- Jade (6/5): - Excellent location in Colliers Wood. All that you need for a short term stay. The WiFi was not reliable and whilst all amenities are here, the ground floor could do with more comfort in the lounge as a 2 seater couch is not enough for a 4 person stay.
- Prawin (10/5): Perfect Stay - Perfect Stay. Great Location. It was on a quiet road but really close to the London Underground station. It was clean and well maintained which made for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent with clear check in instructions.

- Racca (6/5): - The apartment is situated in a excellent position, next to the underground and bus stops and also next to a shopping centre (and supermarket). The place is quiet. The place wasn't so clean, with cobwebs on the ceilings of the bedrooms. The bathroom wasn't so clean either.
The shower head was faulty and the water was leaking from the shower hose. It was not possible to switch off the bathroom light.

La literie est très molle avec ressort et donc pas très confortable
Pas de possibilité de faire le noir au niveau des velux dans une des chambres faisant dortoirs, réveillé à 5h30 tous les matins par la lumière.

The location was nice and near to bus stop amd underground. Safe area Furniture and the mattresses are old.
There was a mirror only in one room..no full length mirror at all
The room on the roadside lacked a blackout curtain and the room gets very bright as the sun rises

Really liked the location being 5 minutes away from Underground station. It was also really nice to have a supermarket so close by. As there were 8 of us, it was really good value.

The bathrooms were clean. It is very tired, needs updating, flooring is warped and chipped, sockets are coming loose, a lot of the decor and furnishings need replacing.
Although we were not a group of 9 the place would not have been equipped for that number.
The lighting on entry was very poor and signage very unclear.

- Miriam (1/5): The worst holidays - The location of the place When we arrived at the apartment it was very dirty as if they had forgotten to clean, the oven had not cleaned in years, the toaster same, both impossible to use due to the state in which they were, dust everywhere and the brush had not been changed for a long time, and the fibers of the pillows were yellowed
The house was full of spiders and cobwebs, the garden impossible to use because of its poor condition, the weeds has taken over the garden, the chairs that were there were also full of cobwebs
But the worst was the appearance of mice , after telling the manager of the apartment called us liars from the first moment, accusing us that we had brought them and stating that the apartment had been cleaned , besides that the attempt to take away importance saying that in Spain just as there are mosquitoes, in London there are mice, making us understand that it was "normal"
the noise of the so-called soundproofed apartment, did not let sleep at night, sometimes has slept 5 hours and having to buy plugs to be able to sleep properly, also you nailed the springs of the bed in the back , in general the material provided except for the television, was very old, the mattresses were is their last and I hope they change them instead of putting some padded covers on top of them to reduce the damage of the springs, although the result is inefficient

- Haynes (9/5): It was a home away from home and I'll stay there again. - The location, the cosiness of the place, the amenities, the landlord was prompt and helpful when needed. The clear instructions for waste disposal (especially for persons who don't have those facilities in their country).
The place is so close to the underground which takes you everywhere! Love it! The backyard could do with some grooming, the wifi not reaching the bedroom, the stove missing the labels but the manual helps and it works well.
