Guest Reviews
- Moira (10/5): Great find. We will be back. - Location, facilities, helpfulness of manager. Noise from upstairs flat. Some maintenance issues which, where possible, were dealt with swiftly.
- Emilie (10/5): Excellent appartment close to central london - Amazing apartment in central London - really spacious which is rare for London, everything was clean, modern and made to make you feel at home. They thought of everything you might need during your stay. Beds were comfy, good for family too (cribs + high chair available). Communication with the team was excellent. Location really convenient to reach central London We got a bit of noise disturbance from the neighbours on one night, but nothing dramatic and nothing the hosts could have done something about.
- Sergi (9/5): Superb -
- Erlantz (8/5): Very good - The apartament was fully equiped and clean The sofa bed Was really unconfortable.
- Kobi (7/5): Worked out ok, but may not choose a second stay - We liked that there was lots of space for 6 people. Loved the friendly (and typically prompt) responses from the hosts, leading up to our visit. Iron and ironing board provided (though ironing board falls apart); coffee machine easy to use. Fans were provided as requested, which helped us cool down a bit, at night. Neighbors upstairs VERY loud, at 22:00 each night, still yelling and thumping, despite us being told quiet hours were from 2100-2200. *Note: there was not likely anything the hosts could have done about the neighbors' noise.
Bathroom linens smelled like mildew and/or smoke. En suite bathroom had no shower base, so entire floor was basically soaked, after a shower, no matter how careful. Bathroom never really seemed to dry, which is likely why shower curtain smelled of mildew. Fan wouldn't run without light on, and since we didn't want light in our eyes all night, couldn't use fan to dry and air out the bathroom.
Walk to tube station not bad, but expect about 10 min. May be difficult for elderly, disabled, or small children.
Neighborhood was quiet, but a bit dirty.
Biggest issue was that we were told we could have early check-in, and paid for it. Long story short, after arriving and receiving no answer on the bell, we tried calling multiple times before getting ahold of the host. We rang the bell multiple times, and could see the cleaning lady moving about (we had also paid for early luggage drop), but she did not answer. After a long international flight, we arrived at our rental to stand outside for an hour, waiting to drop our bags. *Note: we were PROMPTLY refunded our money for early check-in, with no argument from the host! That was all they could do, at that point, so we appreciate it.
- Andreas (7/5): Good - Nice flat, good matresses, cool shower. In the booking is stated it is with parking. Thaht's why we decided for it. Parking in front of the house in the marked parking ended up with a 130£ penalty charge.
In addition there was no toilet paper. We had to buy it at 10 in the night. No reaction to emails!
- Stacey (9/5): Incredibly helpful hosts who were available to help when needed - can’t praise them enough! - The property was well located and spacious. The bedrooms were extremely hot and although fans were provided they didn’t make much difference.
- Minhaz (1/5): It's the worst. I wasted my journey - *****DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY*****
I booked for 2 days I didn't like the property at all. It is not the same as the images they showed us while booking. The property has flats above and those tenants were making noise too much. They jumped and listened to the music very loudly. We were unable to sleep 2nights. The hob is not working at all. I spoke with them over the phone but nobody turned up to sort it. Our journey has been wasted due to this. -Too much noise transfer from above flat.
-Appliances didn't work. We have asked this and they said it's working. But didn't work at all.
- Catalina (8/5): Great place for a family group and easy to get to all parts of London. - Great space for a family of 7 travelling together Need a stronger fan in the ensuite bathroom. It’s just not pleasant to use and when offering bedding that includes a sofa bed it really needs to be able to be used that way comfortably. The sofa bed in the main room wasn’t really comfortable for a week long stay….
- Duncan (9/5): Nice quiet location close to tube, supermarkets and places to eat. Comfortable and secure. - Nice quiet location close to tube, supermarkets and places to eat. Comfortable and secure.
- Venus (1/5): Terrible - Nothing Dirty disgusting soiled beds, mould on mattresses protector, dirty sheets, dirty kitchen and dishes, dirty windows with garbage overflowing outside the window. Poor response from the owner about the state of facilities. Could not stay in the house, unliveable. Not sure how this house got good reviews so disappointed.
- Swastik (9/5): Superb -
- Kevin (8/5): Very good - Roomy and comfortable, not too far from the underground or grocery stores. London traffic
- Eleanor (10/5): Definitely recommend! - Perfect for a family! We had 3 generations of the family staying here and everyone was very happy. Lots of areas to chill out separately and plenty of space for all 7 of us hang out together too, the courtyard is a great bonus. Very clean, nicely furnished and very well equipped. Good public transport with a bus stop a few minutes walk away going to King's Cross and London Bridge and a 10 minute walk to the Piccadilly line.
- Jen (8/5): Peaceful stay in a spacious apartment -
- Cristian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Helena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Salman (9/5): Good stay for family - The property was big Enough for family
And good wifi and full furniture ( microwave and oven, smart Tv ) It is consider 30 minutes away from centre by underground and buses .
Need good communication for automatically check in and explain this way .
- Sangjun (8/5): Very good -
- Jason (10/5): FANTASTIC ACCOMMODATION IN LONDON! - AMAZING accommodation tucked away in a cute neighbourhood! There are plenty of restaurants just a short walk away and the area is also extremely safe. It also SNOWED on our stay which was a fantastic experience!
The accommodation itself has EVERYTHING you want. Fully equipped kitchen, washers and dryers, fantastic pressure in the showers, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, private courtyard, etc.
Also, if you are wanting to catch the train into the city, it is only a few hundred metres walk away to Caledonian station.
- Dominique (9/5): Superb - spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. Neighbours upstairs were noisy - not much can be done about that.
- Sarah (10/5): lovely, everything as advertised. clean and top host! - location, clean, host was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you.
- Stephen (9/5): Superb - The apartment was great and met all our needs, the apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay. The communication was top notch and I cannot fault the experience. I would definitely stay here again Nothing at all
- Aislinn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amanda (9/5): Superb - The cleanliness. The decor. The facilities. The location. The locked entrance and door camera. Good security. The under floor heating. Coffee machine pods didn't fit the machine.
Having to be told to keep quiet between 10pm and 8am. As if we were kids. Mirror in main bedroom was wonky. Not enough mirrors for getting ready. Doesn't tell you about the sky window and that there's a pole to shut the curtain. Sign up in room would be useful.
- Christian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wing (10/5): very good - nice, warm, cozy a bit far from the underground station but it’s ok for us
- Joel (10/5): Great place, great location - The sleeping rooms were separated from the lounge and kitchen, the facility was clean and properly equipped. Good Value for money, close to the Caledonian Rd Tube station (about 6 minutes walk) which is on the Piccadilly line..
- William (9/5): we had a fabulous stay in the amazing apartment - Good location, plenty of space Nothing
- Kenny (10/5): The apartment was a fantastic base to enjoy our holiday in London. Would definitely stay again. - Location was near to shops and the tube.
Plenty of room for us all in the apartment.
Apartment was very well stocked with necessities like coffee, tea, soap, shampoo, toilet rolls etc.. Nothing, the apartment was great and met all our needs.
