• Wendy (3/5): Nasty mattress & bed - Not a lot, to be honest. The place could be a lot better if some money was spent on it. The most important thing is a comfy, clean bed. Unfortunately, I got neither. The carpet was loose on the uneven stairs. The bed in room 1, where I stayed, had obviously been repaired multiple times where the latts were broken. The condition of the mattress was disgusting, covered in stains. We would've liked a nice soak in the bath after long days travelling around London, but there was no plug, so only shower facility available. The room was booked for 2 guests for a 5 day stay & I had to request towels as they were advertised but only had 1 small hand towel between us. I did get 2 more towels & the WiFi code after asking for them. The oven in the kitchen doesn't work properly either. I have taken multiple photos to back up my claims.

• Anthony (8/5): Perfect as a safe, basic place to stay, as a base, when visiting London. - Sixty seconds walk to a mini supermarket. Ten minutes walk to the station. From there, central London was one train ride away on both over and underground. Two minutes to the bus stop, which went to Oxford Circus. Room and facilities were adequate and clean, if a little basic. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the location. Good price for London. This place does not have any kind of lounge. On hot nights, just a small fan to cool you down.

A cama parecia uma pouco desconfortável, como se tivesse um afundamento, isso me causou dor na coluna. Outra coisa, é o cheiro de mofo ou algo parecido, acredito que devido as chuvas e humidade, isso me causou uma rinite alérgica que fiquei todos os dias mal, muito congestionado.

Instrukce k vyzvednutí klíčů jsem dostala velmi pozdě. I když hostitel nemůže za další hosty, tak pobyt velmi ztížil jiný ubytovaný, který do ranních hodin telefonoval a vzhledem k tenkým stěnám bylo vše slyšet. Více bych upozornila na noční klid, pokud jsou pokoje tak blízko u sebe.

U objektu smo spavali 5 noći i veliki narančasti žohar je bio čest cimer u kuhinji. Pored toga, za cijenu i lokaciju smještaj o.k

• Chiara (1/5): Not recommended AT ALL. - The host was responsive throughout our stay. The room was big, even though it wasn’t the one displayed in the photos. We arrived late at night because of our flight and the heating was completely turned off, unacceptable for a cold night of November. We had a horrible first night as the heating system is controlled from the kitchen, and we didn’t know that. The following day we contacted the host, who explained us where we could adjust the heating (in the kitchen). Nevertheless, throughout our entire 4 day stay, someone kept turning it completely off (presumably the host or someone working for the host). The bed was extremely squeaky, very uncomfortable, and there was a dent pushing the two people sleeping on it to be squashed against each other. The bedsheets were VERY dirty: one of the pillowcases was really YELLOW. We asked for it to be replaced, also because it was impossible to sleep on (very flat and overall shapeless). The kitchen had very few items, it was definitely NOT well equipped. The refrigerator was disgustingly dirty and sticky. Do not waste your money, go elsewhere, please trust me.

Convenient for a trip where you need to be in local area as well as Central London - Location is on great transport routes both for going back into central london and the local area which was exactly what i needed Was not provided the room advertised. Was in a blue room with very scuffed walls. Needed TLC badly. Bed was a very old single mattress, very basic, very thin. Make sure you bring an extra towel, shampoo, conditioner and Body wash as only as small single towel was provided Others staying were noisy and not always checking the main door behind them was shutting which is not ideal for a property on high street.

No facilities for hanging clothes in the bedroom, eg, wardrobe nor hooks on the back of the door. No bedside table lamp. No desk/table nor table chair nor a mirror in the bedroom. Only one towel was supplied for use. No drying facility in the bathroom for the hands, eg, towel or paper towel. The heating system was poor and there was no supplementary electric heater in the bedroom to keep warm as the temperature dropped. I left a day earlier on 24 instead of 25 October because it was so uncomfortable.

• Pedro (7/5): Preço acessível, mas tem muito para melhorar... - Preço acessível, cozinha com o essencial (fogão, forno, micro-ondas, chaleira de água quente elétrica, loiça, máquina de lavar roupa, frigorífico fora da cozinha), limpeza suficiente do quarto e da casa de banho. O quarto 3 é espaçoso, tem uma pequena mesa com 2 cadeiras e um guarda-roupa grande. Uma única casa de banho para 4 quartos (não são 3 quartos como diz o título!), cozinha pequena e ligeiramente suja. No frigorífico, o compartimento de congelador tem a gaveta superior totalmente cheia de gelo e impossível de abrir. A janela do quarto não tem cobertura adequada para a luz. O duche tem reservatórios para gel e champô, mas estão vazios. Algumas fotos não correspondem à cozinha nem à casa de banho no local (provavelmente são de outro alojamento do mesmo proprietário). O chão do corredor faz algum barulho.

• Lesana (8/5): A good place for a great price in London 25 minutes from the center - The owner was really kind and helpful, we had trouble with a pin code but he solved it right away. The location was very good with nearby tube station and a Tesco right across the street. The room, kitchen and the bathroom were exactly what they were supposed to be and great for the price. The room was very small which is fine, but it brought trouble with eating since there was no table in the room nor kitchen. There was a cold breeze from the window even when it was closed which was right next to the bed.

• Hannah (3/5): Needs a lot of TLC to be value for money - There was a maintenance issue with this property so we ended up staying at a sister property, Grand Suites. It had very good travel links and was generally clean. Staff were helpful and communicated well. Check in was smooth. Can only speak for sister property (Grand Suites). We found a bed bug in the bed as we were stripping it to check out. Kitchen facilities were poor and the cupboards smelled like something was decaying inside them. No designated fridge space. No mats in the bathrooms which was a slip hazard as well as a hygiene issue - the one bathroom was constantly flooded by people taking showers. Walls were paper thin.

• Ramil (9/5): - При удивительно низкой цене, порядка 30 фунтов за ночь (со скидкой букинга) я получил отличную комнату, со столом и даже с диваном (правда, без шкафа и вешалок). Правда, потом выяснилось, что мне эту комнату выдали по ошибке :), мне полагалась другая, более простая. Но дали пожить в этой комнате почти до конца срока. Вторая комната находилась в том же здании, но с другого входа, и там уже все оказалось более старое, стоял запах, окно широко не открывалось, отсутствовал стол (но был шкаф), в общем, было значительно менее комфортно, хотя размером она была больше. Но в целом приемлемо. Наличие кухни большой плюс.

• Miriam (7/5): Eine ruhige preisgünstige Unterkunft. Es war gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. - Der Eigentümer hat mich per WhatsApp kontaktiert. Der Eigentümer war über WhatsApp erreichbar! Auch im Vorfeld hat er gute Anreise Tipps gegeben. Leider bekamen wir zu Beginn den falschen Code.

• Nicolas Marcelo (1/5): Mejor gastar un poco más la próxima vez - La cercanía con el metro Estaba demasiado sucio, el colchón tenía pelos y manchas de fluidos y el edredón no lo habían lavado y tenía manchas y olor. Las almohadas eran demasiado viejas y se le asomaban las plumas. Aparte las paredes estaban sucias y la habitación olía a encierro ya que la ventana no se mantenía abierta. Sinceramente me arrepiento mucho de haber escogido este sitio, hubiese gastado un poco más y me iba a un hotel

• Abhishek (8/5): Amazing budget stay and very well connected by public transport. - Amazing location. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Clean room durinh check in. The bedsheets and towels were not changed regularly. We had to use the same for 3 days. The room was also noy cleaned regularly.
• Liam-daniel (8/5): Good for short solo stays - Could use a little improvement, but great value for money. - The room was well-kept and neat. Lock on the door too which was appreciated. Overall the place was quiet and as advertised. Fan in the room as well as a window to open, which helped with the heat in the summertime. Check-in was fairly simple. Individual containers/shelves for every room were marked in the fridge. There was a Tesco Express right across the street and public transport was very nearby. The booking was pretty much in line with my expectations for what I paid, so I am more happy with it than unhappy. Very good value for money. The was only around one set of cutlery in the kitchen, which for 4 separate rooms is not enough. The shower heat fluctuated from under lukewarm to just hot enough every 10-15 seconds. It was good enough for a shower in summer, but could do with some improvements. Also the cleanliness of the cupboards could be improved, found a very old bag of bread in one of them.

• Clara (6/5): Nice place to spend few days. Amazing area. - Location is very good and very well communicated, 10 minutes walk from Victoria line. Nice residential area, with shops and nice pubs around. Room was clean and comfortable but not the common areas like the toilet and the kitchen. Staff was not very nice, for checking they didn't provide the code to get into the house until 17.00. The day of the check out the owner was pushing me to leave the room since 10.00 when booking says 11.00. There is only one bathroom with toilet for 4 double rooms and queue to use it could be sometimes like early morning insane. Adding there is not a single mirror in the room, girls spend hours to do her make up while you can not take a shower or use the toilet.

• Mg (7/5): Decent Stay with Some Comfort Issues - The property is in a good location, which was convenient for getting around. I also appreciated that free parking was available on the side street after 6:30pm. However, the room I stayed in had some drawbacks. It was quite noisy, with frequent street noise coming in, and the windows seemed to need maintenance. I could feel a constant draft of air, which made the room less comfortable, especially at night. With a few improvements, especially to the windows and sound insulation, it could be a much better stay. Sound proofing
