I woul - The location is excellent, nice attractive street and view of the tennis court, close to tube stations and shops In general the property was v tired. The walls and windows would need a fresh paint and the floor was damaged in hallway. In the bathroom there was mould and smell in hallway and under stairs was quite strong of it. A bit more attention to detail would be nice such as tissues in bathroom and more toliet rolls. The kitchen would need a chopping board and also an oven glove.

• Elena Giraudo (10/5): Consigliatissimo! - Inizio col dire che il letto è COMODISSIMO! L'appartamento sembra nuovo oppure è tenuto benissimo. È PULITISSIMO, è molto spazioso, c'è una cucina fornita del necessario per cucinare (manca solo il colapasta). Si trova in una tranquilla e pulita zona residenziale. Nessuna percezione di pericolo neanche la sera tardi. Facile check-in autonomo con codici. 10 min a piedi da Victoria, 8 minuti da Pimlico. C'è un bus più vicino.
• TeodorTeo (1/5): Misleading listing and very poor maintenance - Nothing. Extremely disappointing stay. The apartment we were given was a basement unit in very poor condition and clearly not properly maintained. Multiple lights were not working correctly, the curtains were broken and unusable, and the sofa was dirty upon arrival. There were also visible cracks in the walls and damaged door frames, which made the apartment feel neglected and poorly maintained. The biggest issue was the way the situation was handled. We reported the problems shortly after arrival, but instead of resolving them, the management tried to charge us £50 + VAT for a sofa cover – despite the fact that the sofa was already dirty when we arrived. Charging extra for something like this in an apartment that is already in such condition is unreasonable and unacceptable. Overall, the apartment looked nothing like the standard presented in the listing photos. Between the poor condition of the property and the lack of a fair response from management, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not stay here again.

• Elena (10/5): Ci tornerei! - A pochi minuti a piedi dalle stazioni metro Pimlico e Victoria, contesto tranquillo, appartamento pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario, dal bagno alla cucina. Ci tornerei! In zona negozi, pub e bar (consiglio per la colazione il Rochester café - gentilissimi e vasta scelta - o lo storico Regency café, quest'ultimo affollato nel weekend). Unica pecca: non si può attaccare l'asciugacapelli in bagno e non ci sono altri specchi oltre quello del bagno.

• Elena (1/5): Si salva solo la location per il resto sconsigliatissimo - La posizione bel quartiere vicino a tutti i servizi L appartamento era sottoterra, da un lato altezza scarico delle auto , dall altro un muro stile carcere. Impossibile far prendere aria alla stanza, soffro di allergia e avevo richiesto la possibilita di aprire le finestre, poco prima dell arrivo inoltre mi comunicano che potrebbe esserci nell appartamento il tecnico perche non va la lavatrice. Chiedo che mi venga cambiato l appartamento visto che su booking ci sono ancora disponibilita ma mi dicono che non e possibile. Fortunatamente non si e visto nessuno ma nessuno delle proprieta mi ha avvisato che era a posto e non avrei ricevuto nessuna visita. Non c e macchina del caffe ne caffettiera e neanche una bustina di zucchero o te che costerebbero pochi euro ma dimostrerebbero cura del cliente, pure per guardare netflix ho dovuto mettere il mio abbonamento. La cosa peggiore e sempre comunque essere sottoterra che magari e una cosa diffusa a Londra ma non comune per altri paesi . Sarebbe piu corretto avere una prenotazione diversa per il sottoterra a un prezzo piu basso anche se io non l avrei preso neppure per 1 sterlina.

• Robyn (8/5): Location & Laundry... - Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this apartment in London. The location was great for exploring the local attractions (London Eye, Buckingham Palace, etc.) The apartment was quiet, came adequately supplied with kitchen utensils for cooking at home. I had read about difficulties with entering the building, but I was able to figure it out easily enough and put my husband's mind at ease. Doing laundry was a bonus, but it took until the last day to find out how to dry things. It takes forever! I am a wiz with manuals and looking things up on YouTube, but I couldn't find anything that helped me figure it out. The guide they provided for the apartment was quite useful. The apartment is an even closer walk to the Pimlico station than the Victoria line, like they recommend in the guide. The furniture is super cheap and just functional enough to sit on briefly (e.g. the couch had a slant forward and could barely fit one person). The shower tiles looked like they hadn't been cleaned for awhile, not up to my standards. The carpets are grossly stained and unfortunately the place doesn't show well because of it. This apartment is not accessible for anyone with disabilities (no elevator). I'm a fit person, and it took a lot for me to hoist my 23 kg suitcase up 3 narrow flights of stairs!! My husband wasn't able to figure out how to put the kettle on, so you have to flick the white switches on to turn on the plug sockets (a very interesting system in the UK!)

A shame we were placed in the seemingly budget lower basement flat when we had been told the first floor. Shabby in parts, not at all homely...disappointed as expectations were significantly higher from the description and pictures. I booked accommodation because I wanted to stay in that area then got moved to an area which was 30 minutes away a - Wouldn't know... it was changed last minute My check in time was 16:00. I was coming to the UK from Amsterdam. I arrived 30min earlier so waited patiently until check in time. Naturally I was getting ready to check in and checked the app that is used for communication to obtain my codes. To my surprise, I got messaged at 4pm that my accommodation was an issue and that I was relocated not too far from where I was supposed to initially stay. I then called and asked the customer service what the issue was and was asked if I didn't receive a message earlier about the accommodation. I only received 1st communication at 4pm i.e. at Check in time that I need to go somewhere else. Before I proceeded to the new accommodation, I asked the person if all the codes were correctly set in the app to ensure I don't have any further issues when I arrived. Guess what, I couldn't access the door so had to call again and eventually got into the apartment. Customer service was extremely poor. You would have found out about the leak at the apartment WAY before 4pm and to let someone only know at 4pm that alternative accommodation has been arranged when you've had all day to check the issue is absolutely ridiculous and wasted my time when I could have gone to the new accommodation much earlier.

Entry and exit was really easy and felt very safe. The washing machine worked well the dryer function was great.

• Helen (8/5): Good stay. A few problems with hot water boiler - Good location Had problems with the hot water boiler coming up periodically with error messages and needing to be reset. No curtains in bedroom to block out street light. Blinds in room not good enough.

The location of this accommodation is excellent—we were even lucky enough to see the Royal Horse Guards riding past the front gate of Buckingham Palace one morning as we headed out. There are also plenty of great restaurants near Victoria Station. However, do note that Victoria Station doesn’t have elevators, so carrying luggage can be a bit inconvenient. 2. The kitchen is well equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, colander, electric kettle, and a large refrigerator. 3. The customer service team responds quickly, is polite and helpful, and kindly honored our request not to be placed in a basement room. 4. Overall, the value for money is acceptable, although the place is somewhat dated. 1. It would be great if the cleaning staff could pay a bit more attention after guests check out. There were only two teabags left in the kitchen—we weren’t sure whether they were provided by the host or left by previous guests. 2. We also noticed that the trash can lid was already broken when we arrived. 3. The cleaning frequency could also be improved; currently, it’s only offered after a stay of more than seven days, which seems a bit too infrequent for a property with a kitchen. 4. If there are plans for future renovations, we’d recommend switching to firmer mattresses, adding a heated towel rail, and replacing the worn-out rubber seals on the shower doors.

• Ségolène (6/5): Localisation et taille de logement idéal. Gros problème d'humanité toutefois avec le personnel. - L'emplacement est idéal c'est incontestable. La taille du logement est plus que confortable. Le fait qu'il n'y ai pas de lit bébé à notre arrivé, comme demandé. Nous avions accepté les charges via Booking, la présence d'un lit était "confirmée par l'établissement" mais aucun lien de paiement ne nous a jamais été envoyé et nous ne l'avons compris que lorsque nous sommes arrivés à Londres au soir avec notre bébé. Une solution n'a pu être trouvée que le lendemain soir. Bébé a "dormi" dans le canapé. A 8 mois. Nous n'avons eu aucune excuses juste des "you have to pay and were gonna find a solution but not for tonight" (il était 18h). Un enfer.

• Desiree (8/5): - Very centrally located. Spacious, clean apartment with lovely kitchen. All new appliances - all worked well. There were no complimentary toiletries and only one teaspoon. We addressed this with the property managers ... we are still waiting for the toiletries and teaspoons!

Not enough toilet paper allocated for our stay, coffee, tea and sugar only enough for one day out 6 day stay. Be ok if they came to apartment more than once a week to clean. Also was unable to access apartment as they gave us the wrong access code, after 22hr flight was exhausted and shouldn’t have been this hard. Was not able to access earlier than 4pm to check in also was poor

The safe had been left locked and we couldn't use it - although someone later came to maintain the smoke detector and he had a special key to re-open it. • Dimitra (6/5): - Basic facilities were all good, the apartment was very clean and the location great. I sent the property a request about not putting us at below the ground level because I have a phobia. They replied that they will do their beat but could not guarantee, which is fair. However, they sent us the details a couple of days before our travel and they had put us at the basement level. I spent two nights with no sleep. It was too late to cancel without a high fee, and not everyone can afford that. I would have appreciated that the property had contacted me to let me know that they only have the basement available, so that I could cancel in time and book somewhere else, or that they had given me a free cancellation choice, since I specifically said I had a phobia so it is not a mere preference issue. This affected our trip a lot unfortunately.

• jose luis (7/5): Buena ubicación. - La ubicación, varios días en nuestra estancia pudimos ir andando y no tuvimos que usar transporte público. La cocina estaba bien equipada. Tuvimos un problema en el baño con un escape de agua y lo resolvieron rápidamente. Las fotos son representativas de la realidad. El baño. Los azulejos tenían manchas de no haberlos limpiado en mucho tiempo. La cama era estrecha, diría que media 140 cm. Al ir con un bebé estábamos muy estrechos y dormir en el sofá no era una opción porque era muy pequeño. Por otra parte, bastante habitual en Londres, no había forma de tener oscuridad en la habitación. Amanecía a las 4:30 y anochecía a las 21:30, el bebé tuvo dificultades para dormir. No había cafetera, aunque sí café soluble de cortesía e infusiones. No había ascensor y nos pusieron en una segunda planta.

• Vipul (6/5): Lovely location let down by poor after care - The location of this property is ideal specially for exploring the area around Victoria. It is a large apartment for two people and comes with all the amenities. The one bedroom apartment is in the basement/ lower ground. I had not seen this mentioned anywhere. When we got their the central heating was not working, we called the support number and it was answered promptly. We were promised a maintenance person would come out to us within the hour - he never came throughout our stay. Fortunately we know an engineer who talked us through what we could try and started up the system. We would have frozen had it not been for our contact. Additionally, it says the cleaning team will come in on a Monday, we were there from Thursday to Wednesday the following week and no cleaners came. The internet was also sketchy with variable speeds throughout our stay. The main entrance to the flat is not yet carpeted, seems like this is an incomplete apartment without the attention to detail which would make it a wonderful stay.

• Leilani (8/5): Very comfortable and will return. - Very spacious 1 bed apartment in a good location to Victoria Station. Kitchen window was hard to open and the doors to the bathroom and kitchen were fire doors so a bit hard to manage although understand the safety aspect.
• Andrew (9/5): Very comfortable and convenient for our trip to the theatre. - Spacious, well decorated in a pleasant and quiet location overlooking playing fields. Very convenient for Victoria coach station and the theatre. Minor issue, could do with a mirror for hair drying.

I therefore lost the benefit of securing my valuables until my final night in the apartment.

• Marisol (6/5): - It seems to me that the advertisement of your apartments is misleading. A) the photos do not correspond to the apartment I stayed in, so they should show the different options available (with and without bathtub, etc). B) Nowhere is it indicated that they do not have an elevator and can be assigned the apartment 2 floors above. TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THAT: they can be people with disabilities, elderly or just with the suitcases they have. It is highly irresponsible omission.
• Jeannette (6/5): Needs better management - Location When I arrived at 4:30, 30 minutes after check in time, the unit was still being cleaned. The cleaner was not aware someone was checking in that night. We had to wait another 1.5 hours for the unit to be cleaned. Not really fun after arriving after a long flight in the morning and waiting til 4pm to check in. Absolutely no apology or customer service. The bathroom sink clogged immediately and we had to use the kitchen sink the rest of the visit. 4 mouse traps in lobby.

It is a cozy apartmen - The apartment was really well equipped and was very convenient. It is exactly the same as in pictures. The carpet in the bedroom and the decorative blue blanket on the bed could have been cleaner.
• Zeynep (9/5): Central and clean 1 bedroom apartment - Everything was great in the apartment, I was traveling alone for work and leisure, this apartment was just right size for my needs. I would go there again for sure! There is no lift in the structure hence it was very difficult for me to carry my luggages for 3 floors. Other than that everything was incredible!

Apartments very clean and well appointed. No coffee machine, though left instant coffee sachets. Could have had more reasonable check-in and check out times ( 16:00 and 10:00 am ) but worked out ok.
• Alison (8/5): A convenient,pleasant,comfortable place to stay for six nights but could be improved. - Apartment 4 Fourth Floor Bloomberg Street The fourth floor apartment is accessed up 39 Steps. It is spacious with two bedrooms, one with en suite and a separate bathroom. It has a comfortable couch and small dining table. The kitchen appliances include dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. It was difficult to find! It is the apartment opposite the Gordon Hospital in Bloomberg Street. I am unsure whether a precise address was provided initially but subsequent contact only gives the generic address. A number of things need maintenance or improvement. There are two cooking pots and one frypan. They are of poor quality. There are no microwave dishes. There was only one tea towel. There is no teapot. There is no coffee machine or coffee plunger. The washing machine’s detergent draw was stuck. The management response was prompt. We attempted to use the vacuum cleaner on the last day but while the dust reservoir was empty the hose may have been blocked making the cleaner inefficient. Some basics for the kitchen could include ~ Salt & pepper Cling Wrap Foil Hand towel 2 tea towels Tea pot Coffee plunger Reasonable quality cooking items The closing latches on the internal doors are extremely noisy and clunky if used.

On a few occasions it took me more than 2 minutes to gain entry through the main door to the block even though I followed the instructions provided. Extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working.

• Eid (9/5): Superb - Location, cleanness, space, facilities, access to unit Check-in was postponed to 6 pm due to late apartment arrangement (they offered a a coupon of £15 as a compensation). Later I asked for late check-out but there was no availability (chek-out was 10 am)
