• Ingildsen (1/5): Udlejer og booking.com pisser på lejere - Beliggenhed var ok Der var beskidt. Radiator på øverste etage var i stykker, klodset op på et bræt med håndklæde under, da den dryppede. Der var så varmt, at vi ikke kunne bruge nogen af værelserne. 4 gæster måtte sove i stuen grundet dette. Køkkenet var decideret ulækkert, vi kunne ikke lave mad der. Ovnen var klam, brødrister klam, køleskabet var der 4-5 cm tyk is på bagsiden. Emhætten var ulækker og virkede ikke. Badeværelserne var beskidte. Der var tykt af støv under sengene. Den ene seng var forsøgt samlet med brædder og plader, så da vi lagde os, knækkede seng. Dagen, hvor vi ankom, dagen efter, brugte vi på at kontakte booking.com, lede efter hotel, hvor vi kunne være. Intet lykkedes og vi har fra booking.com fået kompensation på 20 pund, som skal bruges hos booking.com. Kommer aldrig til at bruge det selskab igen. De acceptere at udlejer er et svin over for kunder.

• Tialadine (7/5): Great sized flat with good facilities, I would return again with friends/family when visiting East - Great size flat with multiple floors and space for all the guests to stay for the weekend. Great value for money as you had the kitchen facilities and 2 bathrooms included in a very good price over the bank holiday weekend. A side lamp could be placed in all bedrooms, fans for the summer months and ensure the TV is working and connected to the wifi and in English so I could have attempted to fix this myself. A little further from the overground than I first anticipated but it was okay.
• Ryan (3/5): - Was handy location and clean Tv didn't work, so for 3.nights couldn't watch anything. Couldn't get no main channels, and handset didn't work. Smoke alarms missing in places
• Sunil (3/5): It was not a joyful as weather was very hot requested for fan via email and phone .But no reply received so it is not g - Rooms were spacious, The furniture are old and about to break. Kitchen and bathroom extractor fan was not working.Kitchen light was blinking most of the time and kitchen utensils were not clean.

• John (6/5): Good but coulld have been better - Beds comfy, Plenty of hot water, Location VG plenty of grocery shops , 15 min easy walk to station . Very quiet street Things to improve on. Only half a toilet roll in each bathroom. 4 mugs and 5 glasses 5 chairs for 6 people. Top bathroom no shower /bath mat basin runs away very slowly. I found the bedside light broken in the wardrobe. No washing up bowl or plug for kitchen sink. Cutlery and saucepans poor. Eventually found recycling bags[would be good to have notice in kitchen]. We left house cleaner than on arrival. Drug smoker downstairs so had to transit that smell when entering the property [not the property owners problem just an observation] Listing says the property is on the ground floor when in fact its a 3 storey house.

• Antony (9/5): Superb - The apartment is exactly alike what is shown in pictures. Although some part of the house are a bit old, everything works perfectly. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Location is very good, quite close to the underground, pubs, bars, supermarkets, hospital and everything else you might need The entrance hall was a bit stinky (probably because someone next door cooked something), but the smell did not enter into the apartment.

• Cassandra (6/5): Good value, wonderful area away from crowds, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Would recommend! - Location was great. Short walk to train stations. Plenty of beds. Kitchen and washer helpful. There is another house on the street corner with same house number. Initially caused confusion. Recommend clarifying this in details when booking. No answer on phone numbers provided by host. No bath mats to keep floor dry after shower. No hand soap in bathrooms. Recommend a new hot water pot and a coffee maker.

• Joana (1/5): Bad - The apartment wasn´t clean, specially the kitchen (with the oven and the stove with rests of food and greese). There weren´t enough kitchenwere to cook for a large group (6 people) and insuficient towels and bed clothes (they we´re old and worn out and they left us three towels to six people). The heater didn´t work and it was difficult to contact the host to fix the problem and he only did it on the afternoon of the second day and we spent a night with freezing cold in the rooms and the house. On the third day the power was off during the time we were making dinner and had to be us to go to the store to charge the key to get power again because the host didn´t pay the electricity and didn´t manage to find anyone to solve the problem. It happened again on the last day and to fix it they just came at noon, when we we´re suposed to leave at 11 am and didn´t have power to do the breakfest, heat the house and the water to shower. In general it was a terrible experience and for the price we paid, the service was disrespectful and below the standards you expect when you pay 900 euros for an apartment 5 days. It was really disapointing.
• Akshaya (4/5): Could have been a good place to stay if a little more care was taken by the owners. - Spacious accommodation. The dampness in the entry foyer and stinky carpets. Very hot water in the shower. No toiletries provided. The leaky ceiling in one of the bedrooms.
