Camila (1/5): AVOID THIS PLACE!!! - Location It doesnt match the photos, extremelly dirty, disgusting, smells, there are no windows; radiator did not work, I complained to the owner and he was extremelly rude saying if I want it cleaned I needed to pay a cleaner! He was intimidating and said the pictures I sent to him it was not true!! Check all the reciews and see how is right.

Young (8/5): Very good - Quiet community area except for the noises of trains passing by. Easy access to shops, buses and food places, short walk to the train station. Suitable room for a small family, clean and well lit despite location. Can do with a freezer, carpet or rugs on the flooring, better hub for cooking and a counter at the kitchen area. The chairs at the table need replacement coverings.

Barbara (1/5): Would never recommend - Tried to cancel the reservation upon learning access required full flight of stairs. On member had broken ankle, could not manage stairs and luggage. Second member was 79 yrs old with back injury, so location was not suitable. These issues were listed upon booking, we were not contacted until less than 24 hrs prior to arrival, attempts to cancel (phone calls went unanswered, text messages not responded and clearly phone was turned off or blocked). We had to cancel and return home ASAP Contact info and cancellation policy were not accurate. Had been listed as available to cancel-NOT TRUE
David (1/5): Bad experience - From start to finish complete mess owner phoned me to relocate me as power wasn't working properly I had said that's the area we need to stay for them to them gone 5 even though check in was.at three to say okay to come there now went there and they went to give me a key thinking I was the electrician clearly electric wasn't sorted down in basement which has damp and dirty floors shower that was only a shower head no handle dirty bedding have taken pictures all power to electric in room flashing all night lighting up room like disco stayed here the first night and rebooked something else so wasted money spare TV and cupboards in the room and side beds that look like they've been pulled out of a skip this place should not be being let.througj booking . Com meet three different people with keys then to be told post it back under door once done so they can reach it no lights in lift as coming down front door to entrance left open and worst smell ever in there people smoking crack at night lovely How close it was to the job were doing shame about all the stuff that should matter

Amy (1/5): terrifying experience - Property is not as advertised. It is a windowless basement property with no ventilation. we waited over an hour for the proprietor to contact us to drop us the keys. The property was filthy and did not reflect on photos advertised. The blankets for the fold out bed were very dirty. the shower nor the sink worked. The proprietors do not seem capable of managing visitors. As two female we were unsafe throughout the night. We were woken up throughout the night at loud banging and shouting at our door. The people that were trying to enter through out the night were trying very hard to open the door. This last point is perhaps not the fault of the proprietors but contributed nonetheless to a terrifying experience. We were booked for three nights but left immediately left after the first night. This is not a professionally run property AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ibrahim (2/5): Very poor - nothing Internet connection is very low The bathroom has a lot of an insects which is disgusting.
Shane (5/5): Passable - Decent amount of space. No outside noise, even though roadworks were being finished beside building. The directions sent me to the wrong end of the street where I spent an hr with my kids waiting. Didn't know the entrance was in a back alley, down a flight of stairs to a basement. The kitchenette was not the same as photo. Was a microwave and kettle above a small laundry sink. No washing machine,dryer. Aircon barely worked after first day. Floor was filthy. Worst was a 2nd door in room secured by one small screw that must have led to another unit. Every morning their alarm went off around 6am for hrs. Drove me crazy.
