• Carlos (10/5): - Ubicación simplemente espectacular. Estación metro a 150 m. Te mueves a todos los lados desde allí y tardas 20 minutos a todas partes. Portobello market a 10 minutos andando. Apartamento bien, sencillo pero bien. Camas aceptables. Tiene todo lo que tiene que tener quizás alguna cosa como la sarten debería ser cambiado porque es vieja. También cambiaría el microondas que se cambia solo a modo descongelar. Pero todo me dice que volvería a repetir en este sitio. Olor del pasillo era inaguantable. No tuve WiFi en ningún momento porque nadie nos dicho la contraseña.

• Jane (7/5): Location! But bare and spare. - Location! A stone's throw from Kensington Palace. Area outside of back entrance from alley/courtyard gathered drug users some nights and smelled of urine. Apartment is spare and lacks character.
• Maria Cristina (9/5): Comfortable to stay - Nice apartment, clean and comfortable. They put a cot upon my request without any cost. Bathtub was not functioning but there’s a shower available. First day we had to endure the hot water on the shower because the temperature from the broiler is too hot but the next day we told the staff and he changed the temperature and lower it to a temperature acceptable for showering.

• Mark (9/5): - Great size for a London stay and great location. Super close to Notting hill. A little on the expensive side.
• Mariarosa (7/5): Great location but very noisy. - Great location, close to Tube and shops. Spacious room with plenty of storage space. Nice to have a little balcony to sit outside. Very noisy. Damp smell in corridors. Kitchen tap constantly leaking. We stayed for 10 nights and were advised in an email that we would have a full service half-way through our stay, but we never did. No bins emptied, and we had to ask for clean towels after 7 days.
• Grégoire (10/5): - The flat is well optimized with very good quality/price ratio. Furniture and design is very simple yet perfectly sufficient as the objective was to spend time outside. Bedding was very comfortable both in dormitory and in the living room. People nice and helpful at the reception, they kept our luggage in the afternoon on our departure day. And of course excellent location, 2 min from Notting Hill Gate station. We will definitely come back for our next stay in London.

• Alžběta (6/5): Good place but shower not working. - The location was great, close to everywhere, same as the size of the flat which had everything we needed. The water pressure was extremely low, making it nearly impossible to take a proper shower or wash our hair, which negatively impacted our stay. Despite reading about this issue in a previous review and hoping it would be fixed, we were disappointed to find that it had not been addressed and was even worse than expected. Given the price we paid for the accommodation, this was particularly frustrating. Additionally, we felt it was unnecessary for the receptionist to knock on our doors to remind us that we needed to check out within five minutes.

• Claire (7/5): A great budget choice - Fabulous location, close to beautiful Kensington Palace Gardens, great tube and bus links, shops and cafes nearby, helpful staff, great to have a kitchenette and a little balcony It was so hot and the little fan could only do so much. No windows opened and the door to the balcony could not be left open for security reasons. Disappointing that the washing machine was out of order

• Marius (4/5): Good location but noisy and low shower water pressure - Location, clean Very very low water pressure to take a proper shower. You can clean yourself only a little better than being wiped with a wet sponge in a bed. The owner will tell you how to set and how to hold the handle, but nothing helps. The faucet in the wall is defect and should be changed. During the day, between 08:00 and 18:00, the noise from a huge construction site just across the window is unbearable. With all windows closed is a permanent “hummm”, and the balcony cannot be used, maybe only with good protection earplugs. A note in the description about this should be fear, at least to be warned. Judging by the size of the site, it is likely that it will continue for the next two years.

• Dr. (6/5): Cheap place in a good location - Fairly spacious and a great location near the tube. Remodeled inside. The washer/dryer had an out of order sign on it and no plans to fix it. The kitchen faucet dripped. No bath soap or shampoo. We had some delay checking in. There is major construction across the street.

The host was very quick to respond to our concerns, but the issue could not be resolved. The host most kindly compensated us for the inconvenience.
• Susan (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent: Very close to the underground station, a short walk to Kensington Gardens and the entrance has a secure door. The unit was clean but very basic. There is construction across the street which was somehow affecting the water pressure in the shower (according to the manager). We all got clean but there wasn't much water pressure. We were also on the top floor, which might have made a difference.

Lovely area a little balcony not overlooking anything really but nice to sit outside. The shower was not very good nice hot water but pressure not very good. My issue is I am a bit unsteady so getting into the bath to shower was challenging.
• Bethany (10/5): Great location and great apartment! - The location was perfect! This was our first trip to London and I was unsure of what location to stay but this was great! It is very close to the underground which we used frequently as well as a bus stop which I did not use. Although the apartment is small, we had so much more space than a hotel room which made it more comfortable for all of us. The kitchen is small but we were able to have breakfast and several dinners here which saved us money. After reading reviews of the apartments, I was worried about construction across the street and the water pressure. The shower was great. No issues with the water pressure and the apartment was surprisingly quiet. We did not hear any construction noises or other guests. I will definitely plan to stay here again and will recommend to others! I have no complaints.

Good sized refrigerator. There is major construction across the street which is very noisy during the day although quiet at night. The water pressure in the shower was so low that I had to rinse shampoo out of my hair using the kitchen sink.
• Anu (9/5): very good value for money - Wonderfully good location - the metro and bus are practically at the door. The apartment is clean and quiet, there is no noise from the street that would disturb your sleep. Some have complained about the mattresses in the feedback, but - I had no problems sleeping. It is true that the shower is a bit tricky, i.e. the water pressure is not the best, but - I washed beautifully with it. In summary - the location, the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment and the price are very good value for money and I would happily stay there again

I choose this because it had a tub, but the tub was not useable because the water pressure in shower was so bad, the tub would take easily an hour to fill, so would be cold. Pressure seemed okay until the hot water kicked in, then unable to even rinse shampoo, kitchen sink pressure was fine.

Thanks for lending us the umbrella. 😃 Hot water supply flows instantly from both the kitchen and the sink at the bathroom. Great location! Upon opening the apartment door for the first time, it stinked. I do not know where that smell came from. We came by the 4th floor by mistake and it smelled urine in the hallway. The flow of the water coming from the shower was weak. Wish it could have been stronger. The carpet looks dirty. Please clean/ change it.

• Mailee (9/5): A home away from home - Picking up the keys was easy -- good instructions were sent a week prior to my stay. Loved that it had a kitchen, combo washer/dryer, and a nice sized bedroom. It felt homey. Although older and showing a bit of wear, it was clean and felt cared for. There was plenty of room in the bathroom and bedroom. Fresh cleaning supplies had been put in the kitchen, and other supplies were available in the bathroom. The apartment was also equipped with an iron, hair dryer, toaster, and microwave For the price and the flexibility to have some meals in and go home with more clean laundry than not, this was a great choice for me. It is conveniently located near the Notting Hill Gate tube station. The water pressure in the shower was a bit dodgy.

• Martin (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent. There is a tube station and bus stop nearby. Close to Hyde park and Holland park, easy to get to the city center. Nearby are grocery stores, cafes, restaurants. Safe and quiet neighborhood. No soap or shower gel at disposal. We spent the day traveling, check-in no sooner than 4 PM (which is ok), but instead of being able to refresh ourselves, we had to go out again and look for a store to buy the basics.
• Tariq (9/5): Comfortable flat in the central London. - The location was excellent. It's almost a minute walk from the tube station. The apartment is compact and can comfortably accommodate a family of 4. The main and flat entrances are very secure. Windows are noise proof. The flat has extra fans and heaters. Lastly, the balcony is extremely nice. It does not have a washing machine, so if you're staying for longer, then you might have an issue.
• Angeline (10/5): Perfect apartment will definitely book again. - Lovely clean apartment in a great area close to Notting Hill Gate underground station with good connections. The area was lovely and felt very safe.
• Lioz (1/5): Not recommended at all. - The location is good, very close to the Metro station. The mattress and pillows are uncomfortable, and the apartment is warm with no AC. The biggest issue was the bathroom: there was no water pressure in the bath, and the shower had extremely low water pressure and only hot water, making it completely impossible to take a shower. We contacted the apartment manager, who said he couldn't help, and Booking.com hung up on us three times and never called back.

• Laura (8/5): Great choice in Nottingham - Very convenient to the Nottingham Gate tube station and the circle line. Easy check in. Great neighborhood lots of food choices and groceries Lovely little suite, it is old but the furnishings and artwork are newish and very nice. A heated towel rack in the bath was a lovely thing. Hot water great, great little kitchen. , good supply of dishes cutlery and such. We didn't cook but certainly could have. Washer dryer combo is in the kitchen but was not available Perhaps no longer hooked up. Kettle, toaster, hair dryer, iron and ironing board supplied. Lovely towels, nice bed linen. Street noise for sure, its a city. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Clearly the owners care and are attentive, and have pride in their business, well kept up. We had suite 6, on the street side. Water pressure in the tub/shower is very low, it is at best a gentle rain, sad I couldn't use the bath tub as filling it would have taken so long. To his credit Roger did respond, he has heard other complaints but is quite certain the water pressure is normal for an old British building. Our only complaint is the shower - we just learned to live with it.

• Carol (8/5): Value for money in a good location and comfortable. Fit our needs perfectly and would recommend. - Location is excellent, easy for tube. Lots of places to eat and shop close by. Also quiet considering proximity to main road and local facilities. With just a little more attention to upgrading e.g. internal doors, and maybe painting everywhere white, the apartment would be even more appealing. Slightly bigger towels too please!

• Egle (8/5): Convenient location - It was in a perfect location for us to participate in the workshop. It has a small kitchenette which we used to prepare our own meals. Shower only had hot water and a very low pressure. We weren’t able to shower properly or wash the hair. Kitchenette is small with very limited counter space.

• Panagiotis (10/5): Clean, comfortable, good location and quiet neighbourhood! 100% recommended! - Very clean property! Comfortable with two beds and a bed-couch. Kitchen with all the comforts! Balcony with a table and chairs. Very good location near Notting hill gate metro station, a bus stop exactly outside the front door and a lot of bus stops very close. You can go everywhere even with kids. We used only the bus for all of our journeys and not the train at all! There are super markets, shops for breakfast and coffee and also food or everything you would like to eat.. Just to know.. it wasn't no shampoo and shower gel but it's okay!

The person who dealt with this over phone was very efficient & polite. They made sure I got into property & had all the information I needed. Also nice to be able to cook my own food in kitchen. For the price we paid the flat was very good value, clean and comfortable so it would be unfair to say anything negative.

Short walk to Hyde Park & Kensington Gardens.Plenty of choice for restaurants / takeaways / Everything you need for a stay in London. Very good size apartment with under floor heating, a very comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with over bath shower. Met by Leonard who was friendly & polite who recommended a lovely Italian restaurant ( De Amicis ) which we did visit and the food was delicious.

• Claire (5/5): Passable - The location was great. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The manager was accommodating regarding arrival and departure times. The internet didn't work properly. The manager was rude when I suggested that he get in contact with his provider to resolve the problem. The bed was not comfortable.
• Charmaine (9/5): Excellent property in excellent location - This property is very good value for money. The bedroom is very spacious and the kitchen well-equipped. The host was very cordial and friendly. It is located just round the corner from Notting Hill Gate tube station and there are many shops and eateries in the area.

• Hamza (10/5): Excellent location. Spacious. - Excellent location. 2-3 mins walk from Notting Hill gate underground station which is a very well connected station. 10 mins walk from Kensington Palace gardens. And tesco was close by for groceries. Shower pressure was a bit low but manageable.

• Dag (7/5): Good stay at the 202 Apartments! - The apartment is centrally located near the underground and close to shops and everything you need. It's a penthouse apartment with balcony and a lift taking you up. It was just enough space for 4 people. The apartment had the features we could expect to find there and worked out well for us. A big bonus for us was that we could keep our luggage there for all the last day, as no-one was hiring it after us. Saved us time and money and was very well appreciated! The bath room looked recently remodelled and looked good, but it felt a bit cramped up in there, also the shower was even more cramped for space. Sofa and living room area a bit dated. The apartment lacked ventilation, we solved it by opening the windows, but then you take in a lot of noise from the city so not a perfect solution. It is not luxurious, but covered our needs in a good way.
• Dolores-carina (9/5): Location is totally worth the price! - Superb location, undeground next to the apartment, many stores, tourist attractions and restaurants nearby. The location also felt really safe at night, even for two girls walking alone in the streets. We were able to store our luggage at the last day until 4pm. Bathroom featured a bathtub, which was a great feature. The building has an elevator so it's extremely convenient to get to the apartment with your luggage. Host is really nice and helpful :) The apartment was cold the first night, but the owner has extra heaters in the storage room in the apartment so we used it during the first night and all the other nights were fine. WiFi connection was at times shaky, but overall worked fine. No salt, pepper, oil, shower gel or other similar essentials so be prepared to buy some if in need. Would also recommend covering the postal hole on your door since anyone can look inside from the outside if you don't :) We covered it with tape and paper and it was totally fine.
