• SEBASTIAN (1/5): Never again. - Rude communication from the host side. Unclear requirements before check in. Even though the host has 14 days to return the deposit, he refuses to do so, even though there were no complaints about the stay. It's been a month now and the money still hasn't been deposited into our account. He's lying and deceiving me. He refuses to provide confirmation of the refund. This guy has no idea how to communicate or respect customers. Avoid. The apartment itself is livable, though it's a bit far from the city center, but we knew that. However, remember that after your stay, you might face the same fate: a refusal to refund your deposit. There are so many other fantastic places in London that it's a waste of time dealing with such dishonest Update: dishonest host after one month and one day returned deposit ( on the website is max 14 days)........but instead of 1000 pounds he gave back deposit of 855 pounds. Be careful, this could happen to any guests. When we asked why he kept £145 without informing us, he replied that this was the cost of the early check in. Of course, you can charge extra for such a service, but you should inform your guests about any upcoming extra charges and exact amount. Then is fair, Be careful, this host is trying to rip us off today; you could be next.

• Olusola (10/5): Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay here and appreciated that the host was very easygoing. - We found the location of the apartment to be excellent. It was just a few minutes away from Canary Wharf station and a short drive from Westfield Stratford and central London, making it convenient to get to anywhere we desired. The surrounding area is peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe. The apartment itself was a very comfortable place to stay, and we were especially satisfied that it was completely furnished. Cooking, washing and drying clothes, and miscellaneous tasks like handling trash, dishwashing plates, etc., were all done very smoothly. A minor nitpick, but we did not particularly like that the windows did not have blinds. During the day, even with the AC, the bedrooms, and especially the living room, would become quite hot. Ultimately, this did not affect our experience too much.

• Saad (10/5): A place to relax in London - - Amazing view of river Thames & downtown London - Balcony is huge and spans the whole apartment - Host is very welcoming and willing to help - Place is cozy and a good place to relax. - Location is a bit far from central London - although buses and metro station is close but I don’t like to take public transportations for hygienic reasons, Uber will cost around GBP 17-25 to the center.
• Paula (9/5): Penthouse with amazing views of London. Loved by our family and we will definitely return. - The penthouse boasts a fantastic terrace which overlooks the river Thames with amazing views of the London skyline which stretches from Greenwich, to the City (where you can see the London Eye, the top of St Paul's at night, the Shard etc) to Canary Wharf. The layout of the apartment works really well and the host (Cem) was on hand via Whats App at all times and was super helpful. Our family absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely return. We travelled to and from the city mainly via the Thames Clipper boat from Masthouse Terrace Pier (which is only about 5 mins walk from the penthouse). There are a few bits of gym gear on the balcony/ terrace which could be tidied away.
• Raunak (10/5): Brilliant. Exceptional. - Host is Exceptional. Terrific human being. Just loved the overall property. Really enjoyed our stay. Penthouse is in a good locality. If you like staying a bit away from City traffic and noise, this is then the perfect location. Tower bridge etc is just a 10 min drive away. Transport and shops are nearby. If you want to travel by Cab / Taxi, you won't have any problems as well. View from the apartment is mind blowing. Best view in my opinion that you can pay for. Host had also given us his Netflix account etc which was kind of him. There's a big TV and an awesome music system as well. Balcony access is present from every bedroom and balcony is huge. House is even better than what it looks in Pics. Host is always accessible. 10/10. Sofa & wardrobe need some touch up. But this is a minor thing. Host already mentioned he has asked Carpenters to look into this. Didn't effect the Quality of trip in anyway.
