- paul (1/5): Avoid like the plague, unless you like to be ripped off - Never got to go in the property, after numerous messages to the “Host” and him never replying. We travelled to London where I called him, he said not available any more and put phone down on me …. Booked in February paid and then let down Booking.com customer service have been a total disgrace when you can get hold of them… over 3 hours in total talking to them

- Camilla Grefstad (3/5): Leilighet var ikke så unik - Woolwich er et nydelig transformasjonsområde. Flott beliggenhet, hyggelige spisesteder, lett å ta tog inn til London. Leilighet var slitt, ikke rent. Vi var fem stykker, fikk bare håndklær til tre stykker. Bare stoler til fire stk. Kontaktet huseier, men fikk ikke svar. Dårlig oppfølging fra huseier. Leilighet har terrasse mot trafikkert veg og byggeaktivitet. Bildene av stue stemmer ikke.

- Joanna (1/5): This is a scam, don't book. - The pictures on the website were lovely; a shame the host cancelled the booking when I rang to arrange key collection. Having nowhere to stay, and having to look for other accommodation last minute. I am now trying to get a refund and the host is being uncooperative and rude.
