• Alessia (1/5): - L’appartamento, a prima vista, potrebbe anche sembrare carino e ben posizionato, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata estremamente negativa a causa di una sporcizia inaccettabile. Lenzuola, cuscini e asciugamani erano visibilmente sporchi, con macchie scure e un aspetto tutt’altro che pulito. Gli elettrodomestici sembravano mai puliti: tostapane e forno avevano ancora residui di pane e formaggio incrostati, il muro dietro la macchina del caffè presentava spruzzi marroni, e il bidone della spazzatura era appiccicoso e sporco. Anche i pavimenti erano sporchissimi, pieni di polvere e macchie evidenti, segno che non venivano puliti da tempo. Le sedie avevano la fodera con macchie nere e muffa, così come il tappeto. Nel bagno erano presenti spruzzi marroni sulle pareti, una cosa davvero disgustosa e inaccettabile per un alloggio turistico. Inoltre, la totale assenza di supporto da parte dell’host ha peggiorato ulteriormente la situazione: ha risposto solo la sera prima della partenza, limitandosi a comunicare l’orario del checkout e suggerendo di prendere gli asciugamani “puliti” in un armadio al primo piano, che però era chiuso con un lucchetto e senza fornirci i codici per aprirlo. Non si tratta di piccoli dettagli, ma di una mancanza totale di pulizia, igiene e attenzione verso gli ospiti. Abbiamo soggiornato in molti appartamenti, ma una situazione del genere non l’avevamo mai vista. Assolutamente sconsigliato finché non verrà fatta una pulizia profonda e professionale. At first glance, the apartment might look nice and well-located, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely negative due to an unacceptable level of dirt and lack of cleanliness. The bed sheets, pillows, and towels were visibly dirty, with dark stains and an overall unclean appearance. The appliances seemed never to have been cleaned: the toaster and oven still had bread and cheese residues stuck inside, the wall behind the coffee machine had brown splashes, and the trash bin was stic
• Jill (2/5): Two star stay at a four star price - It was a good location, within walking distance of things I wanted to see From the moment I accessed the property and climbed up to the third floor on a rickety, steep and unlit (until the second floor) staircase, I knew that this had been a bad idea. Inside, the apartment was very poorly maintained. Cracks in the ceiling and walls, a stained rug in the living room, clean, but old, thin linens. The bathroom had what looked like black mould on the window sills, paint was peeling off the walls, decals on one wall were hanging off. The floor was half painted, with the paint worn off. The shower stall was old and stained, the shower itself took a full five minutes to get to hot, the water boiler in the bathroom came on every time the tap was turned on - including when the downstairs apartment used the water. The toilet seat wasn't fitted properly and kept closing whilst in use. The kitchen cabinets had dribbles of dirt on the outside doors. The cleaner left a new sponge and a very old dirty sponge. There were no tea towels. All the cutlery and crockery had seen better days. It was difficult to access the wifi. Finally the property owner pointed me in the direction of the a mifi unit which was pretty useless. I ended up accessing the (weak) downstairs wifi through the instructions the owner had sent. If you like eavesdropping on your neighbours conversations, then this is the place for you! I could hear the downstairs neighbours talking very clearly for hours on end, which got worse when they came in drunk at 4am, two days in a row. I felt quite uncomfortable throughout my stay. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone, especially as there are plenty of options in the neighbourhood.

He hecho una reclamación a Booking, enviándole fotos que demuestran lo que detallo a continuación. La ducha estaba sucia, las sábanas de la cama llenas de pelos. La alfombra completamente manchada. Tela de las sillas con manchas. Restos de comida en el suelo. Y el estado de conservación del apartamento no se corresponde con las fotos

• tiffany (5/5): Appartement à nettoyer. - Très bien placé. L'hôte nous a permis d'arriver plus tôt. Propreté Absence de balai et autre nécessaire au nettoyage de l'appartement. Appartement extrême sal ne donnant pas envie de revenir. Absence de réponse de la part de l'hôte quand nous l'avons prévenu de l'état de l'appartement. Cuisine à équiper : éponges neuves, torchons propres, égouttoir à vaisselle, etc.
• Davinia (6/5): Dangerous - Nothing The stairs up to the apartment are the worst ever , and then to top it of there is large bags, hovers , rubbish and more left on the landings which made it even more difficult to get past Stairs our a sever danger and if there was a fire from that disgusting fast food place down we would never mange to get out .
• Guest (1/5): Lo mejor la ubicacion - Ubicacion El apartamento es muy incomodo. No lo recomiendo para familiar, un tercero sin ascensor y con unas escaleras muy estrechas. Viajamos con un bebe de 6 meses y para subir el carro del bebe hicimos malabares. No estaba limpio, manchas en las sabanas y motas de polvo.

• Susan (5/5): Excellent Location - Location was excellent. Studio was comfortable. Owner was easy to communicate with. Was disappointed with the bathroom, in dire need of an upgrade. The neighbour downstairs had a party till 2:30 am! The stairs were narrow, and awkward with a big suitcase. We couldn't get Freeview TV, it was unavailable.
• Ana (7/5): Agradable pero descuidado - La ubicación perfecta. Luminoso y agradable. Camas cómodas. No había juego de cubiertos suficientes para 3 personas, además solo 2 vasos y una copa. Ningún cucharón o paleta para poder cocinar. Ninguna escoba ni nada para poder mantenerlo limpio en una estancia de 10 días. Solo 3 toallas de ducha y 2 de mano para tres personas 10 días. Alfombra llena de lamparones sucios, manchas en paredes que dan asco. Baño sin ninguna percha ni banco donde dejar nada, cenefa decorativa arrancada. Vamos muy descuidado. El armario no se podía ni abrir las puertas con la distribución que había. Pese a haberle transmitido lo que nos hacía más falta el dueño contestó divagando y no lo solucionó. Tuvimos Que comprar hasta paño para la cocina. Que pena que por descuido y dejadez desluzca un apartamento tan agradable y en tan buena ubicación. Y los últimos días ya ni nos contestaban cuando escribíamos un mensaje.
• Edit (9/5): Összeségében nagyon szerettük. Nagyon barátságos, jól felszerelt és jó elhelyezkedésű apartman. - A kulcs felvétel irány mutatása nem volt elég pontos, így csak többszöri próbára sikerült a kulcsot felvenni. A szállás nagyon zetszett, de a lépcsőház nagyon koszos és dohos volt.

Cozy space for 1 person! No elevator, to access 3rd floor u should go throught a very narrow staircase!

Kitchen had most basic necessities. Host was responsive and helpful. Bed is not comfy. Some areas needed more cleaning in apartment. Internet and TV were difficult to operate. Windows and doors are drafty. General disrepair.

We called him to have some help from him as we were first timer to uk but to our surprise he talked very badly to us. Our openion about UK people changed due to his behaviour. I will not recommend to any one this property because of the behaviour of the person.

Easy access to Underground, nice and quiet neighborhood. - The building is located in living area full with great places for early coffee start with pastries, brunch and nice restaurants and pubs. Tesco and Lidle nearby. The European plug adapter is provided with many USB ports. Narrow stair case; bathroom drain in the shower must be cleaner. Be careful with the iron. The steam starts very sensitive fire alarm and an written warning or instructions for turning it off could be helpful.
• Jonina (2/5): The flat was ok, not more than that. - The flat was not so bad, everything was there as promised. Not much noise from outside, if we used the toaster the fire alarm started to peep BUT we could fix it The stares up to the third floor were VERY dangerous. I had to you 1 cruts HÆKJA after an accident and there was hardly anything to hold on to. I tried to fix it by having my husband and sometimes my grown up son, walk behind so they could catch me if I fell down and they did it twice. If nobody had caught me I would probably be DEAD now. You have to fix this NOW. IT'S VERY, VERY, DANGEROUS

• Jonathan (1/5): Better than camping out! - There weren't a lot of options at a cheaper price so we chose this unit. It was nice to have a kitchen. First of all, my actual rating for this property would be "below average" but I gave it a 1 to get the attention of the management hoping it would make a difference. There is a long list of issues so here goes... Substantial problems: * The carpet was broken on the stairs and is a fall risk * Unreliable hot water. Everything seems fine but I couldn't figure it out. Took two showers cold water and 1 had plenty of hot water. Possibly running the hot water in the ktichen and bathroom before taking a shower might work. * WIFI not working. Router probably needed to be reset but was located in another tenants apartment. The owner agreed to reimburse me for BT Telecom internet but it was so slow I ended using mobile data. This is big problem for tourists who need to evaluate options and plan their day. * TV does not work. Seems to need the WIFI. The TV is not a smart TV so no netflix or others apps. Things you can overlook: * Substantial yellow mold on lower half of shower * The stairs are narrow and steep. The walls are badly marked from all the luggage and things * It completely lacks charm. The overhead spot lights point at your face in bed. The artwork is the worst. The bed, couch, and ktichen table are prepared in the most minimal way possible. * No clothes or towel hooks or wastebasket in the bathroom * No bedside table with light

• Vas (5/5): Uncomfortable for 3 people. - Good location. This is advertised as a 3 ppl room. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable! The bed was ok. Everything else is as in the photos.

Not a single hook to hang towels in the bathroom. A third of a toilet roll provided. Had to ask three times before we could get spare rolls. Noisy being above a restaurant.

• Kathryn (5/5): Bright but noisy studio - Great location for walking to many areas of central London. Close to underground and buses for further afield. The studio was light and spacious and well equipped. The owner responded quickly when we had a broken key which would not open one of the external locks. The studio is on the top floor with a very steep, narrow staircase of 3 levels so very difficult to haul large bags up. It was also very noisy internally as you could hear everything from downstairs, the floors squeaked terribly when you walked around and the water pump for the whole building was in our bathroom so every time someone below showered, turned the tap on or flushed the toilet a very loud pump would start up. The windows were not soundproof so you also heard all the street noises below which were slightly less disturbing than the internal noise!
• Rocio (10/5): Location and Safety area !!! - The location was great. The area felt safe and close to important places where you can go by walking. Underground - transit was less than 5 minutes walking and there were plenty of groceries in the area. If you don't mind going up quite narrow stairs you are good. The kitchen , bathroom was well equipped however one of the two beds was uncomfortable due to exposure frame. Changing that bed would make it perfect for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 little kids !!!! Overall, I will recommend Bright Fitzrovia 100%

• Nikla (6/5): would stay there again and wouldn’t recommend. They advertised their property incorrectly - fairly central. Easy to get to from the tube station it was up 3 flights of small winding stairs that were nearly impossible with 3 large suitcases. When looking for accommodation I specifically wanted one with a washing machine. The appt was supposed to have one but didn’t. I rang the owner and ended up spending 2 hours doing laundry at the local laundromat!!! He has offered to refund the £20 but I’ll wait til it lands in my accounts first! dingle camp bed for my son was extremely uncomfortable

• Tammirose (8/5): Fantastic Studio Apartment!! - This is such a great apartment!! It's so bright and spacious for a studio flat. We had 3 adults in our group and not once did we feel cramped or uncomfortable. Large bathroom with shower cubicle. All was clean and in good working order. The kitchen area was a decent size and worked a treat. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable and made up ready. Access to Netflix was a very welcome surprise! Thanks for that! Fantastic location, close to local amenities and tube stations. Such a lovely area too. I'd say it's an absolute bargain and we will definitely be using this apartment again for future visits to London. I'd also like to say the host is super responsive to messages and nothing is too much trouble. Absolutely brilliant! Not so much dislikes but constructive comments. The apartment could do with a full size mirror or a large mirror as the only one is the small one in the bathroom. A lamp on the bedside table would be useful. A baking tray for the oven is needed. We improvised with a wire rack and foil... But a tray would be easier haha. A knife sharper than a dinner knife would be handy in the kitchen with the utensils. Some more hooks in the bathroom (there is only 1) to hang up damp towels after using them would be good. Last thing, the towels were still slightly damp from being washed. We opened them out and hung on backs of chairs and they soon dried.

I have bad knees, and I did not read the reviews to know it was on the third floor. Climbing was a very big issue for me. I was scared the bed would break with the way it kept creaking.

• Angela (3/5): Needs a good clean between guests. - perfect location for an event we were attending. it wasn’t properly cleaned. There were hairs in the bed, dirty mat and used flannel in the bathroom and old stuff in the fridge. The bed was awful, so creaky you can’t move without waking up your roommate.

• Javier (7/5): Very convenient apartment to enjoy London - Location is excellent and the apartment is as shown in the pictures, with all the necessary equipment for your stay. The communication with the host was good through Booking chat, replying to our questions quickly. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no lift) and the stairs are extremely narrow. In our case, travelling with a pushchair and a baby, it was quite hard going up and down. Also, the matresses could be more comfortable. The heating was very good in general but we missed a heating device in the bathroom.
