- Chiara (9/5): - Appartamento spazioso e accogliente, ben pulito.
- David (9/5): - Excellent location. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and served all our need for a week long stay in London.
- Singamalom (6/5): Cool location, well equipped and host available ! But.. big insulation trouble !!! - The property was near Warwick Avenue Station which is on Bakerloo line and convenient for the Central London. The Royal station is also near direct to Kings Cross.
Everything was clean. The flat is well equipped. We had enough soap, towels, linen was clean.
Daniele was very reactive and very flexible. There were two major issues about this property. The insulation is terrible. You can hear everything from the street. The cars the trucks people walking you can hear everything. The neighbors above us were horrible. The noise was so so loud. If you want to sleep it’s impossible. It was supposed to be vacation. Very hard to sleep. The shutters were useless.
Molto ben riscaldato e confortevole. Sicuramente ci ritornerò. Daniele molto preparato per ogni informazione o esigenza , professionale e gentile

- Bartholomew (8/5): A well presented property that was comfortable - It was a compact flat. In easy reach of public transport. It was a little further out from the centre than we would have liked.
- SERGIO (8/5): -
- Kamiyama (9/5): Lovely flat - Everything is new and Very stylish and clean. It has all the kitchen tools. There is a pub nearby and was noisy till late at night.

- Jane (9/5): - Perfect, especially for a longer stay, because the place is quite spacious! Also the quaint Mews-vibe is super cool! Restaurants and shops near by. The host Daniele is very helpful. All good
- Rustam (9/5): - Удобное местоположение рядом с Westminster Academy. Недалеко автобусная остановка, каналы. Продуктовые магазины в паре шагов работают круглосуточно.
- Sandra (8/5): Clean and comfy accomodation in London - Overall very pleased with the property and it was perfect for a few nights' stay for a couple. Property was clean and nice-looking. The cental heating was great and the street was pretty. Kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked. The owner responded quickly to questions and provided lots of information about the neighbourhood and how to locate the property. Good location. Sometimes, it was quite noisy at night. You can hear the upstairs neighbours and any noise from the street clearly. If you're a heavy sleeper though, you probably won't be bothered by the noise.
Also, the sink was very tiny.
- Moshe (7/5): Adequate and comfortable apatment for a budget traveler. The host is excelent. - The host, Daniele, was very responsive. It was a good and easy interaction with him. The apartment is comfortable and adequate for 2 people. The location of the apartment is challenging. Subway stations are 10 to 15 minutes away. There are bus stops but the buses tend to be crowded and the routes are not terrible convenient to visit central London. The immediate neighborhood is not great. Many cheap restaurants and a very mixed neighborhood. 15 to 20 minutes walking away, there are very nice neighborhoods that one can visit and have very good choices But not a lot in the immediate vicinity.
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional - We really liked the area, and the apartment had everything needed for our stay (9 nights).
Daniele was really helpful and was easy to reach and talk to!
We enjoyed our time here and will look to stay here next time and recommend it
- Lisa (8/5): Very good - Location location location super handy to everything train station a good 8 min walk but that didn’t bother us ! property was lovely and warm with under floor heating making it very comfortable
Well set up, could do with additional seating when sofa bed in use, as suggested to the owner it’s a compact property but supplying proper seating ( especially after a long day in London) would have been nice , cute Mews setting, easy checkin & handy to shops for self catering etc. Shower needs attention large overhead not enough pressure and the handheld part wouldn’t stay up -easy fix. Towels a little tatty and only supplied one each for 5 nights stay. Washing machine provided but no drying rack! Small details but make a big difference.
- Tomasz (9/5): Superb - Apartment is in quite quiet neighborhood so one can easily forget about noise of the surrounding metropolis. It's fair distanced from a center but because of really good communication it's not a problem - for example it took me ~1h to get to Greenwich by bus starting from a bus stop located less than 100 meters from the apartment. It also had all important amenities functional. What's worth mentioning it has nice floor heating - I rented it in January when temperature at night was below 0 and it was warm inside all the time. If I go back to London I'll probably consider renting it again. Ceiling is quite low, so if you are tall you will constantly touch it whenever you raise your arms. Ceiling's soundproofing is nonexistent - you will hear every step made above.
- Adam (10/5): Perfect - Amazing location Property is amazing close to everything, Uber cost me £7 to centre had an amazing stay
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Adrienne (10/5): Exceptional - Good value for the rate. The exceptional host went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our stay.
- Jacqui (8/5): It was a great place to stay for a short visit to London. - It was in a lovely little street/mews in a multi-cultural neighbourhood which is well connected by public transport. It’s only 10-15 min walk to Portobello Road markets. There’s a bit of noise from the apartment above. Nothing major but you can hear people moving around & the washing machine going.
- Alan (8/5): Good wee 1 bed cottage hidden away from the hustle and bustle of London - Easy access to the shops and takeaways next door, yet in a pretty quiet Mews Could you please provide Tea Towels for drying dishes
I personally would have supplied a King Sized bed, as there is enough space
- Jenna (7/5): Good - Flat is a short bus ride to Paddington Station. Good selection of Middle Eastern groceries and restaurants nearby. Flat is in a charming building in a quiet residential neighborhood. Mini fridge is just large enough for a couple day’s groceries. Oven and stove worked well. Toaster works well but has to be plugged in next to the stove with extractor fan running or it will set off the fire alarm. The flat is well prepared for 2 adults but not as comfortable for 3 adults. The flat is on ground floor and there is no way to securely open the windows at night. They can only be locked wide open or completely closed. Although the heater was supposedly off, temperatures in the flat remained around 22C overnight during our stay. The weather was unseasonably warm so we were uncomfortably warm at night. Mattresses were not comfortable and pillows were nearly flat. Short showers are a must because the hot water tank is small. Shower was difficult for us to work, we got scalding hot or cold water (when boiler was empty). Washing machine was also difficult to figure out; we had to manually adjust settings to get it to move on to rinse, spin, etc. within a reasonable timeframe. (2 hours to wash a small load of laundry?)
- Elizabeth (9/5): It was an enjoyable stay in a safe, quiet location. - Quiet and convenient location. We could hear noises that sounded like furniture scraping across the floor at night. My friend had trouble sleeping. A neighbor sat and smoked directly outside the front window a few times.
- Jane (9/5): We had a lovely stay and the flat was just excellent! - An excellent base for waht we needed and close to transport links. All was perfect thank you!
- Crocket (9/5): Superb - Perfect location, 10 minutes to the underground. Quiet flat. Lots of space which is perfect if more than 2 staying. Great to have access to a kitchen. The host was very helpful and prompt. Could have done with an extra sofa as only dining table to sit at while sofa bed in use. Lots of space for an extra sofa. Plug hole in bathroom sink full of hair.
- Chavis (7/5): Good -
- Zdeňka (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, clean, comfortable flat. Near to centre of London, reachable by undeground or bus.
- Ike (9/5): Superb -
- Margaret (9/5): great little base for visiting London - well appointed and comfortable nothing
- Sharon (8/5): Very good -
- Martin (9/5): Superb -
- Andre (10/5): Exceptional Property . Perfect Host, Had an amazing 4 day stay! - Over the years, my experiences with short-term rentals have varied widely, often booked last-minute and without much expectation. However, my recent stay at this property has set a new standard of excellence, largely thanks to its remarkable host, Daniele.
The property itself is a testament to thoughtful design and functionality. Spacious and tastefully decorated, every item and appliance worked flawlessly. Its prime location, with a ground-level entrance on a picturesque street, evokes the charm of a scene pulled straight from a painting or a film. The kitchen was a highlight, fully equipped not just with the essentials but also with quality coffee and a variety of spices, making it feel like a home away from home. The separate study area and easily accessible heating controls for each room added layers of comfort to the stay. The only thing missing was a pair of scissors!
Beyond the physical attributes of the property, Daniele's approach to hosting is what truly sets this experience apart. Her authenticity, warmth, and clarity in communication are rare in the industry. She welcomed me without the patronizing tone so commonly encountered elsewhere. Daniele respects her guests, assuming the best of them rather than preemptively cautioning against potential misconduct. Her guidelines were conveyed with thoughtfulness and respect, embodying a level of hospitality that I've yet to find elsewhere.
Daniele's unique approach to hosting, characterized by humility and gentleness, transcends the norm and redefines excellent customer service. Whether managing this single property or a portfolio, her insights would be invaluable to the broader hospitality industry. Booking platforms and hosts alike could learn much from her example.
In summary, this stay was exceptional not just for the quality of the accommodation but for the unparalleled hosting style of Daniele. She truly is in a league of her own. I would like a pair of scissors included in the kitchen utensils!
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Caroline (6/5): Its ok. - The host gave clear instructions which made it easier to get in. The location was great for our needs, lots of choice of public transport and easy to walk or bus to tube stations. Very quiet It was ok, but there was no character to the place and no privacy once the window blinds were raised to let in light. All the temperature thermostats appeared to be locked and the temperature of the rooms could not be changed. It would have been useful to keep instructions in the accommodation to help users. It would have been nice to have more comfy chairs to relax in after a busy day in London. The photos unfortunately give a false impression of the accommodation.
- Sally (10/5): Exceptional -
- Guerrero (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Met all our needs - Clean and comfortable. Quiet and secure location
- Alicia (10/5): Beautiful, modern apartment on picturesque lane - Like brand new, this lovely apartment is on a quaint street. Inside everything was clean and modern. Just around the corner is a little store with fresh fruit. The owner was immediately helpful when needed. The only challenge we faced had nothing to do with the apartment but with the location and our evening plans. It was when we were trying to get transportation back to the apartment late at night. Ubers and taxis couldn’t be found that would take the route. The nearest tube station is Royal Oak which is around. 13-15 min walk away from the apartment through rather dark streets. So late at night after the theater we chose to take the tube and then Uber from the tube to the apartment.
- Karen (9/5): Superb -
- Solomon (8/5): Very good - The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. It's also very close to the bus stop, park, and different shops. NA
- James (10/5): after doing a long flight it was an amazing place to be able to come to! Daniel was easy to get a hold of and help us wi - location and tidiness needs a tv and couch
- Sergio (9/5): Very Good place, comfortable and with very convenient location. Great host attention - In general everything was pretty good. The house has very good space. Location is very convenient in West-Central London. The attention from the manager was great, kind and prompt for any question. Minor details to consider: house is very functional, yet it can have a couple of accessories in the kitchen that are needed for everyday cooking.
- Michele (8/5): Great area to commute to all the sights. - The location was great for us to travel back and to, to the hospital, the flat was all on one level which made this great for ourselves. there was local shops for us if we needed anything the street was lovely to look at with the roman style road and the flower pots in front of most of the homes along the street. the home itself was a fare size with one double bed room, a open area of kitchen dinning area and lounge, a lovely bathroom compacted for the size. I myself found the noise a big problem as i live in a very rural area there was consent traffic, and having people living above us was a big problem there seems to be no sound proofing between the apartments so there was consent banging, running up and down the stairs, washing machines etc. (Please note this is mine and my sons personnel feelings it has been almost 30 years since i lived in london and almost 10 years since living in a town.)
- Tk (10/5): Excellent, comfortable and no hiccups. Highly recommended this property. - Very conveniently located, very clean. Kitchen was well equipped, bed linen was clean. Loved the heated floors. Check in and check out was a breeze. The host, Daniela, provided excellent instructions and information; was extremely prompt in responding to any questions I had. All this made the stay very comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this place.
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about this place is great; nice and quiet and the buzz of London is a mere walk or bus ride (or two) away. Daniele, the owner, is just up the road, very friendly and helpful.
- Ines (10/5): Great stay in a lovely home! - The host was very kind and he responded promptly. Nice house in a cute street. It had all I needed for a comfy stay.
- Christy (8/5): Really enjoyed staying here, clean, convenient, comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend. - Loved the mews, so charming. Great spacious place and spotlessly clean. Really nice to have a good washing machine, iron and stove to use. Close to lots of take away food and not far from train station. I would definitely stay here again! Overall the place was really great. There were only a couple of small things, the light globes in the bedroom kept flickering so I could only use the lamp, think they needed changing. I wish there was a full length mirror to make getting dressed easier, especially for going out at night. Would also be good if there were hooks on the wall in the bathroom to hang up wet towels.
- Jane (10/5): We had a lovely relaxing stay and were very comfortable. - It was well located, near a relative, clean and very well presented in a lovely mews street. It was super but we would have found a few more pots and pans useful.
