- Jenkins (10/5): Nice and relaxing bed was so comfy and was clean and tidy - The bed was soo comfortable and good size room the location is so quite for London Nothing
- Anisha (5/5): Disappointing due to issues above, but the actual flat was comfortable and clean - The actual flat is very comfortable and clean - no issues with this
The person who picks up the phone to talk if help needed is also very pleasant and helpful
Various issues with everything else listed below Needing to pay 150 deposit in advance - this is a bit excessive and stressful as takes a good few days for it to be refunded
No condiments in the kitchen
Advice that rubbish needs to be disposed of in bins by flat
No parking info until the last min - I asked multiple times in advance pls provide clear info on where and how to park and wasn’t not informed about it until the last minute on the day - you need to write out a code on paper and display in your windshield - we didn’t have a pen and paper to hand. This adds unnecessary stress and could have been alleviated if they told us the process in advance, which I asked for multiple times in messages and was ignored
The buzzer/intercom for the flat does not work
It is unclear which key lock box is for the flat, you are not told which and just have to try each one
My phone got stolen (snatched out of my hand) 5 mins away from the apartment in broad daylight, it is fairly remote and residential so more just to be careful to not walk here alone

- William (7/5): - Le quartier était très sympa et calme, bien desservi niveau transport et proche d’un magasin pour les courses. L’appartement n’était pas très propre à notre arrivée
- Chey (9/5): Great for short stay (1h to city) - Has a washing machine and dryer. Lots of power points. Close to bus stops. Quiet environment No PowerPoints in the bathroom.
- Lea (2/5): Not like the pictures – uncomfortable and unclean feeling - Honestly, the apartment was disappointing. It didn’t match the pictures at all. There was old laundry still sitting in the dryer when we arrived, and when I asked about it, the host just said “it’s fine” – which didn’t feel fine at all. The whole place smelled weird, and nothing felt fresh.
There were only two towels out for two people. I asked for more, and the host said to check the cupboard – there were more towels there, but they didn’t feel fresh either. Clean, maybe, but just kind of “meh” and not something I felt comfortable using.
The worst part: there were little flies in the shower. I sent photos and videos as requested, and then… nothing. No reply. No follow-up. The flies stayed. That alone was enough to make it feel a bit gross.
Cutlery wasn’t properly clean, the fridge was freezing and smelled odd, and the whole vibe was just careless. First we got the wrong code to enter, though the host helped after I called – which was good. But then we were also asked for a deposit that hadn’t been mentioned clearly in advance.
In the end, it just didn’t feel looked after, and the lack of proper communication made it worse. Wouldn’t stay again.
- Marilyn (1/5): Bad -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Map (8/5): Very good - The apartment was small but clean and comfortable. Perfectly located for our visit to see family living nearby. Confusion over the parking permit and no reply from the host to rectify this. I couldn't risk parking where advised ,but luckily, there was a free spot on the street.
- Rageh (1/5): Absolutely shocking and would never go here again - Nothing Mold everywhere
The smell of mildew overtakes anything
Electrical shocks coming from the plug
Burnt power sockets
No hot water
Staff are not responsive quickly
When I arrived I couldn’t enter the property for 2 hours because the door keep pad lock battery had died.
- Atirene (8/5): Very good -
- Saadman (7/5): Good -
- Amit (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kailet (3/5): Will not stay again. A lot of hassle for a place that’s not as nice as advertised. - Close to shops and easy to find
Parking permit provided to park on property
Room was warm -sheets had stains on them so did pillow case. Didn’t look like it was washed or changed prior our arrival
-couldn’t check in until gone 6pm so was left stranded for over three hours. This was due to the hosts rules of sending a copy of your driving license or passport before providing the codes for the door. Still feel uneasy that someone I do not know or seen has so much of my personal details
-you’re asked to take the bin out to the skip upon checkout, seems like a new bin bag was placed in leaving rubbish in the bin itself
- Cara (9/5): Superb -
- Gaia (7/5): Good -
- Nicola (7/5): The property matched the price - The property was clean and in a quite area I liased with a lady who by her own admission, couldnt speak very good english. There was also alot of instructions to access the property and photos to be sent when checking out to avoid further charges.
I asked for two permits but was only given one. There was only one towel at the property and no side tables by the bed. Damp patches in places.

- Jiri (3/5): unfortunately there is lot of mold. - equipment of the apartment is sufficient.
the part of the city isnt bad. it is not so far from the center of london. The whole house, but especially the apartment, is infected with mold. Unfortunately, mold can be felt not only in the house, but also in the room, bed and of course in the bathroom.
- Lyo (8/5): Very good -
- Emma (9/5): Comfortable stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city with easy routes into the city when required. - The property was clean, comfortable and in a very quiet apartment block which made our stay enjoyable as we managed to get a few well rested nights sleep especially with the busy days we had being tourists. The property lacked a few facilities in the kitchen. Whilst it has a washing machine and dryer, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, cooker and hob, it was just missing some of the smaller details like a chopping board, cooking utensils etc.
- Michaela (3/5): Horrible!!! - Room wasn't clean. We found hoody in closet. Dirty tissues behind bed. Small garbage bag in bin. Old blood on duvets cover. Bed is small and uncomfortable. Room is humid. We couldn't open windows because they were locked. Most lights were missing lights balls. Room don't look like on pictures. Room even didn't have bed side tables.
- Kristijan (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable and nice, close to the center of London. I recommend.
- Akinnibosun (8/5): Very good -
- Batistelli (10/5): clean and cozy flat well located at a good price - The flat was very clean and had everything we needed, including bed linen, towels and a balcony where we could enjoy the end of the day after work. The host was very kind and so was his entire staff. There was nothing, we liked everything.
- Batistelli (10/5): clean and cozy apartment well located at a good price - The flat was very clean and had everything we needed, including bed linen, towels and a balcony where we could enjoy the end of the day after work. The host was very kind and so was his entire staff. There was nothing, we liked everything.
- Giulia (1/5): Worst stay ever - It was dirty, looked moldy and the staff didn't do anything about it. We felt forced to book another hotel and even after telling them that, they didn't react at all.
- Stuart (10/5): Exceptional -
- Oisin (9/5): Superb -

- Razvan-florin (6/5): Host not caring - Pretty good location, with accessibility via bus to the centre of the city. The host was not very responsive, giving the details of how to enter the flat just one hour before arrival and not specifying all steps. The biggest problem was that the host called me that somebody is going to come and pick up the clothes dryer for repair. After I explained to him that we were not near and could not make it to the flat, we were amazed to see that they still entered and took the dryer. The flat looked like in the pictures but was in more damaged way than expected. To top it off, I had to call several times back to get my refund and only after a month i got it back.
- Claudia (7/5): Good location at this price - The studio apartment was well located and it was cosy for a couple. The bed sheets had hair from another person on them. Also, I would recommend the property to give instructions on how to enable the lock on the door. We weren’t able to enter the house straight ahead, as we didn’t know how to enable the numbers on the lock in order to enter the code.
The deposit was refunded two weeks after our stay, and only after I contacted the property to let them know I haven’t received the money back yet.
- Samantha (7/5): Good - The fridge froze my food! I did not adjust it as i was only staying one more night. The noise from the front door banging!
- Holly (7/5): Good -
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- Mochan (8/5): Cosy apartment - Spacious and felt secure. How far out from central we were, but should have researched more before booking.
- Joanna (7/5): I would not stay again, too much fuss for 1 night. - Clean All fuss about deposit and other that is not mentioned in description.
Had to send remainder to get my deposit back and waiting nearly 2weeks, still not full price received.
- Samantha (10/5): clean property, not for to travel to city centre. everything you need at the property. -
- Laura (1/5): Vile, mould and damp throughout, missing furniture, smelly bedding, mouldy shower matt - nothing, terrible cleanliness, mould everywhere, contacted the staff who replied saying they'd send a cleaner and never did. Since then have contacted 3 times with photos and videos and they have never replied. I am still awaiting a reply from the company as I have requested money back because we could not spend time eating and hanging out in the flat due to the damp air and poor hygiene. Horrendous mould and damp, horrific damp smell in the whole flat, realise a real issue was the smell of a damp shower matt which wreaked and stank out the whole flat. Black mould up all the walls in the bathroom, hallway and in the bedroom. 2 single pillows and smelly bedding. Missing furniture compared to the photos. Shower head was full of scale and mould. We would have moved out but we had plans that would have meant we'd have to miss our day event in order to check into a new hotel. We contacted the hosts who on the first day said they would send a cleaner to change the bedding and clean but no one ever came and we couldn't get in contact with the hosts then or since. We were going to eat in the flat to save money on our trip but we slept and that was it, we stayed out the flat as much as possible. terrible
- Alex (1/5): Bad -
- Bozena (1/5): Bad - Close to the bus-station and to the store Really uncomfortable bad, only 1 chair, really bad smell on basement, furniture in bad shape, kitchen in bad shape.
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tyrone (7/5): Good -
- Rachelle (8/5): Everything was good! -
- Mark (8/5): Modern apartment with decent facilities. - Modern, clean and spacious for London. Close to everything I needed. Water pressure good, water always hot and it was nice and quiet. Free parking space a massive bonus for London. I couldn't get in the first night and it was very late so couldn't get in contact with the owners. However it was resolved the next day quickly and you must turn key to the left not to the right.
- Ebenezer (8/5): Very good -
- Leyre (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kristýna (8/5): Great apartment in great location, recommended! - Great communication. Great location and apartment! Recommended
- Megan (7/5): No problems - Well located for south London haunts. Could have done with an extra chair in the room
- Edward (9/5): Overall, nice place to stay, the property is a bit "tired" due to wear and tear. - Everything worked as it should. It was clean. Problems were solved promptly by the owner. Location: No tube stations nearby (as we knew) but bus services were fine. All in all the property served it's purpose. There were problems getting into the property (although promptly solved, and we were 15 mins early) . Also the property itself was a little "tired": the wear and tear on it made it look a little shoddy. Although clean, warm and functional some maintenance and some TLC needs to be spent on it before it warrants a "100%" - for now a "80 to 90 %".
- Duncan (7/5): Good - A good area if you want some peace and quite among the hussle and bustle of a big city. Value for money.
- Charlotte (9/5): Really convenient and clean stay. - It was clean, accessible and easy to get in. In a nice area. It didn’t have any tea/coffee/milk. The fridge smelt a little funny.
- Akaal (6/5): Decent apartment. Additional charges incurred - The location was good. Apartment was clean I was told on arrival I needed to pay a security deposit of £150 via transfer before i could check in (no mention of this at time of booking). Days after my stay I had to chase up receiving this back. When I did, I received it back, minus fees (again no warning of this). Queired this but no response
- Clémentine (8/5): Pretty apartment in the suburb of London - The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood which means it was super nice to sleep. I believe the apartment was refurbished not so long ago as it's very well insulated so we we not cold and barely used the heating system (we were there end of October).
The host were great at communicating so even though we didn't meet them, we felt like they were there if we had questions. There are not a lot of public transport to get to the apartment: if it's sunny, it's a nice walk to get to the tube but when it's raining it's a lot less nice.
- Nickinibbs (7/5): Great location - The apartment is in a great location, Peckham is really nice and it's only a 35 minute walk to central London. For a short stay the apartment was great, good amenities in the kitchen and it was lovely and warm. The bed was too bouncy for my liking, needs a firmer mattress and there isn't anywhere to sit and eat breakfast. The chairs and little table in the photo aren't there and there's a tumble dryer instead which was on when we arrived which would have been annoying if we were hoping to get some sleep on arrival.
- Timothy (7/5): Good - There was wet sheets hanging up inside the wardrobe so couldn't hang up my stuff
- Asad (6/5): Pleasant -
- Natalia (3/5): Poor -
- Twosheds (3/5): Poor - Shower was good that's it. Despite claims it's too far from any station. Internet not that good... no free to air TV...bed bit uncomfortable through age.
- Sulaiman (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (7/5): Good - The location suited our needs on this occasion, having public transport 5 minute walk away. The bed was comfortable and shower was good and forceful. Very secure building which makes you feel at ease. The refrigerator and microwave was very handy for self catering. Very quick security deposit refund well within 48hrs. Contact with hosts had, in the main, very quick positive responses. Unfortunately there were some issues that might only happen on this occasion. Check in time at 3 0'clock wasn't really met to time with cleaners not having been and we walked into unmade bed and bed linen. This was partly resolved by 4.30pm by us leaving the cleaners to it on their arrival at 4pm. But we were left with wet towels and wet pillow cases on the pillows. After contacting hosts fresh towels were brought as well as dry pillow cases. The WiFi didn't work due to a broken plug which in turn put the smart TV out of action for the entire stay. These wouldn't have happened if the cleaners were on time before checking in and the plug wasn't broken so it's unlikely to happen every time. Also I understood that I would have use of a parking permit but this was not available making the "value for money" less attractive with London's expensive parking rates.
Finally, I wasn't keen on the overall process pre and post the stay. Photographs of proof of paying security deposit seemed superfluous as hosts can see the money is in their account and photograph of keys back in the lockbox only proved to be there the instant I took the photo. I would still use again as the majority of issues were "one offs" and our overall stay was good.
- Marisa (8/5): Very good -
- Kevin (9/5): Superb -
- Fabian (2/5): Revolting - Beds were dirty, mould on the walls, flies in the bathroom. Disgustingly dirty property.
- Mh (1/5): Bad -
- Mark (9/5): Superb - In quiet residential area. Nothing
- Christine (9/5): Superb - The hosts were very helpful and friendly. You are very fast in the City Center. The price-performance ratio is great.
- Emily (1/5): Bad - It was a horrible stay. Would not recommend to anyone. We were not given the code to access the key to the apartment and had to call the host when we arrived. The bedsheets had NOT been cleaned. There was a stain on the bedsheets that looked like blood. The bed does NOT look like the photo at all, it was extremely uncomfortable. We were not provided any basic necessities like hand wash or toiletries. Only ONE toilet roll for a 4 day stay. Apartment also smelt horrible. The host came and fixed the issues the next day but this all should have been done PRIOR to our stay NOT DURING our stay. We did not pay to arrive to an apartment with multiple issues and have an unpleasant stay. We were also told the security deposit we paid at the start would be returned after 48 hours of checking out but did not receive anything until a WEEK later. We sent him multiple messages to which he did not respond and had to call him to receive the deposit back. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Please save yourself the time, hassle and money and do not book this apartment.
- Pat (4/5): Would not recommend - Good location
Very quiet area. A tesco express just around the corner. The flat was very tired, leaky shower, wardrobe doors don't shut properly.
One of the 2 mugs I filled with coffee which had chips and a crack leaked all over work top.
Had to pull the table up to the bed to eat our meals because there was no chairs.
Had to clean the kettle before I could use it , it had loads of black bits in the bottom.
There was a load of laundry left in the tumble dryer. No tv except netflix which we had trouble getting to work.
- Lisa (8/5): Nice location, great value for money, would stay again. - Location was nice and quiet and the apartment was lovely. Small Tesco just around the corner which was handy, and walkable distance (15-20mins) to nearby bus links. Good facilities and would definitely stay again. The bed was not the comfiest - I didn't mind but someone with a bad back/etc. might struggle with it. My main gripe was that the handheld shower head (there's also a larger overhead one that was fine) was abysmal and leaked in all directions when you tried to use it. It would be so cheap to replace it with a much better one, which I hope the host does because it would make the facilities much better (and would've upped my rating to a (9+/10). Also, the towels provided smelled clean but were stained so I mostly used my own. The checking in/out process was relatively easy, but the host should specify which lockbox it is that contains the keys when they send the access details on the day - otherwise you have to try the code in all of them until you find the correct one. Security deposit money was refunded promptly and easily.
- Arig1006 (4/5): Disappointing - The location
- Fahmida (8/5): It was definitely a good stay for our first time travelling! - For the price it was definitely a good accommodation. Wifi was amazing, bathroom was very clean and it always smelt fresh. It was easy to get to places though the area was a bit quiet which isn’t really much of a problem but preference! We had all the facilities and equipment (maybe more than usual hotels!) Netflix was also a good catch!
For our first trip it was definitely a good stay! The beds could have been a bit more comfortable (maybe change the bed boarder to a double rather than two singles)
Maybe change the door as it didnt feel as secure as we thought it would be (i.e. add an extra lock in the inside)
- Sohail (2/5): Very poor -
- Sally (6/5): Good location - The location was fine, relatively easy to get into the city (would be even easier if the trains were running correctly!). The flat feels a little tired and lacking in a few of the essentials. The fan was not working which was a little annoying on a very hot day and being on the ground floor, we were reluctant to leave the windows open.
Just for reference - there are 4 lock boxes on the wall so it was luck as to which one held the keys we wanted.
- Callum (9/5): Really nice location and the apparent was clean and tidy - The cleanliness and the area Nothing
- Darren (9/5): Superb -
- Garry (6/5): Pleasant -
- Roshanee (8/5): Very good -
- Sashikala (8/5): Very good -
- Valerie (10/5): Ultra comfortable bedding - The place was really clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of space to lay all your things out if needed. There wasn't any type of hand soap available.
- Michelle (3/5): Would not recommend for the price - Spacious shower enclosure, decent wardrobe space. Security deposit was returned promptly under 48hrs. Mouldy bathroom, washbasin clogged and takes long to drain out,. No chopping board, no bowls, worn out kitchen pots and pans, minimal cutlery. Washing machine had bedding in it. Needed reminders approaching 3:30pm to get the checkin code.
- Sara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claire (7/5): Good -
- Mark (3/5): Poor - Nothing tbh Everything was waiting outside for 30 mins to get the code which wasn't sent to me I was told it would be from 2 till 259 also then I missed the start of my show becouse of it also no towels there very poor tbh
- Jasmina (9/5): Really great! Steven was super helpful and very quick to respond to queries! - Modern, comfortable living for two and parking space right outside the property! Just a personal preference, but it would be great to have black out blinds or something similar
- Paul (6/5): Pleasant -
- Watson (7/5): Good - Location, clean Bed. Clothes in washing machine
- Anonymous (9/5): great stay - location was great , room was beautiful and clean !
- Bobo (1/5): Bad -
- Sophie (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! - DO NOT STAY HERE!!! On arrival we could smell damp straight away, the walls are coated in mould and the overall cleanliness was disgusting!! I’m never ever one to complain but there were cobwebs everywhere, hair balls, stains all over the bedding and mould everywhere. We were bitterly disappointed. The place looks nothing like the pictures, there wasn’t even a headboard on the bed and the canvas above the bed was hanging off the wall!
- Temitope (8/5): Very good -
