• Petko (9/5): - “Good location, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean.” The apartment has four levels and a lot of stairs. The living room isn’t as clean as it appears in the photos, and the smells of the first neighbor’s spicy Lebanese food are very noticeable.

Lots of restaurants and coffee places around of all price ranges. 3 Supermarkets a few minutes away. Tube lines very close. The place was clean and had all we needed. The service was great, immediate response and pleasant communication. .

• Connor (10/5): Wonderful Experience - My family had an awesome time staying at this beautiful, well appointed home with excellent facilities and location. Each of the three bedrooms has a cozy vibe, and the beds are really comfortable, so we slept great. The living area is bright with lots of natural light from the windows. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Fitzrovia. It's a short walk to tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops, which is super convenient. Plus, public transport is easy to get to, making it a breeze to explore the city. Great communication from the host, who was friendly and approachable. Highly recommend this place for visits to London.

If you are not one of those, then you will really enjoy the stay.. It will get very warm in the apartment, they could invest in better ventilators and cooling equipment..
• Kojak4ever (10/5): great location great host we loved it - easy to find. Super communicative host. I've received a quick reply at any time for all of my needs. The facility is located close to public transportation and is walkable from main attractions. It contains 3 comfortable bedrooms. 4 bathrooms which provided us full privacy. it is a 3-floor apartment on the first there is the kitchen. on the second the main master bedroom. and on the 3rd floor there are another 2 bedrooms. one is a master bedroom and the other regular room. there is another bathroom on the 2nd level and a toilet and service room on the 1st level. It has a well-equipped kitchen which was super for us. there are 3 floors to carry your luggage. that can be an issue if you carry heavy suitcases. we had great weather; but if you visit during the summer take note that there is NO air conditioning, and you will have to settle with 2 ventilators that are located in the rooms on the 3rd floor. its a matter of convenience take note that the mattress' are quite soft.

Everything was available (coffee, tea, sugar, dishes soap, clothes cleaner even the small details) literally every thing) that we did not have to buy alot of staff for the flat. The location was very good ( 2 blocks away from oxford st.). There are alot of restaurants, cafes down. The staff was great , nice and available whenever i needed them. Also the flat is very clean. There are 3 bathroom and one toilet. I would come back to the same flat. Strongly recommended The noise in the streets.
• Claire (9/5): Comfortable & Central - This is a really well appointment flat in an awesome central location. The decor is gorgeous, and the bedrooms are all really generous, with lots of toilets and bathrooms. It's a bustling area with plenty of great restaurant options right on your doorstep and walkable to most main central London attractions/locations. The flat is kitted out with everything you will need for your stay - down to little things like cotton wool and earbuds (I appreciated that). We were a little nervous that the flat may not meet our expectations after one negative review - which I am pleased to be able to confirm is false and completely unjustified! Nicola communicated everything we needed to know via whatsapp and was constantly available throughout our stay..... There is nothing we didn't like. But will use this space to address things others have noted; yes, there are stairs - it's a 3-storey central London Flat - so that's to be expected, and yes, there is street noise - again it's a central London flat so to be expected (take some earplugs). If you are looking for a great central London location that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people then neither of these should be a reason for you not to book this accommodation. It's great!

Check-in was a breeze, we found the house immaculately clean and well prepared with coffee, tea, etc to have an easy start. Appreciating communication with the owner, no doubt that we will be back.

Very convenient to get around on foot, easy walk to Covent Garden, British Museum, theatres and Regents Park. The private host with her team were easy to approach and very accommodating
• Rolf (10/5): Lovely Stay! - As a family of 6 we very much enjoyed our time at this extraordinary townhouse right in the best location of London. Everything literally exceeded our expectations especially the large space, privacy over 4 floors, super fast communication and nice amenities. It was spotlessly clean - not to forget. We had a few meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, nice dining situation before we left the house for theatre or shopping - which was never further away than 5-10 minutes walk. Hopefully we have the chance to book again.

Lovely decor and great atmosphere, privacy while living on 3 different floors couldn’t be better. Loved the comfort of the beds and pillows. Great staff with fast communication.. all in all - 10 star for a private host!
