• Simona (10/5): Fantastico per sei persone! - Posizione strategica, la vicinanza alla metro ci ha permesso di andare ovunque in max 30 minuti senza usare l'auto! Sono presenti diversi supermercati a pochi metri. Eravamo due famiglie e abbiamo potuto soggiornare comodamente per la presenza di due stanze con bagni indipendenti separati e un divano letto che hanno usato i nostri figli. Molto comodo! Bello l'appartamento, grandissima doccia, cucina attrezzata con anche la lavastoviglie Il parcheggio non è riservato, è possibile comunque parcheggiare sulla strada gratuitamente, se si trova posto, oppure nel grande parcheggio a pagamento di fronte, costa veramente poco ma non è incluso

• Viktor (9/5): - I liked everything. The freezer didn't work. We only found out about it after settling in. We had already bought food on the assumption that everything should work. We had to throw away some food.

• Daniela (10/5): Sehr schöne und zentral gelegene Wohnung!! - Alles bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll gestaltet. Sehr gute Ausstattung, perfekte Lage vis a vis vom S-Bahnhof Allach mit Einkaufszentrum und trotzdem leise. Wohnung über zwei Ebenen mit zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Sogar Spiele für Kinder vorhanden und ein kleiner toller Garten mit überdachter Terrasse. Vermieter zwar nicht persönlich getroffen, doch einen sehr angenehmen Telefonkontakt gehabt! Auch die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist ganz angenehm zu liegen!! An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Das einzig Schwierige war, dass nebenan ein Kindergarten mit Parkplätzen ist und wir dort kurz zum Be/Entladen standen ( wirklich nur 5 Minuten, einmal 16 Uhr und einmal 9 Uhr). Vorbeigehende drohten mit der Polizei….

The apartment is located in a lovely area, very near to the train and bus station. There is a tasteful Italian restaurant nearby that we went twice during our stay.

A choice of restaurants with a wide range of food options were also close to the apartment. Excellent space for two couples sharing and all of the equipment inside was of an high standard.

Very spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen and great bathroom. Helpful to also have second small toilet and shower room. Outdoor patio a bonus. Key picked up from lock box with no difficulty. Did not meet hosts but quick email responses to queries. Unfortunately the WiFi did not work for the duration of our stay. Apparently this was a problem outside of the control of the hosts but was still something we missed (travelling with teenagers). If WiFi had been working would have rated property as 10.
• Eva (9/5): Great, spacious location for a trip to Munich - It was very conveniently located very close to the S-Bahn with great connection to the town Center and lots of shops near by. It was also very spacious with the two floors and well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.

Was in a nice neighbourhood near shopping, restaurants and cafes and very close to train and bus to get around! Also had a nice outdoor area to sit! Only thing that would be a great addition would be access to laundry in the apartment! Otherwise, we had everything we needed!

It is located across from the tram and bus station. Grocery stores in the same area as tram and three more down the street. We used public transportation the entire time we were there. Christine was easy to communicate with. We had what we needed to cook meals. Would definately recommended.

• Cédric (6/5): Pleasant - It's a big place, quiet Dusty web spiders indicating the flat is not clean regulary Dirty and dusty kitchen ustensils in the drawers and shelves The fact that windows had keys that we had no clue where to find it (windows closed and cannot be re-ope ed withput the key) The fact that we had a bug with the safe and had to wait under rhe rain 1 hour to get in The fact that nobody was here to explain some "rules" indicated in two full A4 pages (we honestly hadn't seen before the last day): we don't want to read a book of rules, we are in vacation and this has to be clearly indicated at the time we book, not the day before We had to pay 2 or 3 days before, but the reservation was indicated as "you pay at arrival"
