- Tibor (7/5): - Lokalita Neoznačené ubytovanie.nevedeli sme nájsť vchodové dvere do apartmánu.

- Borrell (8/5): Cèntric i confortable però sense aparcament - Cèntric
Confortable

- Dalila (5/5): - I really liked the location of the apartment, right in the heart of Naples’ historic district. I appreciated the large windows, the natural light, the building itself, the elevator, and especially the kindness of Salvador—such a friendly and welcoming guy who gave great advice. I also appreciated the little touches, like coffee, breakfast items (biscotti, milk, jam), and a bottle of water in the fridge. The free wifi and smart tv. However, the flat is very poorly equipped for cooking. There was no chopping board, only an old frying pan and a worn-out pot, and no tea towels. Be careful with the fridge — I had to throw away my groceries because the freezer compartment leaked water onto the food.
The bathroom is quite dated. When you flush the toilet, water drips on you, which is quite unpleasant. The shower is small and clogs easily — water tends to pool after each use. The showerhead is damaged, and the sink tap is broken, though still functional.
The washing machine barely works and makes a deafening noise during the spin cycle — it sounds like it’s about to explode. There were only four pegs for drying clothes and no proper space to hang laundry.
The main issue, however, was the air conditioning — it barely worked and is poorly positioned, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The bed is also too small for two people.
In summary: for a short stay, it’s manageable. But for several days, I would not recommend it.

- Donald (9/5): Great apartment in a central location. Very clean and kind of cool loft. - I was having some intestinal issues and needed a toilet sooner than check in time. I’m sorry to have bothered Salvatore so early. He was generous with his time and letting me in early to drop off my bag and use the bathroom. Waiting for a useable toilet. Not the fault of the person responsible. Mine for eating what I ate the night before.
- Leandro (3/5): Poor -
- Alessandro (8/5): I'd do it all over again! - The accommodation was excellent, especially for a first stay. It’s perfectly situated in the heart of old Naples, in the vibrant district of Spaccanapoli. The location is incredibly convenient, with several major attractions just a short walk away, such as the Duomo di Napoli, Napoli Sotterranea, the Veiled Christ in the Sansevero Chapel, and the Church of Pio Monte della Misericordia, which houses Caravaggio's "The Seven Works of Mercy."
If you enjoy walking, you can reach nearly any part of the city within an hour at a leisurely pace. The area is also a food lover's paradise, with famous pizzerias like Di Matteo and Donna Sofia just around the corner. There are also numerous smaller shops where you can grab takeaway pizza—whether fried or folded ("a portafoglio")—or a "cuoppo," a paper cone filled with fried fish or a mix of savory bites. For breakfast, Scaturchio offers delicious local pastries.
The host was very welcoming, personally meeting us to hand over the keys and ensuring we felt at home. While the included breakfast isn’t a full meal, Salvator provided thoughtful touches upon arrival, such as ground coffee, a bottle of water, and juice. The kitchen is well-equipped with plates and pans, making it easy to prepare meals at home if needed.
I especially appreciated the bed, which was very comfortable, though it’s worth noting that the king size is just enough for two people. Towels were provided, which was a nice convenience. As for the washing machine, we didn’t use it or inquire about it, so that’s something I’d clarify with the host on a future stay, as I read that some guests were not able to use it. The accommodation has a very efficient air conditioner, which kept the upper floor warm during our stay. However, it wasn’t enough to warm up the lower floor. While there are radiators available, they were not on during the times we were there, so the lower floor remained chilly. Otherwise, just a few tips about the area: while Spaccanapoli is lively and full of charm, it can get extremely crowded on weekends and during festivities, which might feel a bit claustrophobic. Additionally, the streets are narrow, and the tall buildings mean the area doesn’t get much direct sunlight. Despite this, the atmosphere is truly unique and well worth experiencing.
- Theodore (10/5): Exceptional - Well presented with all the facilities you need right in the centrostorico. Host was very kind and helpful throughout.
- Belinda (10/5): Exceptional - Salvatore truly made our trip to Naples incredible! Seamless pickup from the train station and help getting into the apartment. He had amazing recommendations for our short trip in Naples. His hospitality was unmatched, and he was the nicest person we met along our 3 week trip to Europe!
- Christoph (9/5): Superb -
- Farkas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tomas (9/5): Nice little place in the center of Naples - The appartment is in the very heart of the city, so most of the sights of Naples are in the walking distance. It's also close to the Central station, co if you don't mind a bit of walking, there's really no need to use any kind of transportation inside the city. Despite its central location, the appartment is surprisingly quiet. It's well equipped for short stays and you even get a small breakfast. The owner was friendly and helpful to us. If you're tall, you'll need to mind your head, as the ceilings are not always very high. Also the bed is a little too narrow, but I understand that there's not much that can be done about it with this size of the appartment.
- Kim (9/5): Quick but efficient...love the area and roo. - Salvatore met us with key within 15 minutes...very nice...gave us tips on where to go for I expensive authentic food...great experience Perfect location
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Magdalena (5/5): Not happy - The host told us a list of good restaurants. When we asked though if we can have artichokes a la romana he kinda told us we are in the wrong city and that's not a napoli dish. - Okkkk so the restaurant list is something he sends everybody and if one has a bit more questions he didn't really help. We wanted to use the washing machine but we were told that we aren't allowed to do so. We were on a bikepacking trip and ONLY booked this hotel for the washing machine but he didn't allow us.
The breakfast was crazy - it's written breakfast included and we got some really dry zwieback with some marmalade and that's it.
