• Clark (8/5): - The location was excellent. Very close to restaurants and the tube. The balcony wasn't really fit for use. The chairs were not great outside.
• Victoria (5/5): Overall it was fine but very basic - Overall the stay was fine but it is very basic like uncomfortable sofa and uncomfortable bed, tiny tv. Wasnt the cleanest, cupboards stocked up with stuff that needed a clean. No alot of plug points. Got very hot in the bedroom.
• Tímea (10/5): Great location, kind host, and very comfortable stay - I had a great stay and would definitely choose this apartment again. The host is very kind and helpful, and the communication was excellent. The location is very good: shops are nearby, and the Thames is just a pleasant 10-15 minute walk away. It’s also excellent for public transport, making all the main sights very easy and quick to reach. The apartment is bright, airy, and was clean throughout, with fresh bedsheets. It is well-equipped, including a washing machine and dryer. While it could use a little updating in some areas, it is a very comfortable place.

• Federico (10/5): - Appartamento all ottavo piano di un palazzo con ascensore lo stabile è tenuto bene pulito ed in una posizione eccellente tranquilla e comoda a metro e bus a soli 15 minuti dal centro di Londra e di fronte allomstadio.CHELSSEA. L appartamento è molto confortevole e tenuto bene con davvero.tutto.ma proprio.tutto l' occorrente dalle cialde del caffè agli asciugamani e lenzuola puliti agli ombrelli per la pioggia La casa e molto ben attrezzata di ogni dettaglio addirittura lavatrice e abbiamo trovato anche olio sale zucchero e il necessario.per cucinare il primo giorno appena arrivato tutto l' occorrente anche per le pulizie.Inoltre abbiamo.aprezzato.la comodità del water in un bagno diviso dal bagno della doccia . La casa era ben riscaldata e letti comodi molto silenziosa non si sente alcun rumore dalla strada e nemmeno dagli appartamenti vicini. Check in automatico con istruzioni dettagliate proprietari sempre disponibili via whats app rispondono immediatamente cordiali e gentili.Ci siamo trovati benissimo e abbiamo passato 5 giorni favolosi fuori dal caos del centro di Londra ma allo stesso tempo comodissimi al centro che raggiungevamo ogni mattina in 20 minuti gli autobus passano sotto.casa ogni 5 minuti e la metro si trova molto vicina con supermercati e negozi vicini. Noi facevamo.labspesa appena scesi dalla metro. Consiglio l appartamento.a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza speciale a Londra. Nulla.

• Martina (2/5): - La posizione vicino ai mezzi. La casa si trova in una posizione comoda e nel complesso anche gradevole, ma questo è l’unico aspetto positivo. I termosifoni non funzionano e vivere in un appartamento con circa 10 gradi all’interno rende il soggiorno poco gradevole. Ancora più grave è stata la totale assenza di supporto che si è limitata ad uno scambio di messaggi solo l’ultimo giorno con indicazioni che però non hanno risolto il problema. Di conseguenza sconsiglio vivamente questo alloggio nel periodo invernale. L’esperienza è stata talmente negativa da influenzare negativamente la mia permanenza a Londra. Nonostante l’aver fatto presente la situazione all’host non c’è stata da parte loro nessun tentativo di rimborso né altra forma di soluzione.

• Vasco (9/5): - Posizione ottima, vicinissima a metro. Quartiere tranquillo e ben servito. Appartamento, comodo e spazioso per le ns. esigenze. Indicazioni chiare e precise da host su come raggiungerlo e come gestire check-in e check-out. Avremmo preferito la doccia alla vasca, ma sono gusti personali.

• Kelly (5/5): Top locatie, verder helaas dringend grote kuisbeurt - De locatie was top. Vooral voor de voetbalmatch. Dringend nood aan een totale renovatie en een grote onderhoud/kuisbeurt! Bed was ook niet optimaal. Foto’s met realiteit zijn helemaal niet te vergelijken qua hygiene.

• Zuzana (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment in a fantastic location, a short walk to the tube station. Great view, Helpful and prompt host. Flexible hours of checkin and checkout. Bathroom could do with a little refreshment and attention.
• Ofchan (10/5): An apartment with quite environment, the host was very helpful. - I appreciated very much that Ester, the host was a very helpful lady. Before we arrived, she gave me a very detail description on how I can arrive to the apartment through underground. She was also very considerate to help me solve the problem of waiting before going to airport. Her helping attitude was deserved for praises from my family. Facilities of apartment was fully equipped. I got a very detail booklet on the instruction of how to use the appliance and helping me understand community around. The only weakness was the apartment was a bit far away from the CBD. While the advantage of the apartment was quite enough and near Chelsea Sport Club. If anyone who love Chelsea FC, the apartment was absolutely best place to stay. I have no reservation to introduce me friends who were Chelsea fans to live here. Thanks for all arrangement of Ester while my stay. Hope to have chance to come to London and live here again.
