• Suzuki (1/5): Horrible experience - Location I saw a rat in my room. It’s a serious hygiene and security issue. I called a customer service and she told me that someone would call me back asap but I didn’t get any calls. So I had no choice to book a near by hotel room with my own expense and leave immediately.

• Siri (8/5): - Sehr schönes Apartment, sehr gute Lage. Die Fenster waren doch sehr dreckig, es gab z.Teil Beschädigungen an den Möbeln. Das Treppenhaus ist nicht schön. Aber ich würde es trotzdem nochmals buchen.
• Цветомила (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, nice furnished. Too much noise from the street, it was impossible to sleep. One of the windows was broken so we couldn’t close it very well. It was hot outside and there was no air conditioning in the apartment. A lot of flys and mosquitoes in the rooms because there was no mosquito net on the windows.

• James (6/5): Pleasant - The unit was pleasant, in a good location, and stocked with almost everything (could have used another blanked) we needed for our stay. The building entrance and lobby were not well cared for, and the lobby smelled like garbage all but one of our days there.
• Seth (8/5): Very good - Great location, clean, and as advertised. Light from the hallway enters through transom windows above the front door and bedroom. Couldn’t really make it dark. Would be helpful to have done printed instructions on site for garbage, washer, etc. I figured it out but sone printed instructions would be great.
• Ran (1/5): Not suitable for families - unpleasant and uncomfortable stay - Host was responsive and nice. Checkout was great but collecting the keys could be improved, it's about 300M from the apartment, not a big deal but usually the lock-box should be near the apartment to make it easy for guests to collect the keys and not make their life hader, especially when coming after a long ride. We are a couple with a baby and a 3-year-old child, and sadly, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience. I asked whether the apartment is accessible, mentioning that we have a baby. I was told there is an elevator, but no one mentioned the six stairs we had to go up and down every time we entered or exited with the stroller. This lack of transparency made things extremely difficult for us. The apartment itself is very cramped and not really suitable for four people, even though the sofa opens. There was barely any space to move around or store our suitcases. It felt like living in a sardine can. The building is in poor condition and smells terrible. Garbage is regularly thrown at the entrance and left inside the hallway, creating filthy, smelly, and unhygienic conditions. To make things worse, the building’s drainage pipe leaks right in front of the entrance, so you step into wet ground every time you come in. Inside the apartment, the shower was clogged, making it hard to use. The toilet space is extremely tight, making it uncomfortable to use. The mattress in the bedroom was sunken and old, making it very hard to sleep. The mattresses were stained, musty, and not protected with covers, absolutely not sanitary or acceptable for sleeping. We also felt unsafe. The neighbors reacted aggressively every time our baby cried, banging on walls and shouting at us. We were afraid to stay in the apartment and felt very unwelcome and threatened. In short, this apartment may work for young students who don’t spend much time inside, but it’s definitely not suitable for families or anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience, and we would never stay here again not even for free.

• Shanta (8/5): positives well exceeded the negative - location was unbeatable apartment was on second floor and no lift. lugging suitcase up and down two flights of narrow stairs on checking in and out was not fun.
• Tonette (9/5): Superb - I love everything on the flat. The bed is so comfortable with enough pillows and blinds on the windows. Kitchen was tiny but everything you need is there. The self warmng electric kettle is what I love the most +5 for that. Bathroom was great! there was enough toiletries provided for the stay. Good lounging space with TV and fast wifi No lift for the upper floors

Host and staff at check in are very helpful and friendly. Lady at reception helped me check in and bring luggage to the room, she was extremely kind. I was able to check in a little earlier which was great. Location is brilliant. I would stay again! Loud at night due to central location, very drafty by windows hard to contain heat.
• Kimberly (8/5): Very good - Easy check-in on their main office. Keys collected and storage provided for luggage. Apartment was a 5-min walk from the main office. Great location in Central London. A fob is provided to get in the main building and there was a lift to get to the apartment. Apartment itself was modern, clean, and very tidy. Sofa bed and travel cot were provided, as we requested. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans, a dishwasher, coffee machine w/ pods, a kettle and a toaster. Towels and linen provided. Shower was very clean. Plenty of cupboards to store luggage. We really enjoyed our stay. Since building is located near pubs and restaurants, it was quite noisy at night time. However, it was not a deal breaker. By 1am, it was quiet again.

And highly recommend this property . - The property is central to everything we wanted to see , visit , and underground , restaurant , clean comfortable beds , beautiful bathroom , kitchen, it got everything you need , also they make sure you have coffee and little milk bottle , is more Than what I expected . Just the bed sheet is in the bedroom is stained
• Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing. - Relatively good location. Advertised as Convent Garden but actually in Soho. Friendly staff and provided with good facilities. Provided with the wrong address for the apartment, apartment photos are misleading, strange smell throughout apartment, very noisy in the nighttime, entrance hallway was disgusting - dark and dingy, damp on the walls, nasty smell.
