Excellent rapport qualité prix. - L'hôte a été extrêmement attentif et réactif à toutes nos questions en plus d'être accueilli avec de quoi boire et manger. L'emplacement est plus qu'excellent (transports, alimentaire) sans parler du rapport qualité/prix en ce qui concerne la surface (un salon, une chambre, une cuisine et une salle de bain) par comparaison à ce que l'on peut trouver dans le centre de Londres. Il s'agit d'éléments de conforts et mineurs : le chauffage central de l'immeuble ne donnait pas la possibilité de réellement baisser la température de l'appartement, le manque d'une deuxième prise électrique en tête de lit, l'interrupteur de la cuisine derrière la porte est légèrement inconvénient, seulement une table basse pour manger, peu de place dans la salle de bain.

• Hussain (9/5): excellent holiday - I like the flat its clean and had alot of space , good amout of money with this location, building had securety all day , It was in the secound foor and no elevator ; no water bottel , no updated towels , how ever the supermarket was just down the building,

• LAURA CAROLINA (4/5): - Lo único bueno del departamento era su ubicación, a metros del Marble Arch con la estación de subte, paradas de bus y la Oxford Street. La ducha funcionaba correctamente. El edificio donde se encuentra el departamento está en muy malas condiciones. No funciona el ascensor, por lo que hay que subir y bajar dos pisos para llegar. El departamento es muy pequeño, no tiene mesa para comer, lo que hacía bastante incómodo estar allí, además de la calefacción que estaba muy alta y no se podía modificar, lo que hizo que debiéramos estar con las ventanas abiertas y por lo tanto, con bastante ruido de la calle. El sofá cama está muy viejo y es muy incómodo. Todo el departamento necesita una actualización urgente, pero el tema del ascensor fue lo peor. Lo reservamos por eso mismo, y fue una decepción que no funcionara.
• Sandrine (7/5): - Emplacement parfait Appartement très bien placé mais avec un grand besoin de rafraîchissement ,le grand bémol il n y a pas de table pour les repas hors mis la table basse qui prend une place énorme ,toujours pas d'ascenseur (heureusement c'était au 2e étage )et on nous garde pas nos bagages alors que sur l'annonce c est noté Bagagerie .

• Wronowski (6/5): Mieszkanie super położone, ale niezbyt czyste - Mieszkanie super położone, obok Hyde Parku, przy stacji metra Marble Arch. Świetny dojazd do większości londyńskich atrakcji. W pobliżu dworce, sklepy spożywcze i mnóstwo restauracji, przede wszystkim z pyszną kuchnią bliskowschodnią. Samo mieszkanie wyposażone w większość niezbędnych sprzętów i urządzeń. Właściciel kontaktowy, reagujący na potrzeby. Przede wszystkim mieszkanie wymagania jeśli nie totalnego remontu, to co najmniej solidnego odświeżenia. Widać, że jest intensywnie użytkowane i znaczna część wyposażenia jest do wymiany lub naprawy. Również czystość w mieszkaniu pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Windy w budynku nie działają, ale na szczęście to tylko drugie piętro. Największym problemem było ciepło panujące w mieszkaniu. Okna otwierające się tylko w niewielkim stopniu plus wiecznie gorący grzejnik w łazience powodowały, że ciężko było obniżyć temperaturę. Dobrze, że były przenośne klimatyzatory, przynajmniej trochę pomagały, choć przydałaby się po prostu klimatyzacja. Problemem, zwłaszcza w nocy był też ciągły hałas z ulicy, słyszalny zwłaszcza przy otwartych oknach.

The room was clean, but could use some minor maintenance, as the furnishings felt a bit worn. Nevertheless, the fair price, the friendly attitude of the owner, and especially the great location made up for it.

• Ebrahim (1/5): Bad customer service, not safe, very small, not clean - Nothing was there to like about the property 1) the safety of the property was very bad anyone could enter the property without any confirmation that they live there 2) the apartment was dirty when we arrived. As soon as we opened the door first day we saw pee all over the toilet and on the second day we opened the sofa bed and saw a braw for woman which was very disgusting too see 3) the owner was ver much disrespectful the first day when we arrived we asked for refund and he was being disrespectful and saying “forget about the refund” and he accused us of trying to scam him for some reason 4) the owner at the end of ours stay said that we broke the front door and that we had to pay 300 pounds and that we also have to pay for the coffee table another 300 pounds. First of all the front door I asked him what is wrong with it he just sent a photo of the door handle with no any reason of him acusing me for it And the elevators was not working we had to carry our luggage to the second floor Lastly I would say if you would think of paying for this property I wouldn’t do that

• John (1/5): A slum in Westminster - The washing machine and the kitchen refrigerator did work OK. Other than that: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! This place is a dump. No dining table other than a low coffee table. The toilet seat was broken - we were expected to just suffer this. ( I effected minor repairs to make it usable, but a professional plumber would have to complete the repair.) There was one bar stool (advertising picture shows 2 ) which was totally impractical to use. Other ‘seats’ were a sofa-bed (how could this be utilised in the cramped space?), and a lounge chair. No dining chairs. Kitchen needed a thorough clean, and I mean THOROUGH! (See phot of the filthy range hood.) No plug in the kitchen sink. Lighting in the (pokey) bedroom was poor. Only the one bedside table and one lamp. Shower was a mystery to use , even after operating instructions had been given; scalding hot water only. Advertising of the site stated there was a lift, ( a MAJOR factor for seniors), however (according to the concierge ), the lift had been out of action for YEARS! No refunds on this site! No wonder - he would not get ANY income if he gave refunds! My wife cried when she walked in! We did spend one night there, only because it was so late in the day when we arrived, (and we did a load of washing), but could not get out quick enough the next morning! Surely there should be some (responsible) standards for properties on Booking.com, especially when Booking.com clients fly world wide!

Window's really are sound proof and we didn't hear anything from the streets! No working elevator during our stay. The building is old and rickety. Bathtub's removable fall was disgusting from dirt and lime. Also the fan's where dirty from dust. Apartment it self wasn't dirty or dusty at all!

• Edward (8/5): Very fine location. Having a kitchen and a washing machine were a big plus for extended stay. - Host was friendly and accommodating. Elevator was inoperable the entire time. I specifically asked about elevator access as I’m elderly.
• Fabio (1/5): Just stay away - Location was good. Stay away from this place. Everything was a disaster. The apartment is very old, in a very old building and it shouldn’t be on Booking in the first place. The pictures don’t reflect the actual status of the apartment. It was extremely dirty, so as soon as we arrived we had to clean it ourselves (which wasn’t easy considering the disgusting status of the mop and the broom we found there). Last but not least, the flat is full of ultrasounds against rats and we found also poison for rats left on the floor (which was also pretty bad considering we were there with a 3 years old child), the owner of course didnt mention anything about it. We felt very uncomfortable there, we didnt leave just because at the very last moment it was hard to find an alternative.

Good to have a kitchen and some basics provided. Appreciated the snacks provided. TV kept turning off. Kitchen needs more cooking utensils. Oven tricky to work out how to use. Floor needed to be vacuumed when we arrived.

• Doreen (3/5): Poor - Location The dirty stained sheets and Mattress. The fact that we were lied to about the lift being repaired when in fact that it had been broken since March and that they hadn't attempted to get it repaired..
• Leticia (4/5): first i cleaned, then i try to ignore what i saw, watch for rats, stand the noise to sleep in the night… then i managed - even though we were disappointed with the building itself, I need to say that each person working there were exceptionally friendly and helpful. the building is very run down. when you enter the lobby, you already see an under construction area, this will take you all the way to the entrance of your flat. everything in the hallways looks disgusting, you even find rats at the corredores when you arrive in the evening. i saw two of them and few little cucarachas. the flat itself had what you needed but not in a good condition. it wasn’t really clean… when we left it was cleaner. some things, such as the water cook were so dirty that we didn’t even try to clean it. the apartment would be cute if you can stand the rest which is not what you want to see when you are in holidays. i don’t understand how a property like this fits the standard of booking.com i feel deeply disappointed and i do not recommend it at all!

• Bert (8/5): Apartment in an excellent location. Great base for exploring London! - Enough has already been written about the apartment building itself. I have nothing to add to that. Antonio's flat is compact but complete with sitting room, bedroom and kitchen. The welcome by the host was warm and kind. As an extra surprise, treats and drinks were provided. The flat is in an excellent location in a lively area with many shops and restaurants, and very close to two metro stations. Great base for exploring all that London has to offer!
