• Nirit (10/5): Great location, wonderful host, great apartment! - A truly home away from home 😊 First of all Anthony is so nice, we had a lot of schedule changes, and he helped us with all of them, including an early check-in and a change of dates. The location is exceptional, right near Regent's park, and across the streets from a small supermarket.. It's a couple of minutes walk from the tube station, you can get anywhere from there. And there is also a bus station near the apartment. The apartment itself has all you need for a great stay. Marina stocks the kitchen with a welcome basket including fruits, milk, croissants, cheese. and bread. I will certainly come back here on my next stay 😊 There is some noise from the street since the apartment is on the ground floor.

• Darci (10/5): A truly wonderful place - This apartment ( and the humans that belong to it) is truly a gem. It is clearly well cared for and loved. I hate that I’m going to be making this one so much harder to book in future travels, but it truly felt like a home to me. This was a much needed and appreciated respite for me. My entire experience was a blessing from beginning, during, and after. Thank you for a truly joyful experience. I hope to see you in future visits to London. Absolutely nothing.
• Vanessa (10/5): Wonderful flat in the heart of London - felt right at home - This is a beautiful flat next to Regent's Park and easy access to all of London's sites - with buses and underground close by. Beds are super comfy, nice living and kitchen with beautiful art by Nidhi and a general great feeling. Hosts Sam and Nidhi as well - as Marina who met us at the apartment - went above and beyond with friendly welcome, easy contact, a clear tour of the flat and helpful advice on sites to see, restaurants and the local neighbourhood. Highly recommend! The flat sits between two busier streets; however the double windows and the bedroom at the back and the general feeling of the flat makes it really comfy and restful at home.

Posizione eccezionale su Baker Street, con bus davanti casa, metro a pochi minuti, supermercato e ristoranti di ogni tipo nelle immediate vicinanze. Appartamento pulitissimo, silenzioso, finemente arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort; la lavatrice è stata fondamentale viaggiando con una bambina. Accoglienza calorosa e attenta da parte dei proprietari e di Marina, che ci hanno fatto sentire proprio come a casa, con affettuosi gesti di benvenuto. Torneremo sicuramente molto presto. Voto 10/10. • Ardy (9/5): Great location, comfortable apartment, and a thoughtful host. - We stayed here for a few days with three people and the apartment suited us very well. It’s less than a 5-minute walk from Regent’s Park and Baker Street Underground station. There’s a supermarket 100 metres away, and a small shop around the corner where you can get nice coffee and sandwiches. When we arrived, the host had already stocked the fridge with some essentials and there was a full bowl of fruit. The beds and the shower were great. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to London.

Very central and easy to reach all areas. - It is really a well located property and sufficiently big and comfortable with excellent toilet facility, separate WC room and bath area. Very well connected by nearby Metro Station and restaurants and all other facilities. We had to leave too soon! Just one week was too short!!

• Kathrin (10/5): - Von der zentral gelegene Wohnung sind fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Londons über die U-Bahn-Station Baker Street (4 Linien) in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir persönlich von der Haushälterin in der sehr sauberen Wohnung empfangen und eingewiesen. Sowohl von ihr als auch von den Vermietern haben wir eine Vielzahl von Tipps und Anregungen für den Aufenthalt erhalten. Wir haben selten eine so gute Betreuung erlebt!
• Ayelet (10/5): - Crazy value for money- perfect location, near tube and buss stations very clean and spacious. Sam and Nidhi were were very welcoming and looked after the details to make our stay comfortable. I definitely recommend!

• vikas (10/5): Amazing stay - Everything was up to the mark . Location was excellent . Apartment was neat and clean .Walking distance to London business school and Regent’s university . There was a convenience store right opposite which helped us a lot . Owners had provided a snacks hamper like a fruits basket, some bread , cheese , juice, milk and daily essentials . Also when we moved into the apartment we were properly explained in detail about the kitchen stove , washing machine , etc by Marina who was the caretaker . Overall a very pleasant stay

• Kevser (9/5): Convenient and good value for money for our memorable visit. Would stay here again. - Location was very convenient. Value for money. 2 bedrooms. Toiletries and fruits/snacks were present to last a couple days. Appropriate for 4 adults and a kid for the couch if needed. Toilet was small and the sink was in the bathroom. Those two spaces could be combined by removing the wall in between. Even though they were clean, the towels and sheets could be renewed to give the clean feel as well. A TV could have been a really good addition as well. Check-in and check-out times could be adjusted.
• Schmidt-Wetzel (10/5): Ein Happy Place mitten in London, der keine Wünsche offen lässt - Die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich und ideal: absolut zentral mit perfekter Verkehrsanbindung und dennoch in einer ruhigen, grünen Ecke direkt am Regents Park. Das Apartment ist tipptopp ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich mit vielen praktischen Details (Waschmachine, Stauraum). Die Gastgeber sind mehr als hilfsbereit, Kommunikation vorab und während des Aufenthalts war sehr gut. -
• Mette (9/5): - Ejerne havde lagt lidt frugt, mælk, brød og croissanter, hvilket var dejligt da vi ankom sent. Alt var meget rent, og der var alt hvad man behøvede. Ejerne var hurtige til at svare tilbage på mails. Stedet var også meget tæt på Regent Park hvor man kunne slappe af og nyde stilheden efter en dag i byen. Der var temmelig meget bilstøj fra gaden.

• Sara (10/5): Great 2 bedroom flat close to amenities & welcoming, helpful hosts! - Great location with Co-op grocery store across the street, 5 minute walk to Baker st tube station (for Bakerloo & Circle line etc), good restaurants (loved, fresh Italian restaurant Emilia’s down the street). Quiet & residential in the evening and the Regent park close by for green space & beautiful roses. Sam & Nidhi were great with communication & London info before & during our trip. Lovely to have Marina welcome us on arrival, show us the flat & give us some local information. Added touch of some groceries & a vase of roses on arrival. Lovely and very welcoming hosts trying to give you the best experience while on a London vacation, Nothing really.

• Lilach (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was fully equipped with everything one could think of (the kitchen was equipped with tea, spices, baking paper, etc., there were umbrellas, shopping bags, and more). It has the perfect location right near Regent's park with a supermarket across the street and 5 minutes from Baler Station where there are plenty of buses and underground lines. We arrived on Christmas Day and Sam and Nidhi came to show us the apartment and even let us check in early when our flight was early. They also prepared a welcome package of food, on top of everything else in the apartment. Thanks Sam and Nidhi for a wonderful stay! Note that there is no microwave, tv or dryer in the apartment (we didn't need them, but may be relevant to others). The windows are triple glazed but you still hear the traffic from the street nearby (which is a very busy street).

• Joe (8/5): Perfect base location for visiting London - The location of this property is perfect for using the tube or even walking to top destinations and restaurants. It is also safe and secure. There were no working plug adapters but luckily we brought our own.

• Jenny (10/5): Lovely apartment that's a great home base for exploring central London! - The location was perfect for exploring London! It was an easy walk to the Baker Street station which is connected to multiple tube lines. The nearby Regent's Park was beautiful as well! The apartment was spacious and comfortable for three people. The larger bed wasn't very comfortable. We asked the hosts for a couple of things that we thought were straight-forward and it felt like an inconvenience - not a huge deal, but we would have understood if it wasn't doable and were just told that.

The flat is well-equipped and Sam and Nidhi, the hosts, are extremely nice and welcoming. A place we would certainly consider booking again for another stay!

The flat was clean and accurately described in the details and photos. The beds were comfortable. • Sabine (10/5): Exceptional - We felt immediately at home. The flat is lovely, spacious and super clean. The housekeeper, a really friendly lady, was there to welcome us when we arrived. She showed us everything and had even bought fresh flowers, bread, cheese, milk, orange juice and fruit for us. The host, Sam, gave us very useful tips on where to eat, what to see and how to get around in London. The location of the flat is perfect, with lots of restaurants, shops and beautiful Regent's Park (we had a picknick there) nearby. Lots of different Underground lines and buses stop at Baker Street, which makes getting around very easy. It was the perfect holiday! Thank you again for everything, Sam.
• Ritchie (10/5): Perfect home from home in the centre of London - This apartment was perfect for us - the location was fabulous, with a huge amount of things to do right on the doorstep, but also very central for everything else in London. Walking distance to Hyde Park, which is what we wanted as we were there for BST over the weekend. Sam & Nidhi couldn't have been nicer hosts either - great communication and the fresh flowers and welcome pack really made us feel at home. Would highly recommend.

• Alan (10/5): Fabulous - Exclusive warm hospitality and wellcome package (beverage & cheese in refge and fruite/ cereals in Kitchen). Owner is kind of Concierge like 5 star hotel: usefull handmade guidebook available and quick assistance via SMS whenever I need help. Room is clean, well furbished and surrounded by paitings like art museum. It faces to busy street, so a bit noisy. The second bed room is quiet. Bed in the master room is somewhat uncomfortable in my opinion.
• Ad (10/5): Exceptional - Location, location, location! I can't express enough how conveniently located the flat was in regards to the Baker St Underground station and bus terminals. Loads to do in the immediate area with the big tourist attractions within a 10-15 minute train/bus ride. Hosts were amazing!!! We booked early last year before the coronation was announced. Many properties in the area with less to offer took advantage of the historical event and inflated their prices. A special thank you to the hosts for honoring the original booking :) We arrived ahead of schedule and coordinated to drop our bags off early without issue. We were warmly greeted and appreciated the comfort items prepared for us. And yes, due to the location of the flat and efficient London transport we attended the coronation procession and saw King Charles :) I would stay here again hands down and look forward to our next visit.

Met on arrival by host with keys, happy to answer any questions during our stay and gave great advice on visiting London and what to do. Lovely supply of goodies in the kitchen as a welcome pack! Very clean and comfortable, will happily stay again another time.
• Cedric (10/5): A Super Choice - Anthony is really a fantastic host: hospitable, accommodating, and caring, we can see that he is really sincere to be helpful and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Not only there is a warm welcome package, he is always replying very fast whenever we need any help. The location of this appartment is super convenient, you can basically go to most of the places of interests by foot or with one direct bus. There are also many choice of restaurants, bars, parks, supermarkets around.

• Maura (9/5): Superb - Sam is an excellent host, he gave us very detailed information about the area, places to eat and visit and transport to and from the apartment. He was there to welcome us and showed us everything we needed to know and left us to enjoy ourselves. The apartment was perfect for 3 people. We were only a 5 minute walk to baker street tube. We had a ground floor apartment with no noise from other apartments. Overall it was perfect for exploring London. We will definitely return!
