- Zoi (10/5): Exceptional - Very quiet, clean and comfortable with everything you may need. Close to tube, bus stops and the rail. All restaurants and shops 5 min walk. Excellent choice, thank you Peter.
- Yann (6/5): Pleasant - Location is 5 min from East Puyney tube, a nice calm neighborhood yet with plenty of grocery/pubs/restaurant around the tube station. Very nice location. Welcoming by someone who barely speak english and had no answer to any of our questions. Apartment is old but relatively clean although it could be repainted and refresh... it hardly needs it. Washing and drying machines working well. Don't expect any soap of any kimd: bring your own. Building is safe but also old and carpet and walls very dirty. It's OK for a family, TV was working well but you might want yo put a few more bucks for something that the owner invested in in the last 30 years!
- Camille (9/5): Super staying in London - Comfy studio, super well equipped! There is everything you need (incl. freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer...) close to the tube, direct line to the city center. Quiet neighbourhood. We were there with a baby, it was perfect.
- Alex (10/5): Great location, safe neighbourhood, great apartment block, easy to park. - Compact, but has everything you’d need for a short stay. Felt safe and a lovely quiet building. Could perhaps invest in new bed linen and towels. They were fine, but would make a difference.

Yet, in addition to that, the hosts were just extraordinary. They were so kind to drive 1 hour to help us get to the apartment when our daughter forgot the toy there. I would have never taken that for granted. We are really grateful, and highly recommend

- Ugo (9/5): Must stay for next time in London - Communication with the host was super easy, as was checking in and handing over and returning the keys. The apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable which also allowed us to work (remotely) thanks to the excellent WiFi connection. The neighborhood is very quiet, the view is very beautiful, thanks also to the squirrels that have visited us. Excellent kitchen and bathroom, with all the comforts, especially for the washing machine and dryer. The proximity to the various Metro lines is excellent: in an instant you were everywhere. The only two negative things are the building, as the elevator has stopped working more than once and the management of the hot water which we later discovered works like this: everywhere it is always boiling and you can hardly take a cold shower .
