Please note that guests might be requested to collect keys from a shop near the apartment but that at some occasions guests will be requested to check in from our office near Camden Town Station. If this office check in happens after 8pm, there will be a late check in fee to be paid upon arrival. This is GBP50 after 8pm and GBP70 after midnight. Please note that properties may be located within 15 minutes walk from the reference address. Pictures shown are selected from several apartments. The apartments are of a similar standard, but may differ to the ones shown. A damage deposit of GBP300 to GBP600 is required on arrival. This will be collected by cash. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer subject to an inspection of the property. James (1/5): Horrific. It was like the toilet scene from train spotting. I’ve felt dirty ever since. - Nothing, absolutely disgusting place and equally bad customer ‘service’. Avoid at all costs or you will likely catch a disease from this property. ***The photos in their advert ARE NOT the apt that you will stay in*** All lies. They told me after I complained, that they take the pictures from a pool of apartments and it’s not necessarily the ones that you will stay in. So basically they’ve used the photos from an apt that isn’t this one! Worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely filthy. Large, multiple urine-type stains on the ‘sofa’. Broken furniture. Equipment like the iron doesn’t work. Used fake eye lashes with bits of skin attached to them on the dusty bedside table. Smelly, uncomfortable bed, apt too hot with no means to cool it down. When I complained they were just dismissive and rude. Not even booking.con could get them to conduct themselves professionally. Do not stay here, it should be cordoned off.
Shea (1/5): Nice location however my stay wasn’t and the host was rude with no communication. - I was happy with the location of the property. I wasn’t happy with being given an address beforehand then being told a different ones upon arrival.I had to travel a long distance/2 trains to be told I have to pay a £300 cash deposit up front when was originally told I could use card.There was also no heating in the property leaving me very cold,quilt was too small for the bed with stains on,No wifi and no response when asked for it,Rude man in the office however his staff was well mannered and polite,The tv didn’t work,towels was dirty and the host lacked communication.I am putting this down so hopefully things will change and be better in future for other people looking forward to a nice stay in london.

Matthew (5/5): Better places in London than this one - Collecting the keys from the other end of London was excessive. Had to spend over £40 in Uber to get there and back
S (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the location and space in the condo. It was quite big. The check in process was very cumbersome
