- Heyes (5/5): - location and parking availability Space was badly laid out in bedrooms so not easy to move about. Bathrooms very hot. No heating or AC control. Everything felt a bit shabby. Windows dirty. Also, staff not available to return keys .... double bed very narrow.

También su ubicación cerca del metro y del Excel. Tener debajo el Tesco es un plus de comodidad para lo que necesites.
El equipo de capital stay está disponible en el local de al lado y siempre accesibles. Pondría camas de 150-160 cm, las actuales son pequeñas ( 135cm) . Necesita algo de mantenimiento, en los baños y cabeceros de cama. Podia haber mesillas de noche más grandes. La cocina bien en general , alguna sartén habría a cambiarla.

Perfektní lokalita, stanice DLR hned za rohem, přímo pod domem Tesco, v okolí několik restaurací
Pocit bezpečné lokality i v noci Koberce v ložnicích jsou jiz dost použité, nejsou úplně čisté. Celkově spíše čisté na první pohled,ale chtělo by to nějaký důkladnější úklid.

Great host(s) - very help - Face to face service and very accommodating in giving precise directions to the apartment and parking. The apartment temperature was too high - needed Air Con. Even with the windows open, it took a while for the apartment to cool down.

Transportation was easy...DLR station was behind the building, the IFS cable car (to O2) was at the front of the building.
A Tesco express was right downstairs. It was summer, and there was no air-conditioning. The apartment was stifling hot. We had to open the doors to get some cool air.
The bathroom extractor fan was not very effective

- Cobb (3/5): Apartment in good location but needs attention before accepting other guests. - The apartment was conveniently located to excel. Staff were friendly but ultimately unable to resolve the problem. The general cleanliness of the apartment was a little poor. There were stains on carpets and a strong smell of mould coming from the bathrooms. In two of the sleeping areas there were either blinds missing or broken, which meant that light was flooding into these areas at night making sleep difficult and also meant there was no privacy from overlooking flats and apartments. Also the kitchen was supposed to be fully equipped but there was no dishes that were oven proof, which basically meant that we couldn’t use the oven.

- Marek (9/5): Spacious aparment with outstanding view in great location - Great location - close to the center, but quiet and cheaper. Italian and lebanese restaurants nearby we enjoyed very much. Tesco just next to the entrance; public transport nearby as well.
View from the apartment on 14th floor was amazing, beds narrower but still comfortable. A lot of space for the whole family when compared to hotels. Kids enjoyed available streaming services. Working blinds in both bedrooms provided sufficient darkness for sleeping. We had difficulty finding the reception, but finaly met with help of Booking messages. No ventilation in bathrooms complicated getting rid of odor. Although we were four, only three chairs were available by the dining table.

Train station at the back straight into London. The availability of the management very professional. Thank you for making a difference. Enjoyable breakaway. Just needed a touch up of paint. Due other customers not being careful. Please a lady have a long dresses wardrobe. Feels wired hanging dresses on the back of a door...

Loads of restaurants around, convenient local shop for essentials and easy access of tube & trains for exploring wider areas of london. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Really loved it all, the microwave didn't work due to broken buttons and a couple of the pans weren't suitable for the induction hob but it wasn't an issue for us as we had other options.

Staff are very nice and professional. Secure car park which has access to the apartment. Hosts easy to get hold of. Comfortable beds. Location was perfect, wonderful views of the 02 from the apartment. Tesco express right outside. Tube less than a 2 min walk. Will definitely be staying here again. A couple of things need changing due to wear and tear, but nothing major to report here. Had no issues what so ever.

Fantastic views of London from apartment, it was clean and beds comfortable. Open plan living area. Excellent for 4 adults and a 9year old

- Laura (7/5): Overall great location and good facilities - The location was superb for access to the Excel, London and with Tesco Extra right on the door step. Overall the apartment was clean and the keys were easy to collect. The apartment did have an odour of the drains in the bathrooms during our stay, which was quite overpowering when you first open the door but dispersed with the windows open. We notified the owners and they assured us they were on the case.
