The standard check-in time is from 15:00 until 19:00, and needs to be agreed prior to arrival. Later arrivals are possible at the following charges:

The charges apply as a member of staff must be present after hours to meet guests at the property, provide keys, and to show them around. We may be able to waive this fee and offer a self check in in some cases.
Please note that all children under the age of 2 must be accommodated in a baby cot. Guests can bring their own travel cot or a cot can be provided for an additional fee of GBP 75 per week, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

- Valerie (5/5): Good location but expensive - Good location to access town Check in process very restrictive. Sound proofing not great as it’s next to the road - quite noisy at night. Heating is central and confusing. No laundry detergent.

- mckenzie-murray (7/5): Great location, comfortable stay, ideal if you don’t plan to spend much time in the apartment - Location, windows, natural light, fresh air into the apartment, nice ceilings, clean kettle and crockery, nice that there is tea, great that there’s a washer/ dryer, comfortable bed. Furniture in the apartment very cheap, would never use living room to watch television because furnishings are too loveless. couldn’t use the washer/dryer because there was no washing powder. Milk for tea is expired. Paying 250 for a damage deposit seems excessive. Apartment could be soooo much nicer with just a little bit of love. Has so much potential.

- Helene (8/5): Very good - Great location, well-furnished apartment, perfect for a weekend, calm, safe street. Great local staff, they were responsive when we had questions and problems (we couldn't turn the heating on, it was resolved in 10 minutes). Be aware that they ask for a lot of personal information (as they say in the email: "Now that your non-refundable deposit has been paid...". They want scans of your passports (even those of your children, you know, for "fraud prevention"), they are asking for a sizeable security deposit, AND you need to provide proof you sent it as they refuse to look at their own bank account. The entire back-and-forth was quite vexing. To be fair, the conditions are in the listing, so just make sure you read all of it before making a booking.
Avoid if you are on a business trip: they are completely unresponsive when it comes to sending an invoice, even though Booking.com got involved and sent them several reminders, and it is their legal obligation, this is unacceptable.

- Anthony (9/5): Comfy place with great management - Very kind, responsive, and helpful staff, even if the problem did not have such a straightforward solution, but we managed (something kept the heaters on, but it could have easily been a user error). The apartment was as seen in pictures and very comfortable. The appliances worked and cooking utensils were all available. I forgot my country power adapter but there was a plug available for Italy plugs, which was perfect. The keys were easy to find at check in, and the check in/out process was simple. Thanks for the stay! All good.
