• Josh (10/5): Get amongst it at SoHo especially for a small family or group of 4 - Awesome location and so much space for the money I paid No negatives for me. The front doorway was a bit hard to get into with large bags which some might dislike but I thought that added to the charm of the location and place :)

• Julie (1/5): Wouldn’t stay at this propert again not very good value fr money and owner wasn’t helpful - Location was close to the theatre we was going On a busy noisy street with lots of bars tv shower and heating didn’t work properly and seen 2 mice running round the property there was also a hole were they had been chewing the way in on arrival the room was dirty hadn’t been clean

• JBarea (7/5): Nice location, noisy bar under. - La situación es ideal. En el Soho de Londres, cerca de museos, bien conectado y zona muy viva y alegre. Debajo hay un bar, tiene música hasta las 3am. No se puede dormir sin usar tapones. Por suerte el casero deja tapones para los oídos.

It was also surprisingly quiet in the morning, and the location was great for accessing London's West End. The shower pressure wasn't amazing, and the bathroom could have done with a bit of a spruce up.

Not enough plug sockets, WiFi barely works (including smart tv), sofa can only be sat on by 2 people as one end of it is completely sunk in. There was some noise outside the property over night but that didn’t disturb us as long as we closed all windows and doors inside the property.
• John (9/5): Superb location and though the apartment is a bit tired, it has everything you need and was clean. - The location is superb. Right in the middle of Soho with restaurants, jazz clubs, pubs, cocktail bars right outside the door. Very easy stroll to Leicester Square, Portrait and National Galleries, Piccadilly Circus, West-end etc etc. Clean linen; sizeable, well-equipped kitchen. Quiet, thanks to secondary glazing. Apartment’s tired and could do with a bit of TLC: handle broken on cupboard door, basin tap loose, basin drained very, very slowly, no plug. Cushions could be cleaner.

It could'nt be any better I like the beds, nice and firm The noise of bars in front and behind, due to being "in the center of everything." They provide earplugs. It helps a bit, but be prepared. I guess, it's great for those who go and join the party 😁
• Malcolm (3/5): Stressful nightmare checkin ruins a perfect spot in the heart of Soho - Location great and apartment is spacious They key collection system is a nightmare . The keg safe could not be accessed. When I tried to contact them ( afternoon hours) the two contact numbers provided in the booking email & receipt were switched off. The number connected to the booking through booking.com was also switched off. I took shelter from the rain in a nearby bar & emailed — received a response to that email over 24 hours later. The bar staff next door say it happens often. Finally, hot -spotting wifi from a guest in the bar & digging through the several emails received as part of booking process, I found a number ( the fourth of 4) that worked & the customer service person was very helpful — after I had to send a photo of my ID. He told me they’d sent the wrong code!! This is a really stressful situation to be in and at that price (equivalent to some of the smaller hotels in nearby areas) they should do better -
• Almog (7/5): Nice - We liked the place. Close to everything! The apartment was big, and was instructure to made breakfast. It close to lots of bars- don't need to go far to go out. It wasn't so clean. The shower stream wasn't strong, and the bad for two was a little small, but was fine for the time we were there. It close to lts of bars- noisy at night

We didn’t stay, had to book alternative accommodation as on arrival we saw a mouse dart across the lounge & disappear under the apartment door! The bathroom ceiling was also covered in mould with paint peeling too.

The shower needs updating. - The location was Excellent and the main living area was spacious enough The bathroom and shower looks a bit tired and needs a renovation . The water pressure in the shower wasn’t sufficient.

Albeit it was noisy ear plugs provided but we took our silicone ones and they worked perfectly. location is so central. the stairs leading to flat were shabby and . once in flat we were gutted really for the money we paid it was so tired and in need of repair. although clean enough as in bedding and crockery etc walls ceilings and paintwork are in dire need of painting, replacing etc. the bathroom ceiling is a disgrace and should be an easy fix. bathroom sink doesn’t drain well at all. tap dodgy we weee almost scared to use it. Shower unsafe if you have problems getting in or out. No nonslip mat or safety handles so have to shower with the utmost care. Noise levels were outrageous really and it went in into the wee small hours. A family with young children may struggle with this. The stairs leading up to the flat are very narrow and quite steep so wouldn’t be suitable with ppl with mobility issues. owners need to think seriously about doing up the flat to reflect on the price.
