• Elisa (3/5): The check in process was not at all convenient ( the key were not left at the right spot so we couldn't pick them up - The location is great pretty quiet neighbourhood and you can get around easily. The check in process was chaotic : the keys weren't left at the shop, the host did not pick calls or texts and thankfully the doorman of the building was the one who gave me the key after the host finally answered. The wifi stopped working 2 days after we got there, we tried to turn it on and off and it did not work. It turned back on the morning we left.

• Laura (9/5): - Tolle Ausstattung, top Lage und ruhige Gegend. Die Heizung hat anfangs nicht funktioniert, was aber mithilfe des Vermieters und dem Portier Gary behoben werden konnte. Der Zugang zum Gebäude war über Stufen erreichbar, mit Kinderwagen und Koffer eine kleine Hürde, jefoch schaffbar :)

• Monica (7/5): Loved London - Location was excellent. Facilities quite good. Liked our stay but flat needs attention. Terrible internet interruptions, pool has not been operational for over 12 months- one of the main reasons we booked it. Tv remote did not work, not much communication from the owner on his Host Checkin facility- I had to call a couple of times to get a response. Sofa bed is not a comfortable option for friends travelling together. “Stylish” ??? Not really, but ok.

• Ms (5/5): Nice flat but toilet issues unsolved - Nice position and flat. The sofa bed is actually a sofa; really tiny. We had an issue with the toilet that leaked water and wasn't stable. The plumber fixed the water issue but not the stability. The owner offered a discount on an extra night and a late checkout but it wasn't a proportional compensation

• Benjimcgee89 (3/5): Poor value for money - Not much to be honest, if this was a £50 a night stay it would have been ok. Radiator made lots of noises so hard to sleep. Apartment is tired, dark and smells. Listing said there was a pool, but the reception/security said it was out for service for over a year. Had to download an app for check in instructions which was clunky and then had to go pick up keys from a corner shop, which is a few mins walk away from the building. Not ideal if you have a suitcase. I would not stay here again for the price I paid. This is more like £50 a night quality and experience.
• Margaret (7/5): Met Needs - Fine apartment, clean and close to Tower Bridge and other attractions. Apartment was clean and met basic needs, heater worked, but recommend layers for winter months if you run cold.

• Gillian (7/5): London studio flat. - Location was convenient. Bit cramped around the bed, so awkward to get in and out of bed. Some of the decor needs refreshed or replaced especially in the kitchen.
• Paul (9/5): Great host, great apartment, great value! - Lovely apartment in a great location, very peaceful, quiet and comfortable Only two tiny things- wifi was occasionally slow and bathroom did have an odour but not as bad as other guests have mentioned
• Maria (9/5): I would definitely stay there again! - The apartment is great, very close to Tower Bridge, in a nice neighborhood. It was well decorated, clean, comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. Sheila, who gave us the keys upon arrival, was very friendly, helpful and responsive, even when we had questions during our stay. I would definitely stay there again. The wifi was very bad -- impossible to use. Everything else was great.
• Siv (3/5): Would NOT recommend - Location fairly central Main issue is the dominating smell of sewage from bathroom (also commented on by previous guests so seems to be a repeating problem). and the general poor ventilation causing mould-issues. Also there are several examples of misleading/faulty information: the single bed is in fact a small sofa-bed., and the advertised pool has been shut down for maintenance since Dec.-23. (This was also pointed out by guests earlier but the descriptions remain the same in the add.) There's no place to hang coats/jackets. Poor (!) internet. The studio is hosted by a professional so one would expect they know what they're doing.
• Ilia (10/5): Perfect location, lovely studio with everything that is needed for a pleasant stay! Thank you!! - Host was very helpful answering all my questions. It was easy to collect the keys (around the corner from the property). Location was excellent for our trip purpose, walking distance to many main locations. The studio was great, very clean and comfortable. Front desk very friendly and professional. We were super happy and will definitely consider for future visits! Thank you to the host as we did asked many questions! This did not affect our stay and is only a suggestion; my friend needed to use the washer/dryer for her clothes as she was going to South America after London and it was super difficult, we were never able to completely figure it out even with the instructions and watching YouTube tutorials (seems more people having issues with the washer/dryer brand) .. maybe a good idea to leave written instructions on how to use the dryer? But every other detail perfectly planned!
• Aerilyn (9/5): Superb - Apartment was nice and clean, it was nice to have balcony. Kitchen is really well equipped. Comunication with host was fine too Our reservation was for 3 ppl, but bedsheets and towels were ready only for two. We had to take everything by ourselves in wardrobe. Not a hardship, but would have been nice to have it ready from host.

• Beth (8/5): I'd stay again!! - Great location for Aldgate, Brick Lane and Borough Market. And quite a few lovely vegan restaurants within a 10 min walk. Host was very helpful re getting the keys and when we could access the property. The flat was well equipped and it was nice there was a balcony. We didn't have time to access the pool, so can't comment on that. My sisters and I searched for a flat for 3 people and it was advertised as a 1 bed. We assumed there would be a sofa bed in the living room. One of my sisters was unable to come at the last minute, which saved a BIG problem - namely that the flat was in fact a studio apartment with double bed, and no sofa bed! For 2 it was great, but not sure what we'd have done had there been 3 of us!! Also the price / value for money wasn't as good between 2 as between 3!!

• Angela (7/5): Great location and very clean, not suitable for 3. - The location was great, few minutes from tube stations and lots of facilities close by. This is not really suitable for 3 people. The sofa bed is not a bed and was too small for my 13 year old. The smell from the bathroom is appalling. It is the first thing that greets you as you open the door. It really does need addressing. Gary on the front desk was great. Host provided useful information and responded quickly to questions.

• Tanveer (8/5): Nice appartment but with some drawbacks. - The Facilities were good and the appartment was well equipped. The main problem is that I was not informed by the Owner that he will not get the appartment cleaned. When contacted several times he sent a Link saying you can check in the app. The app was not working so 6 nights we stayed and no towel was replaced neither bedsheet was changed. This was very disgusting.☹️
• Ammar (8/5): Excellent space at a great price - Great space at a decent price, everything from Kitchen to Washing machine to Bluetooth speaker, a nice balcony etc. Bunch of restaurants and supermarkets very close by. Swimming pool wasn't working, under maintenance. Closest tube or bus station is around 7-8 minutes walk with good connectivity to central. Not too bad unless it's very cold or rainy - to be fair we were in London at one of the coldest winters in a long time.

• Amy (8/5): Very good - The bed was absolutely comfortable. They respond very quickly to questions and inquiries. The pool in the building was quite cold but should be very useful for families. The water pipe in the bathroom smelled. The neighborhood is not ideal for walking around at night.
• Christoph (8/5): Very good - Good location, quite, balcony; it would be easy to make it perfect :-) A paint job would be nice, bath still does not have a working vent and smells terrible (see previous comments, from mold?!), showerhead is still calcified (see previous comments), further dishwasher tabs (one was provided for 6 days) had to be organized with a little help of the extremely nice caretaker at the reception, WLAN was good - internet with 30 KB up/down bandwidth not (apparently a temporary problem)

• Namrata (8/5): Very good - The location was really good and close to major attractions! The property was very spacious and we really loved having a kitchen Some more closet space would have helped. Maybe an additional drawer box or something to hold the stuff. The one major issue we had with the hotel was - the bathroom didn't have any exhaust system and that could create some ventilation - this was a major issue!!
• Graeme (9/5): Great location for sightseeing and a quiet sanctuary to retreat to from the busy city. - The location of the flat for public transport and walking to places of interest. The kitchen was good. The fact that the French doors opened to the balcony. Swimming pool was great too! I didn’t realise the importance of the app for information regarding the key collection. It would be nice to have all the information in a folder so we could have read it, as we couldn’t download the app as we didn’t have access to wifi at the time. (Overseas visitors so didn’t have immediate access to wifi)
