• Livia (10/5): - Все отлично было кроме завтрака. Завтрак был очень слабым, это даже нельзя назвать завтраком так как на 4 человек на дали пакет сока, пачку кофе, бутылку молока, пакет печенья и пачку сухарей на 4 дня.

• Verano (9/5): Easy and Comfortable stay close to a vibrant part of Naples - Paolo's excellent communications, helpfulness and availability. Made our check-in easy gave us plenty of suggestions and even arranged for airport transfers. Would definitely stay again. Nothing worth mentioning.

• RL (10/5): - Appartement très bien situé dans le quartier animé espagnol. Proche des restaurants et épiceries. 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, parfait pour groupe amis et familles. Claudio vous accueille , toujours disponible pour vous aider et vous conseiller. Un super séjour .
• Dominik (10/5): - Sehr gute Lage, etwas am Rand vom spanischen Viertel. Zwei echte separate Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer, komfortabel. Solide, einfache Ausstattung. Frühstück braucht es nicht, der Minimarkt hat alles. Absperrbare echte Wohnungstür würde das Sicherheitsempfinden erhöhen. Das Haus und alle Bewohner machen aber einen sehr seriösen Eindruck. Vermieter schnell und super freundlich.

As for the apartment, it is in a great location and is equipped with everything you need for . If you are planning to visit Naples, take this apartment and contact Paolo to arrange transportation from the airport to the apartment, because the taxi drivers in Naples are disastrous and cheat people.
• Stephanie (8/5): - Paolo greeted us when we arrived at midnight and immediately made us feel at home, giving us information on where to go in Naples and how to get around. When we arrived there was no water in the apartment (due to a closure from government) and he immediately offered us a solution to go wash in another apartment until the water was restored, which was the day after. He even bought bottled water for us to use until the water supply came back. He accommodated all our needs and was prompt in replying back. The location is truly central and very safe, with some great restaurant options nearby. Also, a mini market is just round the corner for your daily needs. It was a great stay and we'd recommend.

• Cinthia (9/5): - A dos pasos del mural Maradona, en el quartiere spagnolo, muy cerca de todo. Appartamento dos habitaciones con dos baños, balcon, en un tercer piso con ascensor. Posee aire acondicionado en ambas habitaciones frio/calor. El agua caliente es de termotanque y se comparte con el dpto. de al lado, asi que se debe controlar primero el agua antes de bañarse con agua fria, mas que todo en invierno.

Paolo il nostro host è stato molto gentile ed ha risposto ad ogni nostra richiesta La sera del nostro arrivo è letteralmente esploso il sifone della doccia di un bagno ed al mattino dopo era già riparato. Il prezzo pagato non è adeguato a quello che la struttura offre. Il bagno non era sufficientemente pulito. Non è fornito nessun tappetino per la doccia. I prodotti da bagno in omaggio non significa un flacone di bagnoschiuma. Accappatoio??? Dove?? Inoltre i materassi ed i cuscini sono da sostituire.

Апартаменты великолепно чистые, месторасположение удобное, в пешей доступности от всего. Надо 1-2 дня, чтобы полностью освоиться с расположением. Нам настолько понравилось, что мы решили продлить ещё на 2 ночи и больше никуда не ехать. Я присоединяюсь ко всем, кто раньше писал про Паоло, он действительно чудесный хозяин, добрый, открытый, всегда на связи и помогает всем, чем может. Мы в восторге! Нету
• ALICJA (10/5): Z pewnością wrócimy. - Obiekt blisko centrum. Dwie sypialnie, dwie łazienki i część wspólna. Nie było problemu z zameldowaniem się po 23. Bardzo pomocny właściciel.

Ho scelto questa struttura per la vicinanza al luogo dove si sarebbe svolta la cerimonia e il ricevimento. E che dire.. è stata una scelta super azzeccata. Appartamento bellissimo, con tutti i confort necessari. Posizione strategica anche per poter visitare la città, in uno dei quartieri più caratteristici. The last but not the least: il proprietario. Una persona gentilissima, molto disponibile e molto premuroso. Ci ha consigliato un sacco di posti sia per mangiare che da visitare, uno per l'altro meritevolissimi di una visita. Sono rimasta veramente molto soddisfatta e se dovessi tornare a Napoli, non mancherò di prenotare qui.

Probleem met boiler waardoor stroom telkens uitviel. Een van de wc's bleef doorlopen. Bed 1e slpk had een put. Camera in gang?? Kamer was pas laat klaar, tegen 19u.

• Elka (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is an island of tranquility in the crazy Spanish quarter. With two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two terraces, it served perfectly two families of friends. We also appreciated the elevator as well as the fact that we were accepted a couple of hours earlier than the official check-in time.. In fact, the best part of the experience was our host Paolo, who lives next door. He is such a nice guy - caring and responsive to all our needs. He solved every issue in a minute and gave us invaluable suggestions on where to go, what to see, where to eat, etc. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality, dear Paolo! n.a.

The space was immaculately clean and incredibly quiet, making for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Location wise close to train station and restaurants. Naples is very different to where else we visited it's a very traditional town and you can really see how people live in the community Paolo himself was a wonderful host, welcoming and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The apartment's spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, and convenient amenities like two bathrooms, strong Wi-Fi, and Fire Sticks in each room made our stay even more enjoyable. While we only stayed for two nights, we left wishing we could have extended our visit nothing.

Host was really helpful & friendly :) Two proper bedrooms with 2 double beds and a big TV and AC in each one. Spacious rooms with plenty of storage for clothes. Good facilities- washing machine/dryer, hanging line and pegs, fridge/freezer, kettle, iron, washing liquid/sponges/toilet paper/hand soap provided. All makes a difference when visiting for a short trip! Lift in the building. Recycling facilities in hallway. Not much to dislike!

I recommend this place 100 percent and will definitely stay there next time I visit Naples.

His appartment is spacious, comfortable, meticulously clean and very close to public communication (4 minutes walks from Toledo metro station). This is great neighbourhood especially for football fans - with lost of murales around, including the famous Maradona. If you need a good price transfer from the airport - Paolo can offer this to you. Highly recommended!!!

• Dave (5/5): A well renovated and modern apartment which is safe. Very responsive and kind host. - Location is good in terms of being close to the historical centre. Lift was a good thing as quite a few stairs. AC worked well and helped with interior air quality. Exhaust fumes from the street and garage downstairs and noisy so bring earplugs. Couldn't get the oven to work but not a big deal as we weren't planning on baking a cake. Google couldn't find the property so best you go to Murali Maradona and meet Paolo there!
