• Katleen (5/5): Zweckmäßig und günstig, war für uns ok. - Maisonettewohnung in angenehmem Viertel. Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt 3 Min. entfernt. Alles Nötige ist da. Zu dem Preis kann man in London keinen Luxus erwarten, es ist alles recht abgenutzt. ACHTUNG!!! Die Adresse ist NICHT wie auf der Karte eingezeichnet, ein ganzes Stück weiter östlich.
• Hicham (1/5): la ville est bien mais cet appartement pourris nous a foiré les vacances ! - Quartier calme, mais un peu loin du centre ville. il y a d'abord arnaque sur l'adresse du logement : quand on est sur Booking, l'adresse indique un endroit à 800m de la gare. Une fois dans le train pour arriver à Londres, on reçoit un mail du loueur indiquant qu'il ne faut pas se fier à cette adresse et nous en donne une légèrement différente qui est a 25 minute en métro de la gare. Quand on a des enfants et des bagages...., ce n'est pas la même chose ! Inadmissible. Il savait à l'avance que l'adresse indiquée par Google Maps dans Booking est erroné. Pourquoi ne pas le mettre dans l'annonce ? _ Sinon, beaucoup de choses étaient très moyennes voir complétement dégueulasse ou inexistant dans l'appartement : saleté sous les lits, portes cassés qui grincent, Matelas vieux de 20 ans que je n'oserai même plus jeter à la poubelle devant chez moi tellement j'aurai honte (pour certains on dormait carrément sur les ressorts!!!), piles dans la télécommande hors service, 4 chaises dans le salon pour 5 couchages, poussières vielles de probablement plusieurs années sous les lits, moisissures sur les joints, absences de portes serviettes dans la salle de bain, armoires dangereuses complétement cassé à deux doigts de tomber sur mes enfants, pas de balai… Incroyable que l'on puisse louer un appartement dans cet état-là à ce prix-là !

• Zsolt (8/5): - A szállás elhelyezkedése viszonylag jó. 10 perc sétán belül minden megálló elérhető, ami által bejárható London és nevezetességei. Boltok, bárok, pubok szintén. 5 fő számára kényelmes volt, jó a szállás elosztása, igaz két WC jó lenne. Bejutás, be -és kicsekkolás rugalmas. Kellemes a környék és lakosai. Még egy róka koma is csatangolt errefelé. Sajnos van egy-két rozoga dolog a szálláson, tehát volt hogy egy ajtó kinyitásakor kijött a helyéről és ránk borult. Ablakok-ajtók nyikorognak és nem zárnak rendesen. Illetve ami a legzavaróbb, hogy 5 főből 4-en sok helyen kipattogtunk és kiütéses lett a testünk. Nem tudom hogy a víztől-e, vagy az ágyneműk miatt, de ez azért kellemetlen.
• Anna (6/5): Location in Booking incorrect, apartment OK - The location was okay, close to the bus stop. Apartment was close to the shop. It was big , with 3 rooms and 5 beds in total. Kitchen, bathroom, toilet. TV was available with smart options which could be convenient as well. The apartment is located in a different place than a map mark shows - it is quite a big plan changer and disappointment. Apartment could use some refresh/ upgrade, 2 beds are very old with dent in the middle which made me sleep quite bad. Some shelves in the rooms could be convenient, maybe exchanging frying pans which do look like they had a really long life.

• Michelle (3/5): Nicht nochmal! - Das WLAN hat funktioniert und es gab einen Fahrstuhl Die Waschmaschine ist ausgelaufen, Schimmel im Bad, ein Loch im Boden vorm WC welches mit einer Badematte versteckt wurde erstmal umgeknickt), der Backofen hat nur teilweise funktioniert und zwischendurch musste jemand kommen um den Strom wieder freizuschalten… außerdem waren die Matratzen komplett durch.
• Alex (10/5): Had a good time watching Jerry Springer on TV, so that’s always a plus. - The place was comfortable, with a short walk from some nice places to eat and drink at. It was very secure. When catching Uber’s to the location, the address often led them down a different street a few over from the actual address, which then had to be corrected by us in the car.
• Christophe (7/5): Pratique et bien situé - L'appartement est grand et bien situé.. c'était très pratique bus et metro a proximité, quartier calme C'est une entreprise et l'appartement manquait de petites choses pratiques, une passoire par exemple. Pas de grand lit, et certains matelas usés. Le robinet de douche est limité, ça manque clairement d'entretien. Malgré ça un super qualité prix
• Cinzia (3/5): - La posizione dell'appartamento, da un'iniziale ricerca su booking sembrava molto più centrale mentre nella realtà non lo è stato, scarsissima la pulizia al suo interno, con lanette di polvere soprattutto nei bagni, lavandini piccolissimi e odore di chiuso, inoltre non è possibile chiudere a chiave il portone.

• STEFANIA (7/5): Buon rapporto qualità prezzo - La zona era ben servita da varie linee di bus. Ascensore comodo che ti porta al piano. Appartamento caldo e bagno con vasca. La pulizia non è stata soddisfacente. Difficoltà a capire dove prendere le chiavi per il check-in.

The main concern was a living room window that may need maintenance, as we had difficulty closing it. Additionally, the Google Maps and Uber Eats location is not always accurate, but we were told ahead of time, so it wasn’t a big deal

• Julie (4/5): - It had three bedrooms and was in a good zone 1 location The flat was dirty, and all the furniture was broken and in a poor state of repair everything need replacing and bringing up to a three star standard I would give it 1 star. I could have took many more photos the cooker didn’t work properly the cutlery was dirty. When we got there the key was not in the lock box. Called owner who did get back and told us to go up and knock on the door, we could not still get up there with no key but eventually someone else came to go out and the let us into the lift area, so they let us through to get the lift The cleaner answered the door by this time it was 3:45 we had been there since check in time at 3pm. She let us in and said she was just finishing upstairs but then did not come down again for 2 hrs. We were not sure if she had gone for a nap up there because we could here no water running or vacuuming. She left at nearly 6pm. Which was weird. This is not a proper holiday rental I would not recommend very expensive for the price. I don’t leave many reviews and thought about not leaving one but then others will suffer before the owner puts some much need cash into this place.

• Bee (4/5): Passable - Spacious apartment and 3 bedrooms - I had to call to get the code for the keys. - We had issues to get hot water - no note about this. Complicated when you are 5 people to shower. - Photos show a nicer state than what it's actually is. - Dishes weren't super clean. The rest of the apartment was fine. Uncleaned besides beds/behind the doors.
• Barbara (1/5): Very disappointed about the stay - far-away location instead of the one indicated on the site - Good quality kitchen towel in the kitchen was the only good thing in this place. The owner of the flat lied about the location. We wanted to stay near St Pancras station and it said the flat was located 15 minutes walk from there. After the booking, which could not be cancelled, it turned out that the address was 45 minutes walk and in another part of the town. Booking client service offered cancelation with a fee of about 70% of the paid amount which is outrageous! Booking does not protect its clients, does not care if the flat owners lie repeatedly in their announcements. Moreover, the entrance door would not lock with the key from inside. Terrace door could be opened from outside. No wifi in the bedrooms upstairs.

• Antwi (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was very spacious. I didn't like the way the tap in the bathroom was operating. And also just one toilet in the apartment 🙃. There was no cleaner to clean the apartment for the hole 5 days. We were cleaning it ourselves which is not fair. And also the address of the location, I think 🤔 if you can use the Evelyn Walk it will be easy to find it rather than Wenlock Court. Please if you can also change some of the beds it will be good.
• Peppa (5/5): Passable - Talking to them was quick and simple Directions and follow how to get in on the text were brilliant, but I did have to ring them to get them. The maisonette itself just needs a freshen up It was not as clean as it could be. Definitely looking more tired than the pictures. The gas hob had been left on, so the flat smelt when we first arrived, so had to air it out. Do not go by the address on booking.com, as it is not the correct address, that address sends you to 78 Kings Cross Road and not where you need to be 35 minute walk later. My mattress was not comfy for me, but there are others in the apartment. Towels were on the smaller side and very used, so take your own if you enjoy soft towels and larger. There was no hand soap in the downstairs toilet, so we purchased our own.
• Lusine (7/5): Great stay with friends! - The host and the staff were so responsive and helped us whenever we called them. Really appreciate that. They also left hair dryers and irons for us that we requested. The location is good, only 10 mins to Old street train station. Easy to then get to the city centre by underground. The flat was cleaned ok. We did sanitise a bit the surfaces in living room and kitchen, but all in all great stay with friends. The WiFi did not work well in the upstairs, but not a big deal. It would be good to have some hangers in the bathroom, as there was no place to put clothes.
• Kerstin (4/5): Beds and linen are okay, rest of the flat I would not claim as common standard eventhough we didn‘t expect much. - Although is not located close to King‘s Cross but to Old Street, the flat can easily be reached by public transport and is therefor a good starting point to visit all sights. The bedroom were appropriatly cleaned and equiped, but the rest of the flat was unfortunately not. Although the flat has 5 beds e.g., only 4 chairs and knives are available. Bathroom had neither electric light nor power sockets and there was mould on the walls. So, this bath could not be used as such. A respective query if the light issue can be fixed was not responded. Kitchen was quite dirty. The furniture (sofa and chairs) was old and worn/ worn out.
• Mariusz (5/5): It's London so don't expect much - - kitchen with all basic utensils - well commuted - not easy to find the place, the arrow from the instruction shows the wrong place - old low quality flat, hard to believe someone used to live like that - broken bath and heating - not safe looking neighbourhood
• Sara (7/5): Good - Had everything we needed, quite location but near to tube. Lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Apartment was very warm, wifi was great, smart TY was good. Some have complained that toilet wasn't in bathroom but for us (4 adults) this was better as could use toilet while someone was using bathroom. We used uber eats for a Chinese one night and they found us no trouble. We all found the beds fine and all slept well, yes they are all single beds but this is what is advertised. Would stay again. The only complaint is that the lift was broke but to be fair to owners that isn't their fault and can only assume they are going to be fixed, it was only 2 short flights of stairs so wasn't a problem for us.

The place is unkempt: the kitchen is falling apart and unusable, there were 4 toilets for 5 people with tattered upholstery, a torn tablecloth, no hand towels in the toilet, no hangers in the bathroom, and the faucet is bad: the water is either scalding hot or cold. the mattresses were hollowed out, it was about 10 cm deep in the middle.

• Raisa (1/5): SCAMMER!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! WRONG LOCATION - Spacious It’s a total scam, the location you pay for is false. It is over a 35 minute walk from the location specified on the site and is a council house. The price paid for is not the worth location you are provided, not really close to anything and had to get an uber everywhere. The owner is a fraudster as he said the real address is shown only once we paid and that it’s the fault of booking that the address is wrong. He could easily amend the details but he is well aware that people are booking thinking it’s in location of kings cross ! Avoid at all costs !!!!

• Linda (7/5): Good location, simple accomation, for five days it was convenient. - zone 1 location Location is not where booking.com shows - much further from Kings Cross!!! Beds are very soft and you can feel the springs in your back. would have been nice to get information of switching on the heating right at the arrival, we didn’t know how the boiler operates, first we thought we switched it on, but we needed further help - which we got fortunately.
• Leslie (5/5): 3 star comfort - Great location to Old Street Underground, Sainsbury’s, convenience stores etc. 3 separate bedrooms ideal for families, nice living room & kitchen, plenty of crockery, coffee, tea. The mattresses are all in need of replacing unfortunately, and the shower needs to be hand held making washing somewhat difficult
• Allstarr (5/5): It's okay. - The recliners The water was not warm we had to struggle ever morning to figure that out, 2 whole days there was no warm water, the place was not that clean, curtains falling off, beds not comfortable, every room had single beds only. Also we stay in uae so we're not used to having a bath only without a toilet, toilet is downstairs and upstairs is only shower.
