearby. The kitchen is equipped with most items required and a good sized dining table with comfortable chairs. There are TVs in each room and solid doors between rooms. The mattresses were VERY hard and uncomfortable and the pillows substandard. A pity that more hasn’t been invested in good quality mattresses - our backs were sore. The communication was poor ( no instructions for anything) - seems a common review complaint. Wifi dropped out after a day and it took 2 days and 2 phone calls to remedy. There is a lot of noise from the overground rail line from 5am till 1am and noise from a building site opposite also disrupting our sleep.
