The patio was a real bonus even in winter! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nice. Great location and very easy check-in too. Struggling to find anything wrong… verything was exactly as described and met our expectations.
• jennifer (10/5): Very comfortable stay - I had a really comfortable stay at the garden flat. The place was spotless, well set up, and had everything I needed. Communication with the host was excellent, very responsive and helpful throughout. The outdoor decking was a lovely bonus, even in winter, and I would definitely enjoy it again in warmer months. Great location and an easy, stress-free stay overall!
• Grace (1/5): - I am trying to contact the owner and so is booking.com as I'm waiting on a refund. The apartment was infested with ants. They were everywhere even in the beds. I had to leave and pay for a hotel. The owners are not replying to any emails or phone calls.

Kapszulás. Olyan mint a képeken. Megéri az árát. Sót, cukrot raknék bele. Vettünk és ott hagytuk. A fürdővíz volt hogy langyos volt.

Door from the bathroom is very damage, roof in one of the rooms had spiderwebs, sink did not work well in both toilets, entrance needs maintance too

• Carlo (8/5): The Garden Flat in the heart of Fulham is really worthy for stayings in London. - I suggest the landlord to keep more attention to the bed linen and towels available in the flat, because we found both already used. Fortunetely there were other bed linen and towels in the wardrobe so that we could arrange the situation. It is a pity because the flat is comfortable, new and well furnished in a completely silent environment. So just a little more attention would allow the host not to be find in such an embarrassing situazion.

• John (8/5): All home appliances are available. Beds ae comfortable - I liked the fact that the apartment is only 100 yards from my son's house on Shorrlods Road where I can park my car. No parking facility. The downstairs shower needs a bit of TLC

All necessary facilities were availableThe place wa clean and everything was well organised. I felt sorry for the grouting around the showers.

Decor tired. Looks like there's been a flood at some point. Smelt damp. Tvs weren't working. Decking outside needs repair. Soft mattresses (you may like that). All this wasn't a deal breaker tho. For 4 people who just needed somewhere to sleep it was great.

• Claire (5/5): Potential to be lovely but needs attention - The location was ideal and the beds were comfy. The garden terrace is lovely and was a treat to have this outside space in London. The apartment is tired and in need of some attention. We couldn't use the shower in the upstairs room as the water didn't drain and soon started to overflow. In the downstairs shower there is no sealant around the shower tray and there were signs of mould. You could see signs that damp has been an issue. The bottom of the bedroom door was rotten and there are water marks on the walls. We were informed a day before check in that some decorating had taken place and may not be finished. When we arrived the smell of the paint, and whatever had been used on the mould, was quite overpowering and made our first night in the downstairs room unpleasant. There were some things not available which we would class as basic, such as handwash in all rooms and hand towels. The hair dryer didn't work. It sounded and smelled like it was going to blow up. All in all, we expected better, and would suggest that the flat gets some attention before renting again. It has the potential to be beautiful.

• Marcelo (9/5): amazing flat, location and super well furnished - The property is amazing, we stayed there for 07 days. the location is perfect! bus stop in the other side of the street and Fulham Broadway about 5 min walking. The property is well furnished, the kitchen is espetacular and has everything that you would need to make your own meals. The check in is very easy and radiators work very well. It has 2 in suite bedrooms, a very beautiful garden, kitchen, dinning room and a tv room.
