• Elke (8/5): - Het is een zeer fijn historisch appartement in een fijne wijk. Het appartement is schoon en lekker warm en de communicatie met Phil was goed en hij reageerde snel toen we een vraag hadden. De bedden (140 cm breed denk ik) lagen goed en douche was lekker warm en ruim. Er was zelfs een mooie/nette tuin. We konden de auto gratis op eigen terrein voor het huis parkeren, wel vooraf doorgeven. De metro en bus zijn op loopafstand en handig als je de Citymapper app gebruikt, je kunt contactloos met je betaalkaart van je bank betalen. Een aanrader en we zouden zo weer boeken. Dank je wel.
• Mireille (9/5): Mooi ruim en karaktervol appartement - Het was een mooi en gezellig appartement in een oud karaktervol pand. Smaakvol ingericht met 2 slaapkamers. Er zat ook n hele leuke tuin bij. We voelden ons er echt thuis.Tegenover het appartement was de bushalte die je naar de verschillende bezienswaardigheden bracht. In een van de slaapkamers was geen gordijn voor het dakraam waardoor het te licht bleef. Er had meer aandacht besteed kunnen worden aan de schoonmaak van de badkamer: niet streeploos schoon en een groezelige badmat. Voor de prijs verwacht je iets wat spik en span is met mooie handdoeken enzo.
• Nicola (9/5): Davvero ottimo - L'appartamento è nella zona di Claphman common che è a 30 minuti dal centro, però l'autobus passa proprio davanti casa ed è comodissimo. La zona è tranquilla, l'appartamento ampio e pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort. Siamo stati davvero bene. La disponibilità e la chiarezza dell'host Phil è stata ineguagliabile, bravo davvero! Nel frigo c'erano alimenti già usati e mancava un pò di sale, però sono stupidaggini. é stato tutto perfetto

• Marcel (10/5): Prachtig verblijf in Londen - Ruim appartement op steenworp afstand van bushalte, rechtstreeks naar het centrum. Stijlvol, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Prettig contact via de chat met eigenaar. Niets.

• aurora (8/5): Nice apartment with garden - Very quiet neighbourhood, well connected by bus to the centre, lots of natural light in the rooms, good size garden. Not easy to find the switch for the light in the room (it is inside the wardrobe), out of date food in the cupboards, smoke extractor not working and the worse sofa we have ever sat on. The garden needs a bit of TLC to be at its best.

• Almeida (10/5): Recomendaria a qualquer amigo. - Adorei a localização num bairro super tranquilo e bem localizado. A casa era muito confortável e o jardim a “cereja no topo do bolo”. O Phil, o anfitrião, foi sempre muito simpático e prestável. ☺️

A focus on items collected from all over the world made the apartment really interesting and fun. Great location. 10 min walk to Clapham Common Tube. Security at the apartment was great. Felt safe and the added bonus was a visiting vixen and her two cubs. N/A

• Rebecca (10/5): Beautiful flat in fabulous area. - Clapham has such a fabulous vibe about it, and the flat is really close to the Common and cafes etc. The flat itself was beautifully furnished and had everything you could possibly need, including fresh milk in the fridge which was a real bonus. Loved it all - didn't like having to leave!
• Andrew (9/5): great digs 🙂 - pleasantly surprised !! very roomy, very clean, good location albeit a bit noisy as the council were resurfacing the road between 8pm and 6am on the night of my stay. however, the bedrooms are at the rear of the property so wasn't disturbed once in bed. the flat is quite quirky with lots of travel related stuff dotted around. will certainly stay again if I'm working in the area. off road parking is a bonus and my long van fitted nicely in the space

• Fiona (9/5): A hidden, spotless gem close to everything! - We really liked this apartment for location, we could park off the road, on bus route and 10mins walk to Clapham for underground, shops and restaurants. It was spotlessly clean, fresh linen throughout, light and airy and the kitchen was equipped with everything you'd need. We sat in the enclosed garden in the evenings and for breakfast which was lovely. We liked the decor too, obviously a well travelled person owns the property and it was great to see souvenirs and artwork from different continents! The smaller bedroom was a little cramped, no hanging space or drawers as the double bed filled 90% of the room and you couldn't walk around the bed to get in it, but we managed and this was really a minor dislike as we loved the apartment and would certainly stay again.
• Kate (8/5): Very good - Nice old Victorian house. Pretty quite neighborhood. Bus stop seconds away, but it take at east half an hour to get to the city center. The host is very nice and responsive.
• Sean (8/5): A really nice flat and a good base for exploring London. - The flat was a great place to stay, with good facilities. There were plenty of buses which were terrific value for money. Plenty of shops and a nice park within a 15 minute walk. The facilities were all good except that the fridge does not have a freezer compartment for storing ice cream and we could not find a tin opener. Everything else was good.
• Laurie (7/5): Good - Location. Clean, tidy. Upstairs neighbours were extremely loud, kids jumping up and down and screaming from 4am. Expensive for what it was realistically.

• Phil (10/5): Great stay and very helpful host - Great Apartment and host, nice that there was some supplies in the apartment so we didn't have to go out. Apartment has a great vibe to it with some quirky bits and pieces in it. We arrived to a young fox asleep in the garden on the garden table. He later came up to the kitchen back door! Its 1500m from the closest tube station and theres some nice local bars.
