• BRONDELLO (9/5): Super séjour - Super emplacement dans le centre , dans une rue calme , appartement sympa et propre .Très réactif aux messages envoyés merci beaucoup. Arrivée autonome au top. L'appartement n'étant pas loué. le jour de notre départ , l'hôte nous a permis un départ plus tardif, très appréciable pour pouvoir encore profiter de la matinée a Londres. Adresse a retenir si ns revenons. Matelas un peu mou La lumiere du couloir palier porte reste allumée toute la nuit penser a pousser les portes des chambres si vs êtes sensible a la lumière pour dormir.

• Rosane Luz (8/5): Localização perfeita - Localização perfeita com acesso a muitas atrações, restaurantes, supermercados e todo o tipo de comércio, sem uso de transporte, ou se desejar utilizar o transporte coletivo é muito fácil e rápido. A localização é o ponto forte. Apartamento espaçoso, com 2 dormitórios e uma sala ampla. O local é silencioso. A iluminação é adequada. A cama do dormitório maior é confortável. O apartamento estava limpo. O elevador funciona perfeitamente bem. Entendi que o edifício é habitado por moradores locais e que são muito corteses. A entrega das chaves e sua devolução é de fácil compreensão e execução. A hostess interagiu conosco com muita gentileza. Recomendo o apartamento e gostaria de voltar no próximo ano. Agradeço pela recepção. Algumas sugestões de melhorias. 1) avaliar a vida útil do colchão do dormitório menor. 2) avaliar a possibilidade da retirada de alguns objetos/ roupas de cama que estão nos armários dos dormitórios, para facilitar o uso dos pelos hóspedes. Faço esta contribuição, pois entendo que seriam melhorias que fariam do apartamento uma opção ainda melhor.

• Ambre (9/5): Un séjour fabuleux ! - Le logement est super bien situé , dans le centre de Londres , la propriétaire est réactive et tout est très bien expliqué pour vivre un séjour serein sans complications ! C’était vraiment super , je recommande !

• Mark (10/5): Great location, clean, spacious and well equipped - Location was spot on, short walk to tube and covent garden yet quiet and in a lovely neighbourhood. Well equipped, dishwasher, hob and microwave. (No oven), WiFi but not a smart TV, dvds but no dvd player. If you want to watch anything then bring your own tablet etc. not a problem as we weren't there to watch TV with so much do do on the doorstep. We had a lovely stay, kids went to see Hamilton and we found mooched. Would definitely stay at the apartment again, a real gem.

• Madeleine (6/5): Pleasant - Great location. Good value for groups/ a family. The bedding though definitely clean felt a bit old and tired which wasn’t great. It wouldn’t be a big ask to have 100% cotton sheets etc, hotel style. it felt a bit like old polymix bed linen, not nice.

• Tani4 (10/5): Wonderful apartment - Everything was fantastic. The apartment is located in central London, near 2 metros stations and 2 convenient stores, you can visit a lot of places by foot. Everything was clean you could even smell the laundry perfume on the towels. A lot of equipment was included in the kitchen or in general. For the price it was a good value for money. The only thing that can use an improvement is maybe cleaning the inside of the laundry machine every once in a while

• Abraham (10/5): Incredible & Amazing - The location and the accessibility. Very cute flat with all accommodation you need. The place is tinny but very well made and next to one of the most important underground line. So easy to arrive from the airport. All the place was amazing The towels and sheets smelled a bit humid, but it was not a big deal.
• Monique (10/5): Location can’t be beat. The flat itself is modern and very clean. It’s small but has no clutter or unnecessary furniture - Location is superb. Steps from the throng of Covent Garden but on a quiet street. Cafe for morning coffee and breakfast across the street. Lift to get your luggage up easily, however there are about 3 steps from the street to the lift, so it wouldn’t be suitable for a wheelchair user. Fine for a stroller to be pulled up, though. Washing machine was brilliant as we arrived with most of our clothes ready for a wash. There was a drying rack provided that I set up in front of the radiator and jeans were dry the next day (December). We couldn’t believe our luck with how great the flat was, especially for the price. The entry is typical of old council flats, stark and functional, so not the most inviting, but it’s not indicative of the flat or the area, it’s just what you get in London. It didn’t bother us at all. Covent Garden and subsequent tube stations are very busy at all times, but that’s what you get when you’re in the heart London where tourists and locals going about their business converge. The bathroom is tiny, but again, typical for London. None of these detracted from our stay, but they’re worth noting for people who may find these an issue.

• Sangasman (10/5): Exceptional - .we liked the location, the welcome and information sheet.the apartment had all that we needed and more. We would definitely use this apartment on our next trip to London and have already recommended it to family and friends. 10 out of 10 from us. The second bed was a little like a put me up but our younger couple said they slept fine and rose without backache so not really a complaint, more an observation.

Even in the bigger one, the bed is near the wall so only 1 of us had space near the bed (in the other room the bed takes all the space).

• Vince (9/5): Superb - Location was good, very quiet and walking distance to the British museum, the tube and buses. A bit far from some of the popular tourist spots like Buckingham, Hyde park etc. Either a 30 min walk or rely on transport to get there. In saying that there’s no where you can stay in London that’ll be close to everything. Close to lots of food options as well as a Sainsburys for groceries. Apartment was tidy, good amount of space, beds in seperate room. Having a washing machine and drying rack was really convenient. Only minor complaint is the head of one of the beds was very warm. Even though the heater wasn’t on it seems like the heat goes through the head of the bed of the larger room. Not sure if we did something to turn that on, we didn’t use the heaters but the head was still warm

• Rachel (10/5): Superb comfortable apartment close to all the amenities of the Covent Garden area. - Excellent location - shops, restaurant’s, tube station, theatres all within walking distance. Apartment was very clean, super comfortable beds and the kitchen/lounge area had everything you would need for a short stay in the city. It was great that we could leave our luggage in the apartment and pick up later on the last day. There was nothing we didn’t like. We would thoroughly recommend this property.
