• Julia (6/5): - Lovely studio. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Well equipped. Incredibly noisy. Busy Train line outside window. Bed uncomfortable. Stressful trying to work electronic combination doorknob. Luckily got support from host to get in late at night.
• MagicMirko (5/5): Soggiorno con momento "no panic" - L'appartamento di per se non è neanche male, piccolo ma in tre adulti e una ragazza di 14 anni ci siamo stati bene, c'è tutto il necessario. Vicino alla fermata del trenino per andare al centro di Londra, molto comoda, si attraversa la strada. C'è un pub molto carino a 300 mt dove abbiamo pranzato, e sotto casa c'è Dalina dove puoi farti fare la pizza quando torni tardi e vuoi mangiare qualcosa.....pizza buona. Non si può cancellare una prenotazione quando gli ospiti sono davanti la porta dell'appartamento, senza neanche spiegarne il motivo....hanno rischiato di rovinarci tutta la vacanza perché, siamo riusciti a capire, c'era una perdita di acqua, per altro risolta nel giro di 3 ore da due operai gentilissimi, e questo mi fa pensare, leggendo altre recensioni che il fatto di cancellare le prenotazioni forsei è un vizio. Comunque siamo riusciti a risolvere.....ci hanno dato un altro appartamento, ma ho dovuto pagare fuori da booking....tra le altre cose l'assistenza booking in questo caso voto zero, ci ha proposto alternative che costavano il doppio ma poi vista la nostra resistenza e la nostra testardaggine hanno risolto, ma che fatica, perso un pomeriggio....bho!!! Altro appunto....munitevi di pazienza quando entrate, perché c'è un unico codice per tutte le porte, ma la serratura del portone di entrata a volte fa cilecca, ma non vi preoccupate, aspettate 5 minuti si resetta e riprovate....un consiglio all'host/proprietaria, mettete una luce davanti il portone principale, la sera non si riesce a vedere che numeri spingere sulla tastiera.

Keytouch entrance might panic older folk who aren’t savvy with modern technology Facilities first class and shower was great . You can hear the trains ( we liked that )not at all intrusive . • Sara (5/5): - Estaba en zona 3, aunque pone zona 2. La ducha lo moja todo, el sofá cama muy incómodo, estaban las vías del tren enfrente, asi que se escuchaban cada 5 minutos todo el tiempo.
• Swen (8/5): modern eingerichtetes, schönes Studio mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV - Sehr gut ausgestattetes kleines Studio. Modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Die Bahnstrecke führt direkt neben dem Haus vorbei. Züge sind alle paar Minuten wahrnehmbar.

• Javier (3/5): Increíble que no te puedas hacer un café en el apartamento!! - Me gustó cercano de la estación de tren. Aparte del ruido de los trenes, que ya lo sabía, el trato del anfitrión pésimo porque le pedí una cafetera para hacer café y me ignoró. No hay contacto con nadie por si tienes algún problema. No se puede ser más tacaño, increíble que no te puedas hacer un café en un estudio de más de 700& por 6 noches. Tampoco habían paños de cocina, champú escaso, no aceite, no sal, etc... Ah, y una sola toalla para la semana. Sin embargo yo le dejé un montón de cosas para el próximo huésped ( ver foto) a ver si toma ejemplo. Por cierto, en la foto falta un bote de champú que le dejé en el baño.

Very close to the train station like right across the road. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends. There wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was perfect
• Marija (5/5): Passable - Accommodation as accommodation ok. Cleanliness is not their strong point, be aware that you only have two towels during your entire stay. Earplugs are not functional, but for those who have a normal sleep the train station under the window should not be a big problem. The neighborhood itself is ok, a great thing is under the entrance there is a Starbucks and a few meters after Lidl. The disadvantage is the owner not contacting you for a few hours, and entering the code. When you enter the code and the scale, turn the lock to the right and that's how the door opens. We were looking for towels and to leave things somewhere on the last day but after 8am we got a negative answer. The bedding was definitely dirty, more specifically the pillows. If there are 4 of you in the room, those who sleep on the sofa are lucky, folding it is a disaster and it is full of gaps. I don't know if it was our problem but when we turned on the heating and went to take a shower, the cold water simply did not exist, wherever we turned the handle the water was getting hotter, I had the feeling that I was bathing in hell. with this zone, be aware that you are in city zone 3 and that a one-way ticket to one location is approx. 5-10 pounds, which is why I would definitely recommend more expensive accommodation, but in the closer zones, because you will definitely get the same, because the accommodation is not that enchanting, but for this price it is ok

• Carla (9/5): Lovely stay. good value , would stay again ! - I love the modern set up. The contactless entry was easy . Very clean. The train could be noisy (there’s a train track beside the bedroom , but we were able to sleep well and we honestly thought that made the experience memorable and unique . The street parking isn’t guaranteed . We were lucky to find a spot when we got there at 7 pm but had to walk a few feet to get to the apt. We noted though that later in the evening, there’s more parking available near the apartment.

• Maša (10/5): Small apartment with everything you need - Small apartment but has everything you need. Next to the overground station, takes about 25min to whitechapel tube station. Spotless clean, kitchen with all appliences. Bathroom and shower were superb. Heating was also good. Communication with landlord was easy, responses were immediate and instructions clear. Kids loved netflix on TV. Good value for money, I would recommend. Trains are pretty loud, but we slept ok. Sofa bed is not really comfortable, for kids it was ok. Since the apartment is for 4, maybe more plates, glasses etc.would be nice, and also, there were only 2 chairs at the table. But these are really minor things.

• Arusia (10/5): Exceptional - Great studio apartment. Spacious and very modern. The rooms were clean and tidy. TV, Fridge, Kitchen, Cooker, Microwave all were in great condition and were easy to use. The cental heating was great in the room and bathroom. Plent of towels and free car parking nearby. Lots of food places nearby by and also you're not far from central london either. Would book again. Nothing. No issues.

• Muhammad (1/5): Not an ideal place to stay with family, noisy by the train lines - Nothing The staff was very rude from the beginning, difficulty to get into the apartment as your have to unlock three doors with codes, too many do & don’t instructions, they expect you to leave the apartment in its original conditions at check out, no cleaning service & expects guests to clean, out of our 6 nights stay NO cleaning service, NO towels change options, you will have to wash if required, sent an email with their expectations & cleaning issues with photos which they supposed to do after 6 nights stay, guests pay to get the service, not to do the cleaning by themselves

• Ali (7/5): Good - Location is very good as access to overground and train is easy. Many had complained about train noise in comments that I had read but honestly it was no problem for us (or our baby) at all. This is relative of course, but it was very nice and considerate of the owners to provide ear plugs and eye blinds for those who may be sensitive to light/noise when sleeping. It was a bit small for a family with kids. The plates and cutlery were minimal. I think for a family of four to be comfortable at a house, they would need more than exactly 4 plates and 4 spoons! Maybe 6 or 8 ! The windows didn't open which made the weather very heavy and humid on the hot days. The owners did however kindly provide us with an electric fan which did help, but still air conditioning would've been ideal.
• Td (8/5): Nice stay - -Convenient location from train station and supermarket. -The photos of the apartment are exactly same. -During our 2 weeks stay it was cleaned once but the cleaner did a good job. -They have allowed us a little late check out. - The check in was very smooth with the detailed email instructions. -The train line is next to the apartment. It's difficult to sleep until the overground service was finished for the day. -The storage space is very limited and we stayed 2 weeks so it was difficult to manage our clothes. -The windows can't be opened due to outgrown plants next to it and insects were entered if it was left opened for long.

• Elli.k (8/5): Very good - Clean and modern apartment, higher standards than the usual in London at a reasonable price. Highly recommended; We will try to book it again for a future city break. The host is very helpful and replied to our queries within only a few minutes. Convenient location by the station, easy commute. There are facilies in the area, super markets, pubs if you want to go out in the evening. Ideal for 2-4 people, the sofa bed is ok for a couple nights, but wouldnt recommend for longer stay. As the train station is right next, someone might find it noisy, we honestly didn't mind at all. The host was very kind to leave a little package for each visitor with an eye mask and earplugs.

• Rich (5/5): Over-priced and very noisy (trains & other apartments) - Room was clean and functional with all the amenities listed present & in good condition with instructions provided for everything. Door entry system needed multiple attempts to gain entry to main door (see EDIT below). Shower heat control was erratic. Hob switched on but would not allow us to select an element to heat (we read the provided instructions multiple times). Fridge had (v smelly) food from previous guests left in it. We were kept awake on 1st night from 1.30am through to 6am by what sounded like a party by other guests in adjacent appartment to us. Trains run from 6.30am through to late at night and the the provided earplugs don't really make much difference to the noise level. Having to find a space to park on standard residential street should not be listed as the apartments have free parking available to guests. EDIT: In reply to owner's comments - I had read the door entry instructions fully and after entering the supplied code it announced the code was accepted but the handle would just spin round. On each return to the apartment I had to try multiple times to enter the code and hope that it would "catch" and I could actually open the door.
• Helen (4/5): Comfortable room, LOUD trains and BROKEN SHOWER - Unfortunately it was difficult as we arrived 2 hours early (1pm) before the expected arrival time, which was 3pm, and the property owner did not pick up the phone. We resulted to waiting in the area for 2 hours before being able to go in. We also never recieved a booking.com email with the door code and had to call the property owner several times. The shower was faulty, there was only scalding hot water avaliable which meant that we couldve burnt ourselves multiple times. We had to result to the cold water from the tap which meant it was very messy, disruptive and uncomfortable for us to 'shower'. I did not have time to inform the property issue during our stay as it was short and chose to mention it after check-out, to which the property owner said we should've mentioned it earlier. They said they would have it checked out for future problems, however I still haven't heard a response from them yet. I am hoping we can get some formal compensation for this dangerous issue.
