Mide menos de 1.40 la cama. Muy pequeña la habitación.A pesar de estar bien equipado para cocinar muy incómodo por el tamaño del lugar. Aunque no sea frecuente en Londres si toca calor no hay ventilador

Colazione nella media, con vista notevole al 32° piano. Ottimo il deposito bagagli gratuito, staff gentilissimo La Camera non dispone di asciuga capelli e gli asciugamani che ci sono stati dati, seppur puliti erano macchiati

No obstante abriendo las ventanas este problema se puede solucionar ( si se abren las ventanas de noche hay mucho ruido de afuera. En general este problema es marginal respecto a las ventajas de este hospedaje

• MARIO (8/5): Posizione e Staff top. Ci ritornerei, consigliato. - Posizione Top, a 200 metri dalla metropolitana e di bus. Zona molto sicura anche di notte, piena di studenti del college, di locali dove mangiare e di 2 supermercati aperti fino a tarda ora. Staff cortese, sorridenti e attenti alle esigenze del cliente. La cucina in camera e' provvista di tutto il necessario. Non c'e aria condizionata ma una finestra apribile ha garantito una ventilazione naturale per il ricambio d'aria che in un periodo non caldissimo e' sufficiente per stare bene. La nostra stanza aveva una bella vista sulla City. La struttura del letto della nostra camera era in legno molto scricchiolante/fastidioso. Materasso accettabile. Noi comunque non abbiamo chiesto il cambio stanza. Letto comunque comodo (1 piazza e mezza). Bagno e lavabo piccolini.

Lots of eateries , Spitalfields market . The bed size was a bit small for a couple . However, this being mainly a student accommodation , I suppose the bed must be for a single occupant . The shower and toilet were separate , the size of shower cubicle was too small . Again, for a student , this might suffice
• Tee (3/5): Terrible - The view and location It was dirty upon checking with a grubby window and old food brushed under the kitchenette. I complained immediately however during my short stay there no one came to clean, even though I complained several times and also reached out via booking.com. Till now I’ve received no response. I ended up buying my own bedding as the bedding wasn’t clean either and stayed the last two nights elsewhere.

• Angie (8/5): Lovely place - ideal location - The views were amazing. Well placed for underground , perfect for spitalfield and petticoat lane markets and Jack the Ripper tour. It was clean and enough room for a short stay. Staff were very friendly. Shame it is student accommodation most of the year as perfect for a good priced stay. Had to ask for more toilet roll as only one provided.

Unica pecca della vacanza il letto troppo piccolo, lo danno per due persone ma è troppo piccolo, io e il mio compagno ci svegliavamo ogni giorno devastati

Mit geöffnetem Fenster könnte man wegen der klimaanlagengeräusche nicht schlafen. Das Bett war sehr klein 1,40m für 2 Personen. Kein TV, ist jetzt kein großes Ding aber ungewöhnlich für ein Hotelzimmer. DIE Hotelbar könnte länger aufhaben als 22 Uhr

• RozzyB (8/5): Lovely clean bright spacious room - Modern bright lovely spacious room, comfortable beds and pillows. The room was very clean. All the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much bother. I liked the fact their was a mini kitchen with a fridge and micro wave , and basic utensils for our 2 night stay. The accommodation was very central a 6 minute walk from Liverpool Street station, there are lots of shops and restaurants close by. Great idea to rent out student accommodation whilst the uni students are on their long summer vacation. I would definitely stay again Minor nickels which were not a deal breaker. The room was furnished so minimally, there was not a bedside table or lamp by the bed which was very annoying and also lack of plug sockets near the bed for charging phones etc . We had to rearrange the furniture in the room to make the room a bit more user friendly and improvise using the office chair near the bed and kitchen stool to rest things on near the bed It would have nice to have a sofa / comfortable chair, full length mirror and some kind of bedside table

(7/5): Tutto sommato un buon hotel - Posizione strategica, a due passi dalla stazione di Liverpool street collegata all aeroporto di Stansted e dall omonima metro collegata benissimo con le principali linee. Zona molto tranquilla e ricca di posti dove bere, mangiare e market. La vista dal 20esimo piano,getto della doccia,rapporto/qualità prezzo per gli standard di Londra. Su una settimana di permanenza non sono mai stati cambiati gli asciugamani e le lenzuola, per fortuna avevamo portato da casa l accappatoio. Materasso del letto molto molle. Zero rifornimento della carta igienica. Wifi a pagamento. Colazione scarsa. Self check in e self check out.

One required a fob. Designated smoking area and restaurant on 33rd floor so depending on which floor you’re room is on you may need to go back down to first floor and use a different lift to access
• Oscar (7/5): Bien... A medias - Lo mejor fue la ubicación, sin duda es una zona muy próxima a las principales atracciones turísticas y está muy bien ubicado. La cama era pequeña para dos personas, el baño era diminuto, y el servicio de limpieza es inexistente, tienes que pedir que te limpien la habitación en recepción porque si no no te lo limpian y tardan al menos 48h en limpiarla.

• Daila (1/5): - We were very disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, our room hadn’t been cleaned — there was trash in the corner and the bed sheets were visibly dirty. After complaining, we were moved to another room, but instead of the deluxe room we had booked and paid for, we were given a standard room without any explanation. When we asked for a refund of the price difference, the hotel refused and only offered to reimburse the first night “out of goodwill,” which felt completely inadequate. To make things worse, we were told the refund would be given at checkout, then told it would be processed the next day. It has now been almost a week and we still haven’t received it. Very poor service overall and definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend.

Auch der Ausblick vom Apartment, genauer gesagt sogar vom Bett aus ist großartig! Die Ausstattung ist recht basic (Mini-Waschbecken, kaum Küchenutensilien, …)

• Guest (8/5): Séjour agréable et convivial au cœur de Londres - L’emplacement de la résidence est très optimal (station Liverpool Street à 5 minutes à pied). La résidence est très belle, bien entretenue, avec plein d’espaces de convivialité et avec une réception à n’importe quelle heure. Toutes les informations communiquées par avance étaient claires, et aucune mauvaise surprise à l’arrivée. Il est même possible de laisser ses affaires dans une salle pour profiter sans nos affaires dans la ville, si on arrive en avance pour le check-in. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Il y avait même des petites dosettes de café, de thé, de lait, ou de sucre permettent de se faire une boisson chaude dans la cuisine partagée où l’on pouvait retrouver quelques ustensiles/couverts pour chaque chambre. Les seuls points « négatifs » seraient l’insonorisation entre les chambres + les portes qui claquent très fort… Les murs sont assez fins, ce qui fait que l’on peut facilement entendre ce qu’il se passe à côté, ou à l’extérieur dans la rue (selon où est orientée la chambre).

• Hannah (4/5): - I picked up my electronic key card at the reception. When I got to my apartment, the key would not unlock my door. I went back down to reception, and someone came up with me and used the master key to let me in, and told me that I need to come back down to get my key reconfigured. So I went back down, but there was another receptionist, who told me that the problem was not my key (without actually checking), but that my lock was out of battery and that they would call maintenance. I could not get back into my apartment and I had to wait more than 30 minutes in the hallway with no AC for the maintenance person to come. My key still didn't work even after the batteries were replaced, so I had to go back down to reception to ask for my key to be reconfigured. The receptionist didn't believe me when I told her that she needed to change my key, and she kept insisting that the problem was the lock. Finally, the maintenance guy happened to stop by and told her that there was an issue with my key. She scanned my key and it turned out that they had issued me the wrong key, but she was not apologetic at all about it. Additionally, the room was not clean at all. There was hair and dust from the previous guests on the floor, in the bathroom, and in the bed. It felt gross and unhygienic spending time in that room.

He went above and beyond always asking how i was enjoying the stay and just letting us know he was there for me. He was very informative when checking in and just made me feel safe and at home! I wish there was air conditioning or more airflow somehow, maybe even softer lighting that wasn’t so fluorescent

• AlessiaTuppo (5/5): Ottima posizione ma servizi scadenti - La vista panoramica ,la posizione L'appartamento era spoglio e sprovvisto persino dell'asciuga capelli (che ho dovuto comprare), ci hanno fornito solo un rotolo di carta igienica per tutta la settimana e un solo asciugamano a testa. Ovviamente non hanno mai pulito la stanza per l'intera settimana
• Martina Delpiano (7/5): Confortevole e vista molto bella - Posizione molto comoda perché a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Liverpool Street con treni, mentre e bus. La vista sui grattacieli ci ha lasciato veramente senza parole! Bellissimo. Stanza molto piccola (era la più piccola di quelle che offre) ma adatta al viaggio. L’unico problema è stato il bagno che se non si accendeva la ventola aveva un odore sgradevole. E inoltre l’acqua della doccia era solo bollente, troppo calda da sopportare e non si poteva impostare più fredda.

• Gaia (8/5): - La posizione era fantastica, molto vicina a piedi a Liverpool Street Station, Old Spitafields Market e ristoranti/locali della zona. In stanza c'era un unico rotolo di carta igienica e due piccoli flaconcini di shampoo/doccia, che non mi sono bastati per il tempo di permanenza.
• Francesco (7/5): Buono - La palestra, posizione della struttura Ragazzi troppo giovani alla reception nel turno mattutino inoltre erano molto chiassosi in particolare una ragazza con gli occhiali ed infine parlavano troppo velocemente mettendo a disagio l’interlocutore ospite
• Alessandra (8/5): Ottimo - Posizione centrale, ottima per brevi soggiorni e conveniente data la zona. Struttura accogliente e moderna, monolocale abbastanza spazioso con vista panoramica.

• Tom (7/5): Emplacement et chambre au top, service décevant - - L'emplacement est super ! - La chambre au 28ème étage avec une vue sublime. - Les équipements de la cuisine. - Le personnel pas souriant - Le directeur a mis du temps à reconnaître le dysfonctionnement du frigo de notre chambre. J'ai dû attendre une heure pour qu'il fasse vérifier la température de celui-ci et nous fournisse un frigo provenant d'une autre chambre.

• Natali (10/5): Muy buena experiencia - Estaba bien ubicado, el cuarto estaba bien equipado y a pesar de no tener aire acondicionado, entraban muy bien el aire pro la ventana y permaneció frío No me gustó que en el cuarto en el que yo estaba, el 416 todo el tiempo de escuchaba como un sonido de un motor, no paro nunca además que la luz nunca se apagaba completamente porque quedaba prendida una luz verde entonces en la noche habían muchas distracciones para conciliar el sueño

• Guest (5/5): - J'ai eu les clés à 15h pile mais le départ 10h c'est pas top je trouves pour les clients. Le ménage qui était fait tout les 5 jours et qu'il fallait courir derrière le personnel pour que ca soit fait. Manque de matériel en chambre comme un sèche cheveux un balai. Le départ de l'hôtel à 10h c'est trop tôt étant donnée que la chambre nous l'avons que à 15h.

• Jan (5/5): - The hotel is well located for the station and the room size is generous for London. The bed is extremely small for a couple, the towels are thin, the tap in the shower is very difficult to regulate, no plugs for kitchen or bathroom, no tv and the kitchen crockery and cutlery were meagre.

• Paco_Pardo (7/5): - La ubicación es excelente y bien comunicado. Está todo bastante nuevo y las vistas desde nuestra habitación en el piso 19 eran increíbles. Puedes subir al restaurante del piso 32. En general es una buena opción de alojamiento. Es el típico edificio que aloja estudiantes. La habitación estaba un poco sucia. Creo que el suelo no lo habían limpiado. No hacen la habitación ni cambian toallas si no has contratados creo que mínimo 5 días. No hay televisión. Sólo dejan una monodosis del champú y gel que dura muy poco.
• Ana Clara (7/5): - A vista do quarto é incrivél bem como a localização do alojamento. Perto dos transportes públicos (metro, comboio, autocarro). Supermercados e restauração diversa perto do alojamento Faltavam equipamento no alojamento nomeadamente: na cozinha faltava esponja para lavar a loiça, sacos e balde do lixo. Na casa de banho faltava secador do cabelo que consideramos ser essencial. Considerando o número de noite que ficamos (6 noites) deveriam dispor de mais toalhas de banho e champôs, bem como de rolos de papel higienico. Uma limpeza incluida ao final de 2/3 dias seria uma mais valia considerando a tipologia do alojamento. Resaltar que, apesar de ter aqucimento central, não dispõe de ar condicionado o que, em dias de calor, torna pouco suportavél estar durante o dia no quarto.

• Beata Marija (5/5): - Puiki lokacija! Nešvaru. Kambaryje - pelėsis, plaukai ant patalynės bei grindų. Rankšluosčiai - nešvarūs. 27 aukšte 6 kambaryje nebuvo duše šalto vandens, tik karštas. Neveikė vandens čiaupas. Ne kartą prašėme personalo, kad sutvarkytų arba pakeistų kambarį - personalas neatsižvelgė į mūsų prašymą.
• Bethan (8/5): - Great location and easy to get to. Good sized room. Nice reception and communal spaces downstairs It was very comfortable and clean but the room itself was very basic. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror in the room and possibly a TV too.

• Caterina (10/5): - posizione ottima a due passi dalla metropolitana, pub, ristoranti e supermercati. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema tecnico con la porta, subito sistemato. reception sempre aperta e personale cordiale. non c'è il phon in camera ma alla mia richiesta mi è stato subito fornito, senza costi aggiuntivi. Bar per colazione e dopocena al 32mo piano. dove vale la pena anche solo sostare per un caffè e ammirare il panorama. Se torneremo a Londra, torneremo sicuramente qui. Consigliato.
• Guest (10/5): - Vista bellissima,posizione centrale a due passi dalla metro in un quartiere molto gioioso e tranquillo. Moderno, e con personale disponibile. Pulizia del bagno non impeccabile e degli utensili del cucinino ma comunque ampiamente accettabile
