• Esther (10/5): De omgeving is echt fantastisch! Neem wel oordoppen mee! Is echt nodig. - Locatie. Het was heel schoon. Contact met host gaat snel en positief Het bed was een beetje klein voor ons. Maar wij zijn dan ook erg groot!

Quite noisy on the street outside late at night. I did get used to it after a couple of days, but the supplied earplugs were useful.

Das Appartment war sehr gut ausgestattet - es hat nur eins gefehlt: eine Microwelle. Es gibt zwar ein Backrohr, aber leider keine Mikrowelle zum Aufwärmen.

• Francesca (9/5): Lovely apartment in Shoreditch, full of restaurants and shops - Great location and nice apartment, super close to Liverpool St and v easy to reach Stansted Airport from here. Shoreditch is obviously a bit loud but still superconvenient so would stay here again.

• Harriet (9/5): A cool flat in a great location, keenly priced for such a great place to stay. Highly recommended. - The flat was extremely well appointed with everything you might need. It was chic, with cool urban styling and furnishings, and was a good size. It’s location, right in the middle of brick lane was great, with lots to see and do. The flat is a little noisy, being so centrally located, although earplugs are provided and all noise ceases at midnight every night, after which it is quiet.

A microwave in the kitchen would have been helpful and it can be noisy til late at night at the weekend.

• Hayley (7/5): Well equipped apartment in busy location - Well equipped for a short stay, nice touches with milk and chocolates in the apartment on arrival. Staff were quick to respond to any queries. We loved the area and having so much on the doorstep. Others have mentioned the noise, and we were expecting some street noise, however for 2 nights we had people playing bongo drums right underneath the window until 3 in the morning which made sleep impossible, even ear plugs didn’t help! We maybe got unlucky on the dates we were there but be prepared for some potential noise disruption.

• Laura (10/5): Really very good-would book again! - In all a 5 star experience for a very good price. The only caveat is there may be a bit too much noise for some (flat is brilliantly located just off Brick Lane), however earplugs were provided which were only needs by the wife!
• Melinda (8/5): Brick Lane crash pad - Vibrant and dynamic location with lots of great food options and easy walk to the underground and buses. Great to have more space than a standard hotel room. For anyone hard of walking, note entry is via narrow staircase up a flight of stairs.

• Neval (10/5): Brick Lane adventure was a wonderful memory for us. - I loved the location of the studio, it was a very fun street and full of quality restaurants. We liked the interior design very much, it had a spacious and warm design. We never felt cold during the winter days, the heating was sufficient. The kitchen was very useful and clean. Thoughtful details made us happy. Since the windows are very thin and old wood, all the sounds coming from the street fill the apartment. It would be really great to renew the windows.

• Or (9/5): Beautiful and highly recommended - Beautifully designed to the smallest details, the apartment is equipped with everything you may need. The location is fun and lively but not noisy at all. I highly recommend it. The only thing that bothered us was the lack of a hand held shower head in the shower (there is only a “rainfall” shower head with pretty low pressure. No biggy compared to all of the advantages, but after a long day of traveling I prefer a more intense shower.

It could be very useful to have a rotating tv support in order to watch from the bed and also some slippers. But besides this, everything is really nice.

• Mark (5/5): Avoid the top floor flat. - Great location, nice wee apartment, but . . . . . . the apartment smells of dampness, and no amount of product will remove the smell or cover it. Branca was fabulous as ever, even had a plumber check for leaks, but no, the flat stank. I can't fault Branca at all, she went above and beyond, but this is an issue for which there's no easy fix. Avoid the top floor flat.
• Nadine (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, very clean and lots of space inside the loft. We were a little worried about the noise because of previous reviews but we did not have any issues and we stayed over a weekend.
• Martinez (7/5): Good - It was the perfect size for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable! There also was enough supplies in the kitchen for cooking. We also had enough towels. The water pressure in the shower was not great, and the furniture could use an upgrade. The couch was low and uncomfortable for lounging. A couple of extra blankets would be helpful too for relaxing on the couch. A note for anyone who isn't used to loud noises, the brewery literally right next door plays music on the weekends at night. There were earplugs provided but we are used to city noises so we didn't use them

The presser felt too still for my little fingers to operate without a struggle.

Very minimal amenities eg. One towel each and one tea towel for 5 days (I messaged the owner and they brought more towels) we had to buy more toilet paper. We bought our own washing liquid too. We just moved here with 4 large suitcases and wouldn’t recommend as there is no lift and very narrow staircases.

Really enjoyed the vibe of the area, mixture of people, street music & food options. One night, buskers played on the street under us until past midnight, it was fantastic. The loft was well equipped with almost everything we needed; however, a microwave would have been really handy, for our 6 days; hence the 9 rating. Communication was great, we had no issues at all. Not a dislike, just a PSA. As we are travelling for 2.5 months, we have big suitcases. Carrying them up & down 48 odd, quite narrow stairs was a mission 🥵! Would be good if the Booking.com description specified the number & nature of the stairs, especially for antipodeans, as generally when we're on this side of the world, we're here for awhile & don't tend to pack light😁. So, if you can't handle stairs and/or have heavy luggage... you're going to struggle. And, if you can't handle street noise in to the early hours, every night, you're also going to struggle.

• Anna (8/5): Special and rare holiday apartment! - Very nice flat with everything you need. Rare to find such a big holiday appartement in London. You must be aware, that it’s a very noicy area. Only negative thing was the mattress unfortunately was very worn out, so the sleep wasn’t that well. Only one blanket, but we contacted the host. Next day she brought us a second one. This was very very kind and nice! Thank you!

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious and well equipped apartment in a vibrant area of London. Communication from the host was excellent in advance. Kitchen and living room area very cosy and functional. Bedroom was pretty quiet and very comfortable, so sleep was very good. Transport links to city centre and attractions very close. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants, coffee spots in close proximity. Would have no hesitation in booking this accommodation again. Bed was a bit small for a king, but was still super comfortable.

Very comfortable. Communication with the owner about the apartment was good. Quick response if we had questions. We had a lovely stay. It is a good place to stay a couple of days.

• Monica (8/5): Very good - codes for door which was easy - no keys needed. Also the products they provided in the bathroom! Kitchen had everything I needed. There is a buzzer for each apartment outside - i had drunks buzzing mine for a good few hours one night (wed). The next night there was no dramas. However as stated in the advertisement, it is in a busy live area of london. There was also some light staining of the bedsheets and one of the towels.
