• Anna (7/5): - Świetna lokalizacja. Ekspres do kawy. Pralka z suszarką. Trochę niefunkcjonalna łazienka, niezbyt czyste rolety. Czuć ząb czasu.
• Jonathon (1/5): Smokers Only. - The property smelled terribly of smoke, we opened all the windows when we arrived and then immediately contacted the host. No reply. We then went out for some food and when we returned the smell was just as unpleasant so we had to book alternative accomodation and we left without even unpacking our bags. The first time I've ever done this. The host replied in the end saying they didn't put out the 'odour capture machine'?!?

Personnes sensibles au bruit (de rue) pour dormir s’abs - La localisation de l’appartement, sa configuration, la chambre séparée, la cuisine équipée, la literie, le wifi. Le bruit de la rue très passante la nuit dans la chambre principalement dû à une fenêtre qui ne fermait plus et l’absence d’isolation phonique sur les autres fenêtres.

• Mark (8/5): Excellent location, great host engagement, good place to stay for London business stop-over. - Location excellent for my needs. Host very engaging. Clean and warm apartment. Could have done with a bit of milk or a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival. Living room was functional but for a business stay, that suited me - the dining table was large and a good place to work.

• Jose Manuel (9/5): Really nice stay !!!!! At home .... so many good books inside !!!! Lovely - The location .... THE BOOKS !!!! How great books you can find. The atmosphere. Maybe a little noisy in the morning but we pay no attention to that details. lovely and very intimate. The only think we were not able to understand is how to see the TV.... but it was not a problem for us .

• Guest (10/5): Thank you for a great trip - 3 of us met in London for a week and this was the perfect place. David arranged early check in and bag drop off and accommodated our unusual times. The apartment is quite uniquely decorated and is indeed very sunny! The location is amazing. We hardly took public transport and walked pretty much everywhere. Most of the museums, shopping and nightlife is walkable from here and getting to and from the two airports is very easy with only a single direct train to both of them. Also - visit the pubs that David recommends! It's a period property in a Victorian building with lots of antiques so it looks and feels old but in a pleasant way. If you prefer the modern aesthetic with smooth shiny surfaces, you would not like the woody, lived-in, earthly feel of this place. The American among us didn't like the decor but the 2 Europeans loved it :)

• luc (9/5): Superbe appart idéalement situé mais très bruyant la nuit et trop chaud - La localisation est parfaite, à 100m du métro holborn idéal quand on arrive en train à la gare St Pancras (2 stop) et le centre Coventry garden est très facilement accessible à pied De plus l’appart est tres chaleureux avec les vieux cadres la moquette et une très grande chambre avec une très bonne literie Trois choses sont à relever malheureusement - le bruit de la circulation la nuit, les fenêtres étant pas isolé on entend la circulation assez abondante la nuit prévoir des bouchons d’oreille pour ceux qui on l’habitude de dormir au calme - la chaleur dans l’appartement impossible de baisser la température même en fermant les radiateurs - la température de l’eau de la douche, bouillante impossible là aussi de la régler Nous avons averti le proprio qui devrait faire quelque chose

• Marcel (1/5): Geen zaken mee doen - Stonden voor dichte deur en host niet bereikbaar Erg tijdig geboekt. Tussendoor bericht gekregen dat we wegens verbouwing naar ander appartement moesten. Later toch bevestiging originele boeking. Bij aankomst klopte sleutel code hoofdingang wel maar sleutelkluis niet. Host proberen te bellen en mailen maar geen reactie. Contact opgenomen met booking.com en na 30 minuten bevestiging gekregen dat we op zoek moesten naar iets anders. Dit was snel geregeld maar nu moeten we nog wel ons geld terug zien te krijgen. Grote ergenis.
• mireille (9/5): Schöne helle Wohnung im Zentrum von London - Super zentral gelegen, cozy vibes, schön hell, Pflanzen vor den Fenstern, Host reagiert schnell bei Fragen, Ziemlich laut (Verkehrsgeräusche), das sollte man wissen, aber es hat uns nicht wirklich gestört, schließlich ist man mitten in London und irgendwie gehört es auch dazu

• Loraine (10/5): Quirky Cute and perfect! - Super cute in great location. Decor was beautifully done and quirky. Bed and sofa bed super comfy. Shirt walk to Holborn tube. A LOT of narrow stairs hahaha not for then unfit! Do not bring big bags. Fortunately we just had a small bag each. The. Flat was so worth the climb tho.

• Bethany (9/5): Adorable apartment in a great location - Absolutely adorable apartment in a great location. Communication with the host was very easy. Wifi worked great. We walked a lot of places and took the tube a lot of places because stations were close. Farringdon train station to Gatwick wasn't far either. Great pubs and restaurants right by it and everything you need in the kitchen, including a washing machine that also dries! Beds are comfy and the books are fun to look at. We really enjoyed our stay here. Every time you walk in it smells like someone has smoked there in the past. It's not stale cigarettes, but just old cigarettes. But it isn't strong and you do get used to it. Also, while the listing is clear about there being no elevator, we forgot that being a fourth floor walk up in Europe actually means it's on the 5th floor to an American. We only had backpacks, but if you have a lot of luggage, you will die. Haha! Worth it though.

Il gestore è stato gentilissimo ed alcuni giorni prima del nostro arrivo ci ha inviato un decalogo in pdf con tutti i dettagli dell'appartamento (come accendere la tv, aprire il divano letto, dove trovare le cose) e sul quartiere.

• Alexandra (8/5): Great location, super nice & stylish but be aware of noise and bad shower - + location & proximity to everything + has everything you need + access and communication + clean + stylish - loud, you will hear the traffic all night - shower water pressure was bad, water was extremely hot, could not make it cooler - narrow staircase, hard to climb with bags, no elevator

• Deep (10/5): Charming apartment in an amazing location - It's a beautiful apartment and looks excatly like the pictures. David was quick to respond with advice about neighborhood and travel. There's a huge selection of books if that interests you, antiques and expensive furniture, and you get great views of several streets. The living room windowsills all have different plants and vines. Some of the windowsill plants should be trimmed down so that shorter people like me can enjoy the full view of every window. Someone had trimmed the vines but not the hedges.
• Robin (8/5): - Apartment is clean and the location was convenient for getting around. Not far walk from Kings Cross station. The accommodations were comfortable and had many amenities. This is a third floor walkup with no elevator. So it's not accessible for anyone with disabilities. Also has lots of books stacked along the walls and we had an issue with the stacks of books falling. A huge stack of books fell down around 4:30 AM and nearly hit my son who was sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. We also happened to have noisy neighbors. It's easy to hear the other unit on the same floor.
• Sabina (2/5): nicht zu empfehlen, es sei denn man ist selber ein Pappsack - das schnelle Internet, der Kühlschrank war neu und sauber, die Lage ist sehr zentral die dreckige klebrige Küche, der schlechte Geruch im Flur und im Appartement, es stank im Flur nach Kloake und im Appartement nach altem Zigarettenrauch, es gab keinerlei Bedienungsanleitung zu irgendeinem Gerät( Gasherd, Heizung). Die Wohnung war zugig und kalt und alles liederlich heruntergekommen. Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert.

• Darina Malá (10/5): - Útulný, prostorný apartmán přímo v srdci Londýna. Kousek (15 minut procházkou) od krásné malé uličky Neal's Yard v londýnské Covent Garden. Pan majitel byl velmi přátelský a snažil se vyhovět všem našim požádavkům. Děkujeme za pobyt a doporučujeme!
