A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the apartment does not have a 24-hour front desk. Guests are requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking.

- Lauren (10/5): Great stay and was perfect and comfy - Good location in a quiet area. Had no issues.
- Nivedita (3/5): Not great - Clean The door handle was broken at the front and in the bathroom. Unfortunately Doreen was very unhelpful and not friendly at all which made the stay unpleasant. The link she sent for me to pay the deposit took my money twice and only a month later did I receive the original deposit back. It says on my banking app that the money ‘wasn’t collected’ by the merchant (meaning it was authorised) and therefore it’s been automatically refunded. When I told Doreen about these issues she essentially shrugged her shoulders and in other words told us it’s not her problem.

- Pranav (10/5): Amazing stay, Great property - The property have really good rooms and a nice kitchen the facilities it offered were amazing It would be helpful if you improve the ways in which the guests can communicate to the hosts. As we almost lost an hour figuring out where the keys to apartment was.

I had forgotten my watch and only realized it a couple of hours after checking out. The host was helpful and I immediately received the watch. The only disadvantage would be that there was no kitchen tissue rolls in the kitchen.
- Carla (8/5): Really handy location, enough space for a large family or group and useful shops close by. Very clean and good communica - Very clean, good bus route nearby, comfortable. A few things felt a bit tired and in need of a bit of love, but still a really good place to stay. We’d stay again!

The weather was chilly that day and as the boiler didn’t work on the first day, it was very cold inside the apartment as well. But Doreen was very prompt and helpful and sent someone to fix it the next day
