• Croucher (8/5): Lovely area , close to station, The Emirates, coffee shop and shops! - Location was perfect. The bathroom was very small and difficult to get in and out of the bath to shower! Not for anyone in their older years or the infirm.
• Sue (9/5): Great location, good value, comfortable bed, clean, would stay again. - Location perfect, close to a tube (5 mins walk), in quiet location/residential neighbourhood, all we needed for a weekend in London. Host was good at communication so was easy to check in, bed comfortable, clean , good shower (over a bath, so access was fine for us, but people should be aware as this may not suit everyone), very good value for London- all we needed for a base and a good night's sleep. Has a kitchen/Washing machine, but we were out most of time, so didn't use these). Fabulous cafe over the road. Water drains very slowly from kitchen sink but host advised it is Ok/normal - just an old building with older plumbing. Once we knew that, I was Ok about it.

• Joanna (8/5): It was generally very good for London trip with few details easy to fix - Quiet location, close to tube and shops etc some dishes dirty and no washing up liquid, we got travel cot but no materace or bed linen for it
• Emma (7/5): Great location and functional apartment for a short family stay in London. - Great location, lovely, quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood with all sorts of eateries and shops, and great transport connections across London. We stayed during a heatwave and the property was a good temperature, with fans in the bedroom and main room when needed. Mark was super helpful and responded quickly when we asked questions. I would have preferred some heavier blinds to block out the street lights and early morning sun, but this is a personal preference. The amount of light in the apartment and the large windows were for the most part a lovely part of staying in the property.
