Apartment: Extremely clean and fitted for a comfortable stay. Key collection: Drop box system translated into easy pick up and return. Nothing to note at this time.

• Mel (10/5): One of the best stays - There is a lot to like about this property • shops are all very close, you can literally buy anything you need as you step outside the flat • inside the flat was very clean (I work on a 7star cruise ship, so I know about cleanliness) • extra bedding, towels, everything was available • very peaceful • I will definitely stay here again • the host was very professional & friendly the only thing I struggled with was the stairs & I had a lot of heavy luggage & there is no elevator (but it’s okay, I am fit enough to take the luggage up & down)
• Sava (7/5): Good accomodation, good value for money, good location, good flat - in dirty building. - The flat was not flashy, but had all the esentials required were in very good order, it was quiet overnight. The drains in bathroom (hand washing basin) does not drain well, so it fills up quickly. The shower drain was better, yet if prolonged showering - the shower cabined't bottom started filling up. The slats undebed mattres are not all fixed to the frame, so they can slip if one sits on the side of bed. The flat is clean, but the building's common space (including its stairs) is filthy.
• Hannah (7/5): Overall our stay was good, there were a lot of good things about our stay but at the end of the day the small things rea - - Bus stops/transport close by - Heating system was great - Kitchen fully equipped, including pots and pans, cooking utensils a washing machine, mircowave and toaster - Easy check in, quick responses from the owner - Lots of food shops around - Mattress was comfortable but small for two people to sleep in - Area itself was not great especially for two young girls - Very noisey upstairs neighbours, stomped around until 2-3am every night - Curtains in the bedroom did not full cover the windows - No door knob on the bedroom door - The owner tried to have a walk through during our stay while all our personal belongings were in the room, which we declined respectfully. Our wish was granted with no issues and an apology was given for the oversight - The bed frame was about to fall apart

• Óskar (4/5): Might be ok for you - The tv had Netflix, there was an ac unit in the bedroom and the shower was good. If you want to experience what it's like living in a London neighbourhood and don't mind being a bit far from the city center then this place might be ok for you. The bed was not so comfortable and it had just one large cover instead of two smaller ones which is not good for most couples. The whole apartment was a bit dusty. We were staying for 10 days and we ran out of toilet paper, there was just enough rolls for 5 days at the most, and the soap was half empty so it just barely lasted our stay. There's a bus stop right in front of the house but we never took a bus there, we had to walk a bit to the next stop on a nearby street to take a bus for the city center and all the major attractions and each ride lasted about 40-45 minutes. There's also a bit of a walk to the nearest train stations and if you take the train be prepared to take a combination of trains and buses for up to 1 hour if you want to get somewhere. It's usually better to take a taxi but that ride will also take about 40-45 minutes and it's more expensive than public transport.
• Bernard (10/5): Exceptional - Firas was an excellent communicative host who was kind enough to assist when I accidentally locked myself out of the room. The flat is in an excellent location close to local pubs, restaurants and shops with access to bus services that can take you all over London. The flat is quiet and clean as advertised and the air conditioning can be useful.
• Radu (10/5): Quiet, clean, comfortable - The location is in a perfect place considering the busses that come exactly in front of the building ( if not there, 100m upfront towards Denmark Hill Camberwell Green). The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and also quiet. We ( me and my girlfriend ) stayed for 9 nights and we had at our disposal everything we needed ( hairdryer, iron, cuttlery, clean sheets, towels, smart TV etc ). The internet works very well, around 30 Mbps downloads speeds.

• Sujatha (8/5): Very good - We had a great stay for 2 weeks. The host was very friendly and the place was very safe and tidy. I misplace my watch in the apartment and the host called me back to return back my watch. Thanks and best wishes for their business There was no lift facility in the apartment :( and we had to carry the luggage up to 2nd floor. it was a good exercise :)
• Vlad (9/5): A great option for your stay in London - I had a comfortable stay and would book again. The check-in process was conducted via WhatsApp and only took a few seconds. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious, and nicely furbished. I forgot to take my EU to UK plug converter, but there was a super useful USB outlet in the kitchen. Great neighborhood, with Lidl less than a minute away from the house. Getting to Central London takes about 30 minutes by tube. Since heating season seemingly hadn't started yet, and it was the end of October, I did get a bit cold, so I often had to turn the AC up.
• Henrietta (8/5): Well connected flat with everything you need for a short or long stay. - We were perfectly comfortable here for 8 nights. Firas was a great host with good communication and very accommodating. The full kitchen is well equipped and the bedroom / lounge studio is well sized. No complaints here. We couldn't work the heater but they could have been user error - we didn't ask.
