- LUCIEN (8/5): Très bon séjour. - Super emplacement. Fonctionnel Espace limité pour les jambes lors de l’utilisation des toilettes. Porte principale du bâtiment reste ouverte et non verrouillée. Mauvais réglage ?

- David (8/5): Great for a short stay. - Perfect for the West End.
Right in the heart of Soho with Oxford Street the one end and the Theatre District the other. If you have large suitcases or heavy bags the three flights of stairs will give you a good work out.
- Patrycja (5/5): The most unpleasant issue was the bathroom ceiling. Overall, I would not recommend this place, even at that low price. - The studio was located in a good area, about a 12-minute walk from Piccadilly Circus. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were provided. The beds were quite comfortable, although it felt like the spring mattresses were a bit worn. Generally, it wasn’t cleaned properly. There were finger marks, stains on the walls, mould on the ceiling, and the shower was dirty, dust was most everywhere, coffee stains on coffeetable.

- anca_ioan_78 (7/5): Perfect Central Location - The location is wonderful, right in the city center, in what is perhaps the most beautiful and vibrant neighborhood in London. There are plenty of places to eat, pubs, shops, and excellent access to public transportation just steps away. However, the room itself could use significant improvement. The maintenance is poor, the space feels outdated, and it clearly needs renovation. In addition to the general noise from the surrounding streets, the location also has some constant background sounds, likely coming from old installations. This wasn’t particularly disturbing for us, but it could be an issue for guests who are sensitive to noise.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially since we were only returning to the room just to sleep. Despite its drawbacks, the unbeatable location made it worthwhile for us.

- Maria José (10/5): - It was clean, good location. It was okay
- Andrea (8/5): Comfortable, clean, ideal for 2 adults and our young son. - Location and proximity to Leicester Square, China Town and Covent Garden were great Parts of the flat seemed a little bit tired.

- marion (7/5): - Good location, clean, plenty of towels, kitchen gadgets an added bonus as was fridge, and cooking facilities if you wished to cook. Comfortable beds We were without water for first night because the water valve outside the apartment was turned off by someone. Host was very helpful and directed us as to how to fix the problem, and water worked fine after that. Apartment is at top of 3 flights of stairs

- Chetan (5/5): Passable -
- Vladimir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claudio (7/5): Good -
- Andrew (8/5): Very good - Location. Communication. Tea and coffee facilities Amount of stairs
- Petra (10/5): Cosy place in Soho - Location was perfect, not only for traveling around the city, but it has many places to eat, drink and shop in the walking distance.
The place is clean, has great kitchen, comfy beds and sitting area.
The hosts gave us great instructions on how to get there, where to find keys, how to operate heating etc and offered to assist in case we have issues with anything in the flat. The water pressure is not great, but we did not mind,we were told upfront, but for some people it might be a problem.
It is bit noisy area, but again- some might have problem, not us and also the hosts provided earplugs,so thumbs up for that!!
- Annalise (3/5): Poor - Location is excellent
- Maria (9/5): Superb -
- Ramsay (9/5): there's a single bed which need replacing as my friend stayed in it and he can hardly walk because b - location was good
- Emily-rose (8/5): Very good -
- Oliver (8/5): Very good -
- Jones (10/5): Exceptional -
- Seow (7/5): Good -
- Joanna (7/5): Good - Great location (just keep in mind that garbage trucks start driving in the morning and it's noisy from around 7 a.m.)
Good kitchen equipment, including coffee, tea and sugar. There are even adapters and earplugs as well as a washing kit The cleanliness in the kitchen, a leaking tap in the bathroom and a narrow toilet need to be improved
- Constantin (6/5): Very good location - Location clogged sink, old windows need to be replaced
- Olha (9/5): Superb - The location is fantastic, and the apartment was clean and well-kept. I definitely recommend this place for short stays. It's great for groups of three who want to be in the middle of the nightlife and close to many attractions in London.
- Nnamdi (8/5): Very good - The property was very cosy and clean, and had everything in place for a comfortable stay.
- Ribeiro (10/5): Exceptional -
- Murrayfisher (8/5): Great bolthole for Soho - Great studio with a comfortable bed, good little well-equipped kitchen and excellent location for Soho access. Reasonably priced for a brief overnight stay on business. Earplugs provided and not an unduly noisy flat during my stay anyway. Awkward positioning of the toilet makes it hard to use. This could benefit from a higher or slimmer cistern to avoid being quite so close to the opposite wall.
- Cameron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Moyosoluwa (4/5): Disappointing -
- Lia (8/5): Very good -
- Francois (8/5): Excellent location - Excellent location, ideal. Parks nearby, Oxford street, all touristic attractions by feet. Quiet at night. Very good beds. Carpet is too old, door locking system is weak.
- Sl (6/5): The accommodation was comfortable and the hosts were great. The location was not for us. - The location is really central- close to great shopping, restaurants, night life, theatres, public transport and within easy distance of some really good running routes (Hyde Park, the Thames, Regent Park etc).
The hosts were really helpful and communicated everything we needed to know before we got to the apartment.
The apartment was tidy and having a kitchen / washing machine was a big bonus! The street outside is really very noisy and we stayed in the apartment during a heat wave so we could not close the windows. The noise kept us awake until after 2am on most nights and sometimes even later.
The fan in the apartment was not sufficient for the London summer. I suspect this apartment would be much better during colder months when you can keep the windows closed and not have to worry about the noise as much.
I would recommend this apartment if you are planning to be up and about until midnight on each night of your stay, or if you are a very deep sleeper.
- Luke (8/5): Very good -
- Chen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Saabeilin (8/5): Great stay in London Soho, close to museums and sightseeing - It was our first time in London so we chose to stay in Soho. This place was definitely standing out because of the location. Imagine living in a walking distance to all major London sightseeing places and museums! A better location one can not find. Half an hour walk takes you to Westminster Abbey, and it's just an hour promenade through the Hyde Park to the Museum of Natural History, and just 15 minutes - to British Museum and The National Gallery! Camden town, all major train stations are also quite close. In the evening, the area offers lots of great places to eat (including full english breakfast and fish&chips) and plenty of lovely pubs.
The kitchen has all common utensils so one can cook something, and Tesco Express and M&S Food are around the corner. The internet connection is fast and stable so one can plan the next day/book tickets with no issues. If you forgot the adapter for the british sockets, there is one as well. There were some minor issues with shower and sink, and cleaning could be improved a bit, but, still, that's a great place to stay.
- Lauren (7/5): Good -
- Nomer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samuele (8/5): Very good - Excellent location and very comfortable flat. We didn’t know where was the key and the staff didn’t answer at our first call. At the second call they gave us wrong instructions about the key box. Solved at the 3rd call. The next day, the shower stopped working.
- Adele (8/5): Would love to stay there again, lovely vibe to the area and great little apartment to stay in. - Great location, very clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Ear plugs were provided but we didn't need them as it wasn't too noisy through the night. Better info on how to use the TV would have been good, but for a short stay who needs it anyway!
- Brendon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kirsty (6/5): Perfect Location - Great location and value for money! Nothing fancy, but perfect for a quick stay. I’d recommend bringing your own towels.
- Gaynor (7/5): Good -
- Jimmy (7/5): Fair. - Central area. Kitchen exhaust not working, door lock malfunction, stairs too stiff and no kitchen door.
- Denice (8/5): Perfect location, very clean - Very close by everything ! The shower pressure problems
- Dafydd (9/5): Superb - Location. Cosy and ammeneties Couodnt close window properly needs fixing. And shower cut out one night
- Agnieszka (1/5): BE AWARE!!! - Location was Good Be aware when booking this property as we had stuff stolen from the apartment.
It was very strange as there are doors downstairs and doors to apartment and there was no sign of break in. Our debit card was taken and used in shop same evening. We have to inform police so I would not recommend. DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLE ITEMS IN THIS APARTMENT
- Fatma (3/5): Bad apartment, the stairs are unsafe ,it was in the 3rd floor and there is no elevator - The location No elevator and no AC
- Anonymous (8/5): great location, easy to check in and check out. suitcases were tricky to get up the stairs to the third floor but perfec - Prime location, great storage, beds and kitchen facilities were phenomenal. Beautifully decorated too shower was not great.
- Christopher (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
- Kevin (7/5): Superb location, good value but some issues with hallways and security. - Superb central location, 5 mins walk from Oxford Circus Tube or 8 mins from Tottenham Ct Rd tube. Masses of restaurants around this area and a couple of supermarkets within easy accesss.
It’s good they have a 2pm check in whereas most accommodation is 3pm. Bed was comfy and the kitchen has a good range of appliances and utensils and everything looked clean. Plenty of tea and coffee provided. Nice towels provided with quality soaps and shower gels and also ear plugs, however whilst it is noisy from the nearby bars and restaurants this quietens down after about 11.30 and the road isn’t really used by much traffic at night. The TV says it only has apps accessible via WiFi however I couldn’t get it to work at all which was a shame and even if it worked it would be impossible to see it from the bed. The apartment could do with a little more lighting as its either all the ceiling lights on or off, an up lighter or bedside light would be good. The communal hallways and stairs are pretty grim and the external door lock was left unlatched throughout the day, presumably by the business being run from one of the other apartments. This did make me feel a bit insecure to be honest.
- Tracey (8/5): Very good -
- Bel (6/5): good location for exploring - good location More basic than it looks!
