- Gareth (6/5): Pleasant but noisy back bedroom due to nightclub. -

- John paul (9/5): Location excellent and value for money offering two rooms - Location was superb. NA
- Fay (5/5): Good location needs plumbing fixing - It was clean and the beds were comfortable and it was in the perfect place to walk everywhere we wanted to go The plumbing was dreadful sink in bathroom blocked had to keep mending the flush mechanism the pipes vibrated and made a noise from the kitchen tap the hot water tap in the kitchen didn’t even work the pillows were really not pleasant to sleep on The extractor in the toilet did not work at all so constant bad smell in the toilet. The shower was almost non existent in its water flow
- Simon (5/5): Passable -
- Javeed (8/5): Excellent apartment very close to the town. - The place was very nice, clean and very close to regent street. A very good option for an apartment. The heater in the bedroom cut off and didn’t ent to restart in the early morning. The downstairs door was difficult to open at first.
- Alexandra (6/5): Pleasant -
- John (8/5): Exactly as stated on the website. - Excellent location for exploring Soho. A bit noisy but inevitable in view of its location.
- Pamela (6/5): good - size of apartment noisy, floors were very slippery
- Anonymous (7/5): Fab location, but being earplugs for sleeping and be prepared for noisy neighbours. - Amazing location right in the centre of Soho. The apartment had all the facilities for a short stay. The bed was super comfy! We stayed there Sunday - Wednesday and I would imagine it gets really noisy there on the weekends so something to bear in mind if you’re looking for a peaceful weekend break!
On the Sunday night the people in the apartment above were super noisy til past 1am, the ceilings are paper thin so we could hear everything which was annoying.
- Zach (10/5): Exceptional -
- Basit (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Lynne (6/5): Perfect for soho nightlife - The location was perfect for being close proximity to the restaurants, bars, clubs etc. the apartment is spacious. The host kindly leaves a very reasonable amount of tea and coffee facilities. The apartment could do with a little bit of a spruce up, particularly in the bedrooms and bathroom. The water was not running well in the bathroom and kitchen sinks. It is noisy outside but that is well advertised and to be expected.
- Markus (9/5): If you sleep in any environment - this is THE headquarter to London - Ok - to rate this, you have to be honest. Location amazing. Soho - in the center. Tube, Leceister Square, Musicals, Picadilly Corcus, Regent Street and Bond Street - all walking distance.
However, this has a price. You definitely need ear plugs to sleep. The landlord is fair and clearly gives any sense final to sense you ahead. All of this is true.
I can live with this - therefore 9 of 10 points. The entrance door appears unsafe.
- Jonthan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lance (10/5): Jem of a find - The unit was in a great location after reading all the reviews I was 50/50 I myself run a large set up of rental holiday units but not n London so I am fussy I must say what are some Poeple expecting it’s in one of the hippest areas of London yes it has a few adult shops and yes it’s located above an adult shop we are living in 2023 not the 1800s your going there to sleep it is perfect I had no trouble sleeping and yes it’s even busy outside on a Monday / Tuesday night but it did not stop me sleeping ones you step outside you turn left in to the lane you walk under Maurice house your see the name located above you head you walk down there in to Berwick street you have a CO-Op located to your left for all your needs carry on down and you hit a fantastic array of street food this street also has many coffee shops and wine bars and independent traders clothing etc this street is classed as the new Carnaby street if you carry on to the very end you will come out on to Oxford street if you turn right and walk down you can catch the queen liz line straight to Paddington or Heathrow this is a modern line and far less hassle than the Piccadilly line I came on from Paddington also don’t put the key collection point in to google maps stick to there directions as Google maps took. me a longer way to be honest next time I will just go down Berwick street and turn off there this location has it all I will point out two things that I agree with that people have said
1. All of it
- Somerset (9/5): Great little find. - Location was exactly what you'd expect of a Soho apartment. Great location for Chinatown and some great pubs and bars, I stayed on a Monday night but I can imagine it would be a bit of a different experience at the weekend 😂 Very little to be honest.
- Gina (9/5): Will be back! A great time in a perfect location! - Couldn't get a better location! Walked to everywhere in Soho & Picadilly. So many great little hospitality establishments. Next door to a smashing seafood bar. The apartment was spotless, and super warm (this was a blessing as the main door downstairs has a big gap underneath it & the cold just seeps in). Good wifi reception. The place has everything you need, inc tea & coffee in the kitchen, and soaps & shampoos in the bathroom. Well stocked supermarkets within 50 yards, fruit & food stalls, perfect little restaurants. The street is swarming in character. Will 100% book here again! The bathroom could do with a lick of paint & the broken tiles replaced. Also the towels were of poor quality. Could do with an extra blanket on the beds (was there in January, London was cold! :-) The next line is just a heads up if you're thinking of booking ....the apartment is located above an adult store so, not child appropriate. It in no way impinged on our stay, it's just an FYI ;-)
- Maria (5/5): Passable - location is fantastic the noise level
until 5am. even the dear plugs didn’t block it out !
- Ali (7/5): we enjoyed our Trip as a whole in London city. apartment is well within all the city attractions in walking distance. - location no elevator. no luggage assistance. No luggage storage.
- Alan (8/5): Very good -
- Mimoza (5/5): Passable - no thing only the bed
- Thomas (7/5): Good -
- Dave (8/5): Great location in the middle of Soho. Don’t go if you’re not into parties as there are some fairly loud bars nearby, but - Location perfect, nice & spacious, clean & tidy Nothing
- Monaghan (4/5): Disappointing -
