I hope this feedback is helpful for improvi - The location Dear [Host/Property Manager’s Name], I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent stay, as I encountered several issues that made the flat feel quite unwelcoming: • The overall cleanliness was poor, especially in the kitchen and on the kitchen floor. • There was old food left in the fridge, which I chose not to remove. • Dishes were left piled up on the counter, which created an unpleasant first impression. • I noticed mold in the bathrooms as well as on the dryer. • The beds were made with only fitted sheets and comforters, with no additional linens provided. • There were two large trunks and a huge basket in the kitchen corner filled with mismatched, wrinkled sheets and rugs. I did not touch or use any of these due to their condition.
• Maynard (3/5): Ruined by bed bugs. - The host sent clear and friendly instructions to access the property. Location was good for my needs. The bed was infested with bed bugs, and I am covered in bites. I contacted the host and got no reply.

• Daniel (4/5): Bastante decepcionados - Ubicación para coger el metro a 15 minutos Location to take the metro in 15 minutes No se asemeja prácticamente en nada a lo que muestra en las fotos, la vivienda está muy decadente, los suelos hundidos, muebles y mobiliario de vivienda en muy mal estado y sucios. No hemos usado nada de la cocina por la suciedad que tenía absolutamente todo. No posee aire acondicionado para las fechas de más calor, nosotros lo necesitábamos ya que fuimos en agosto. El baño de arriba, que es donde están tres de las cuatro habitaciones, no te puedes mover de lo pequeño que es. No se adecua al precio. No aconsejo ni repetiría. Espero que se hagan eco de todos los comentarios y hagan una mejora de todo en general ya que la necesita. It's practically nothing like what's shown in the photos. The apartment is very run-down, with sagging floors and dirty furniture and furnishings. We haven't used any of the kitchen because everything was so dirty. It doesn't have air conditioning for the hottest months, which we needed since we went in August. The upstairs bathroom, which contains three of the four bedrooms, is so small you can't move. It's not worth the price. I don't recommend it, nor would I buy it again. I hope they take into account all the comments and make a general improvement, as it needs it.
• Jayne (7/5): Good - perfect location, fitted our group comfortably I think “newly renovated “ is a bit of poetic licence…but it was totally fine for a stay for 8 people for 1 night
• Helen (6/5): Very convenient to Kings Cross and transport. For the cost this was adequate . - Excellent location. Easy to contact the owner and responded immediately to requests. Not enough comfy chairs for the number of guests. Cooker needs to be cleaned. No serving dishes and crockery lacking. Stack of bedding piled up in the corner of the lounge
