- Lee (7/5): Very clean and comfortable. - Location was perfect for our needs. Great to have a lift for the wheelchair.
Property was clean and comfortable. Key box attached to railings on play park across the road, local children were very keen to see the numbers ! Not convenient to scrabble about at ground level behind a Utility box ti retrieve the key. Then had an hour of communication to get a new key fob as it didn’t work. Another resident eventually gave us access to get out of the cold. Struggled to work out how the tv’s worked, unable to do it without instructions via the phone. A laminated information sheet would be very helpful inside the property. We each had a large bath towel but there were no hand towels and only one tea towel in kitchen. Wish the light in the Lift had been working but that is down to the building management, not the letting agent.

- Slo Gan (1/5): Untrustworthy host, false accusations, and a deposit scam — avoid this property. - Nothing. The property and host were involved in a scam with the deposit. After checkout the host falsely claimed I did not return the key, even though I followed all instructions and placed it in the lockbox. They then contacted me on WhatsApp demanding extra payments outside Booking.com and refused to return my £200 deposit without any valid evidence. I later discovered many guests reported identical behaviour from this host. This feels like a systematic scam and completely unacceptable.

Walk from the DLR station easily
Commutable to the O2 which was our destination. Initial contact was incredibly information heavy, a lot of info to process and requests from hosts to adhere to. Consider condensing this?

- Tessa (6/5): Basic accommodation that met our needs but could use a little TLC - The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Information given was comprehensive and clear. Location was excellent for our purpose and very close to a DLR station. Relatively clean and enough towels provided. Beds were generally comfortable. Good water pressure and nice, hot water. Heating in the appartment worked fine. The accomodation could use an upgrade. Cabinets and windows did not close properly, some mold in the bathroom. Overall it looked a bit “tired”. The mattress protector had plastic in it which made sleeping noisy, very hot and sweaty. There are some simple improvements that would really enhance the guests’ experience. Provide a proper coffee maker, a clean scouring sponge, individual coffee/tea/sugar packets instead of loose product in bowls which is not very hygienic.

Said there were towels in the dryer we could use but they had stains too. Bedding and towels had dubious marks. No hand towels or tea towels provided. Hairs found on sheets. Mould in bathroom and a weird smell. The process to get address felt very secretive. Asked for photographic ID and proof of address for every member of the party. Said it would be checked at check in but never saw anyone.
- Tracey J Clark (6/5): Clean and tidy but not really as advertised. - Reasonably good location for public transport services although not 5 minutes from the Tube as advertised. Good local supermarket and café. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom clean. Apartment is advertised as two bedrooms but in fact there is one bedroom with a double bed and the living room has other beds in it to sleep another three people. Having one of us have to use the living room as a bedroom was not ideal.
Living room couch is in the wrong spot to watch TV and streaming services were not available unless you already had your own subscription. Was left only one towel each for a five night stay. No hand towel either. There were no instructions of how to use the washing machine or on how to turn on the heater (boiler). Needed to contact the owner on numerous occasions to get issues resolved.

The rooms were of good size. 1.The closest underground tube station is not 850 yards from the property as mentioned on booking.com.It was a 17 minute walk. If I knew this, I would not have booked this property.
2.There is no address or flat number, which they will eventually get in touch with us through WhatsApp and mail. It took us some time to figure things out. Even though they mail everything(maybe it was just us), it was still not easy figuring things out.
3.The bathroom had a weird smell which made the kids uncomfortable,but it was all right for the adults.

- Omar (9/5): Amazing. Would go use this residence again. - The beds were very comfortable, the owners were very helpful and the could flex with the needs of fans (summer) and check-out time (we needed 30mins to be ready, which was easily accommodated for).

Good place when you want to just have a quiet apartment to return to after doing stuff in London. Quiet apartments in quiet areas are a must, so really happy about that.
Adequately priced!!
Direct bus to Canary Wharf just outside, and close to the DLR-line which was very handy.
A store close by as well for all food needs.

- Dennis (9/5): Iron Maiden concert - accommodation was close to were we had to go ( Olympic stadium) also close to tube station ( 5 min walk ) and a Tesco express the opposite direction
we also found a local pub just around the corner £4.50 a pint 😀 The only thing I can complain about is we couldn't get any channels on the TV - but not a big issue as we weren't in the apartment all that long
- Nawras (7/5): Good - Acceptable apartment to stay in Lindon and spend some time. It's not that luxury one, but it serves good for a family. My host Sam Peers was far more helpful than expected in helping us through our stay. Prompt response and care. I would give 10/10 for communication with him.

- Maria (5/5): Apartment near canary wharf - Location was great. The staff were responsive and very helpful. The size of the apartment was great. Nice and spacious The bathroom wasn't clean enough and did not smell pleasant. The floor around the toilet did not feel stable. Also the bedding was not properly laundered or ironed. It was crumpled and didn't feel clean. It was disappointing as I would happily pay a little extra just to have better quality of bedding. Most apartments I've stayed in provide linen which has been professionally washed and ironed so people have a comfortable stay. There was more bedding being dried inside the wardrobes which again meant the bedding smelt musty. Not the best

- Manoj (6/5): The apartment was big enough for a family and location is not so great for tourism purpose. - The location was not so close for the travel from Heathrow airport using Elizabeth Line. It was long walk. There was a single grocery store near by. Not many options for the food.
The apartment was expected to have some consumables like paper napkins, kitchen roles and washing liquid in the kitchen. No coffee or tea options.
- Natasha (8/5): Very good - It was a no frills crash pad and excellent value for money. There was plenty of space for everyone. It's very close to the DLR and to the Jubilee line, so it's ideal for a trip to the O2.
Communication from the team was great. This is only a minor thing, but it doesn't have any tea or coffee in the apartment. Had I known, then I would have brought some with me. There is a Tesco express just down the road, but for one night, I didn't want to purchase everything to then have to carry it around the next day.

The apartment block is mostly residential so was very quiet, but the road can be a bit busy.
If you don't want to cook, there's a great cafe just a short walk away that is reasonably priced. As we catered for ourselves, we used crockery etc, but it was hard to was up as there was no washing up liquid or tea cloth to dry up with, the addition of these would make it a bit better.
Found the beds a little soft and lumpy, so feel the mattresses could do with being replaced.
The addition of a welcome pack of some tea bags, coffee and milk cartons would be appreciated.
Found there were only a few electrical sockets but none were next to where the beds are so in the bedroom you can either plug in the bedside light or charge your phone. If you plug in the light, you have to get out of bed to turn it off as the electric is on the opposite wall to the bed.
despite these minor niggles, we enjoyed our stay and would go back again in the future.

- Jean (7/5): Communisations was good which we appreciate - There was plenty of room for five people I hadn’t googled the location, but had put in search engine that I wanted near O2 this place isn’t if you relying on public transport.
There was only three towel for five people and the Sides in the kitchen had been wipe down with tissue paper so little bits of tissue all over the kitchen.

Decent sized fridge, decent utensils for what we needed It did smell a bit. Could do with something to help that.
No shower, it was a shower head on the tap which wasn't what I was expecting. We didn't need to use it anyway but something to consider.

Everything about this property is misleading.
First of all, this property posts pictures that are not true comparing to the reality, and booking should really look into it. I really do not understand how they are allowing this.
Secondly, the information for the deposit is hidden away and not clear. It is written somewhere in the hidden section, and also is written in words! If you are quickly running through the page it is really not clear.
So when booking we were 100% sure that there was no deposit needed. Be aware that they take 500 pounds holding deposit. It was a shock for us when 4 days before the checking date they requested it.
The overall state of the property is really poor and sad. It is extremely rundown, with spots and wear and tear marks on the carpet and walls, the bathroom is really small and has MOLD and wear and tear marks as well.
There is a strong smell when walking in into the building.
The foldable sofa is so small that it is impossible to fit in x2 adults and the size of it is much smaller than the requirement for the double bed. But the best part was that they didn’t even provide the correct size of the bedsheet for it. All bedsheets are single bed size.
My mom had to change the bedding for my dad into the just freshly washed set, as his bedding had crumbs in it and smelled like it was not changed for a while. When reporting it to the property they kept repeating same thing over and over again that the property was cleaned before our arrival, it was possible to properly communicate with them.
The toaster was broken and there was not enough towels for all of us.
The communication was really poor, and in the end they threatened us that they would report us to booking because we complained a lot.
I would not live there even for free. Do not recommend booking with them. Our stay was ruined. It was an utter disappointment.
