• s96 (7/5): Bien ubicado, muy buena relación calidad-precio - La ubicación es genial, muy buenas conexiones con toda la ciudad. Un apartamento muy espacioso, para 4 personas era genial, mucho espacio y privacidad. La limpieza fue perfecta. Está tan cerca de la estación que oyes cada vez que anuncian la llegada/salida del tren. La cama principal era terriblemente endeble. El sofá cama, aunque un poco mejor… se notaban algunos tramos rotos que se te clavaban en la espalda.
• Adam (6/5): - Location near Paddington station IS The main reason we took IT. The Underground is a bit too close, so light sleepers beware. The kitchen IS very minimally equipped, but IT still Works For The basics. The app to get in The main doors IS a bit annoying.

• Kathryn (4/5): Disappointing - great location, close to Paddington station. Entrance to the building was very poorly lit & filthy! Uncollected mail empty drink bottles & dirt littered the floor. The non-slip strip on the stairs had come loose & was a trip hazard. Terrible smell when we entered the apartment. There was a washing machine in the apartment but no dishwasher, however we were provided with dishwasher tablets but no washing machine detergent!!! Internet was useless, couldn't watch anything on the tv as the connection was so poor.
• Sarah (7/5): Good - The apartment had everything we needed and was warm and cosy. The stairs were a bit of trouble with luggage. Worth noting, but wouldn't put us off next time.
• Andy_olive (8/5): We had fun and all in all it was a great experience with very helpful hosts. - Location is fantastic, close to the park, with great restaurants and bars all around. Very Central on the Lizzie line so easy to get around. The bed was a little uncomfortable but got over that after a couple of nights. Honestly for the price i could put up with it considering how great everything else was.
• Muller (9/5): Nice clean accommodation, perfect location 1 minute walk to Paddington station. Big Bus tour stop also 1 minute walk. Wo - Clean and tidy, modern, excellent location. No stairs, we had 3 large suitcases to lug up 3 flights of stairs

• Kuldip (4/5): Nice apartment but needs boiler repairing ASAP - The location was great. Convenient restaurants and shops near by. On arrival the boiler was not working. We called the number provided which linked to a call centre who in turn connected us to a maintenance engineer. By the time the engineer called back i had managed to look online and get the boiler going, it needed the system topping up as it was low on pressure. The boiler still needs a service as the light never went off. This was on a very cold evening the heating had broken down. The boiler failed again a couple of times whilst we were there. The bath was also blocked when taking a shower. Blinds not working in the bedroom.
