• richard (7/5): Prima uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip! - Het was een erg fijn bed! Ook vonden wij de gastvrouw erg vriendelijk! Ze heeft ons erg goed geholpen. De metro vlak voor het appartement, dat was ook top! De onderbuurvrouw was erg luidruchtig. Iedere ochtend schreeuwde ze de boel bij elkaar.

La salle de bains est très bien et les lits confortables La propreté laisse a désirer et il y a une odeur constante d'humidité ce qui est peu agréable. Concernant la localisation, l'appartement est près de la mer mais loin du centre a pied
• Ard (7/5): - Ruim en schoon appartement. Goede bedden, fijne badkamer. Dichtbij metro, boulevard en eetgelegenheden. Goede uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. Ligging appartement op de 1e verdieping aan het eind van een doodlopend steegje, maakt geen goede eerste indruk. Gebouw is zeer gehorig. De kleine slaapkamer grenst aan het trappenhuis en komt de nachtrust niet ten goede.

• eros franco (8/5): Ottimo compromesso per qualità prezzo - Breve soggiorno di 3 giorni con moglie e due figli. Arrivo fuori orario alle 23:00 senza alcun problema con l'host. Ottima posizione a ridosso del lungomare di Chiaia, appartamento al primo piano in palazzina datata e tipica del centro storico, ma ben ristrutturato. si accede dalla prima rampa di scale a una porta in ferro anonima che cela la porta d'ingresso. camere ampie con letti davvero comodi, scarsa illuminazione naturale per via della posizione nel vicolo, ma ben compensata dai faretti a soffitto e le applique alle pareti. bagno grande, con sanitari di pregio, dotato di doccia molto confortevole. Solo per personali aspettative, da incrementare la dotazione di stoviglie (mancano padelle, taglieri e altri accessori) assenza di cappa aspirante sui fornelli. Comunque sufficiente per pasti poco impegnativi.
• Kevin (7/5): Gute Möglichkeit für kurze Aufenthalte - Die Lage ist ausgesprochen gut. Nähe Meer, Anschluss zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ausstattung sollte dringend überdacht werden. Schimmel im Bad kann Besucher abschrecken. Kaffe war nur über den verkalkten Wasserkocher denkbar, Maschienen waren katastrophal. Keine Bratpfanne und kein Backofen. Kochen gestaltet sich schwer. Besser Essen gehen. Kommunikation nur über Handy und Translator möglich

• Monika (4/5): Celkovo ubytovanie nesplnilo naše očakávania. - Lokalitu sme si zvolili kvôli dostupnosti mora a väčšiemu pokoju ako v centre, čo sa potvrdilo. Aj komunikácia s ubytovateľom bola rýchla a bez problémov. Žiaľ, tým pozitíva v podstate končia. Apartmán na prvý pohľad nepôsobil čisto. V sprchovom kúte bola viditeľná pleseň a v priestore bol prach, čo vytváralo dojem nedostatočne uprataného ubytovania. Väčšia pozornosť venovaná čistote a údržbe by určite zlepšila celkový dojem z pobytu.

• Basia (8/5): Udany pobyt - Super lokalizacja. Około 300 m do głównej plaży. W niedzielę i święto było dużo atrakcji dla dzieci. Obok przystanek metra, autobusu, dużo restauracji , market. Dla rodzin z dziećmi bardzo polecam lokalizacja Zdjęcia które są na stronie są przedawnione. Apartament jest starszego typu , powinno być to uwzględnione .

Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, ins Zentrum zu Fuß, der Stadtstrand ganz nah, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. wenig Tageslicht durch nahestehende Häuser, waren aber tagsüber sowieso immer unterwegs

Cant say enough good things about her. Has everything you need. Clean, comfortable beds. Safe area. Smaller place, but excellent if you are making a quick trip into town and want to be centrally located.

• Veronika (8/5): 2 noci v Neapole - Blizko promenády, metro zastavka 3 min., metro linka 6 jazdi iba cez den, vecer nejazdí. Veľmi hlučné susedstvo, susedia vykrikujú cez den aj v noci a buchaju dverami, v apartmáne neboli ziadne hrnčeky na kávu ani male lyžičky. Strávili sme tam iba 2 noci takze to bolo v pohode.

Die Küche hat Herdplatten, eine.große Kühl- und TK- Kombination, Mikrowelle und eine italienische Espressomaschine (elektrisch). Die Klimaanlagen machen den Aufent Wer hier Urlaub macht erlebt seinen Urlaub mitten in der quirligen Großstadt, dort wo auch die Einheimischen wohnen! Die Lage ist optimal geeignet zum Entdecken von Neapel, super angebunden an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die sehenswerte Promenade "Lungo di mare" ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Im Sommer flanieren hier Einheimische und Touristen und man kann das typische "Dolce Vita" erleben. Hier noch ein paar neutrale Informationen, die man vor dem Buchen dieser Wohnung wissen muss: Die Wohnung liegt in einer der für Neapel typischen engen Gassen und ist deshalb auch tagsüber sehr dunkel! Man muss auch tagsüber das Licht anmachen. Außerdem ist die Wohnung nichts für Ruhesuchende, die Nachbarn unterhalten sich von morgens bis abends temperamentvoll von Balkon zu Balkon😀. Es ist zwar entgegen der Beschreibung Internet in der Wohnung, aber die vorhandenen 3 Fernseher empfangen nur italienisches Fernsehen. Eine Verbindung mit WLAN ist nicht möglich! Fragen Sie unbedingt gleich zu Veginn nach einem zweiten Schlüssel, wir hatten nur einen und das war Leider ist die Geschirrausstattung sehr dürftig ! Für einen Aufenthalt, der mehr als nur ein paar Tage dauert, ist das nicht ausreichend. Es fehlen z.B. Tassen oder Becher für heiße Getränke, es sind nur Einweg-Plastik- Becher vorhanden! Es fehlen Schneidebretter, scharfe Messer, eine Pfanne und kleinere Schalen für Salat o.ä.. Das finde ich unverständlich, denn die Anschaffungskosten dürften sich sehr in Grenzen halten und würden den Mietern der Ferienwohnung sehr viel nutzen! Außerdem hätten wir gern ein paar Putzmittel vor Ort gehabt, so hätten wir die Wohnung zwischendurch besser reinigen können. Leider war die Verständigung mit der sonst sehr freundlichen Vermieterin schwierig, weil sie nur Italienisch spricht. Die Kommunikation ging dann schriftlich über ihre 45 km entfernt wohnenden Tochter auf Englisch. Natürlich kann das niemand etwas dafür, aber man sollte es wissen. Wir hatten leider einige notwendige Klärungeen zwischendurch und es war deswegen etwas schwierig.

I would like to say this is one of the best economic and smart choice of my trip!!! And really appreciate the house holder quite amazing!!! no, we were satisfied with every thing.

The flat was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner of the flat was very nice and was always in touch. We will definitely come back again!
