Guest Reviews
- Sinan (7/5): - Location and apartment layout Sound isolation, every foot step above floor made comes down as a hammer, and I wasn't clear why particularly at 7 AM daily they start running.

- Danielle G. (10/5): - Loved how responsive the owners are! When we had a small issue late in the night, they were quick to respond. Love to stay here as it’s centrally located.

- Karen (9/5): Loved it and would book it again if I go to London. Will also recommend to friends and family. - The location was perfect. Finding a flat on the first floor was hard so we appreciated that. The size was perfect for two friends. One in the bedroom, one on the pull out. A couple of very small things. We couldn’t get the washer/dryer to dry our clothes. Looked up the manual online and tried everything. The shower took a very long time to drain. Had to wait between showers.
- Chris (9/5): -
- Amit (9/5): Excellent stay and great amenities and right in the centre of things . -
- Michal (7/5): Good - Very good location, easy access with electronic key, apartment fully equip (adapters, chargers, kitchenware) Thermal insulation is poor, especially windows, one can feel wind blowing, bathroom is cold. Apartament has zero noise insulation, neighbours from above you can hear when they move, talk, etc.
- Gerardo (9/5): best location - cool
- Melanie (8/5): Excellent apartment if you are young and mobile - It was an excellent apartment, well fitted out, and included many small things like lots of complimentary coffee pods and plenty of washing machine pods. The bed was comfortable, there was a great shower, and despite being in a relatively noisy area of the city, the apartment was quiet due to the layout and double-glazing. The host was responsive and prompt to attend to issues. The apartment is entered using an app rather than a physical keypad. Each occupant wanting to enter separately must have a phone with the app, which requires access to email to set up. This was awkward as my husband's phone does not have email. Also, and more importantly, the app would not load when the area was busy -- presumably not enough bandwidth. This was only resolved because I had already connected to the apartment's wifi, and the signal was strong enough to reach the street. Although up only one flight of stairs, the stairs are in poor condition (one board cracks and sinks each time it is stepped on), so I do not recommend this apartment to anyone with any physical mobility issues.
- Olivier (2/5): Sleepless nights in Soho 😱😰😱 - Location was very good. Due to highly squeaky stairs and floors (with two above apartments) and poor windows, we had much trouble to sleep thanks to neighbours and the street activity. When contacted, the manager said he would sort this out for a later stay.
In addition, the separation between the two rooms was paper thin.
- Kayla (9/5): Overall good stay - The property was spacious and clean It is a little loud at night, but not to bad if your in the bed room
- Helen (9/5): Great apartment in Central London - Wonderful location right in the centre of London, about an 8 minute walk from Oxford Circus tube station. Great for those who like walking the city. Lots of food places close to the apartment with shopping also right on the doorstep. There is a pub located across the road from the apartment but the noise wasn't intrusive while sleeping as the bedroom is at the back of the apartment. The apartment is clean with all the usual amenities and they had left bottled water in the fridge and coffee capsules for the coffee machine together with complimentary shower products in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was a bonus as one of our days there it was very warm. I had a bit of a technical issue with opening the front door key as it is all done through your mobile and mine kept on saying I was offline, but I contacted the property via booking.com by phone and they were very helpful and talked me through it. There was also a set of keys in the apartment which we didn't need to use but it was great to know there was a backup if my phone failed me! The communal stairs to the apartment are noisy to walk up. Only really an issue when people from the apartment above come in later in the night than you as you can hear them coming up and down the stairs. A very minor issue though and really does not detract from the amazing apartment itself. Also, the door to the bathroom does not shut completely, there is a bit of a gap, but its not an issue if its just a couple staying and again probably just needs someone to adjust the hinges a bit.
- Bruno (10/5): Great stay in Soho in a well-equipped apartment - The apartment is very well located in the middle of Soho.
It's well equipped and has all the needed equipment (even a washing machine and a dishwasher).
The check-in was easy as the keys (building and apartment) are provided digitally. Nothing directly related to the apartment itself as it is due to the building:
The people going down the staircase at 6:30 am on a Sunday morning really sounded like there were people moving in or out so I would say, earplugs recommended for light-sleepers :)
- Robert (10/5): A great option for a trendy, central, comfortable and accessible accommodation - Excellent location! Easy check in and access.
Close to everything, comfortable. Very friendly hosts
A great option for a trendy, central, comfortable and accessible accommodation
- Moode (6/5): Pleasant -
- Oguz (9/5): Feeling like at home. - We bought some food from the supermarket and we had a great breakfast in the nice kitchen.Especially my wife liked the facilities and the tools of the kitchen. The beds were comfortable.I strongly recommend this appartment for who travels with family. The place is very close to many restaurants and bars. This is a good thing because of the central location but the noises coming from outside are disturbing.
- Laura (10/5): great place to stay in, in the most amazing loccation, absolutely loved it! - the location was amazing in the heart of Soho, apartment was cozy, The kitchen was clean and very well equipped. very comfy bed. We liked everything about our stay :)
- Ustupa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Blair (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joanna (9/5): Great apartment centrally located - The apartment is really nice and well located.
It may be a bit louder on the street sometimes but as it is located in very central location it comes as no surprise.
We really enjoyed our stay there.
The apartment had everything we needed.
We had some problem with digital key at the beginning but the owner was able to sort out it very fast, even though it was the middle of the night.
- Carolina (7/5): Good value for money - Nice apartment, well located and with all the facilities you can need. If you have to sleep in the couch, it's not too comfy and the noise in the street at bedtime is a bit annoying.
- Eva (9/5): We recommend this place and would like to stay there again. - it was nice and clean. Good size apartment . Perfect location - we could walk to everything.
- Ivânia (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect. We walked everywhere. Lots of public transport nearby as well.
The apartment was clean, had all we needed.
We visited during winter, and in the apartment, it was always warm.
Has basic cooking utensils.
Little details as a mini toiletry kit were a pleasant detail. As it's an old building, on the first floor and next to pubs, there's some street noise. If it's just a couple, it's easy to close the bedroom door, but if there's someone sleeping on the couch, it can be a bit noisy.
- Pooja (4/5): Space could be perfect with some simple sound proofing of the apartment + timeliness of check in/responses. - The apartment was clean and had enough space for 3-4 people. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. we appreciated the number of towels, pillows and blankets provided too. very central location, so we were very happy to be at most bars and Restaraunt we wanted to be at in a heartbeat. And enjoyed the weekend vibes of the bars. If you are a light sleeper, this space is not for you. If you are a heavy sleeper - this space is still not for you. the apartment is on the first floor and it feels like anyone in the street below (has a busy pub + cars driving by) are physically in the apartment with you. Anyone going up or down the stairway outside or in the apartment above can be clearly heard. This apartment could do with some (ANY) kind of soundproofing. We slept for about 2-3 hours per night during some quiet time between 4-6am.
